This is the worst place I have ever been in my life and I had my fair shair of terrible places. Service doesn't speak English but can't read either. If you type single chivas and one juice they come out with two singles but charge for two doubles. The management said we can book tables but as soon as you here they try and charge you 90 quid for a bottle for the table. DO NOT COME HERE. And do not think the club's are like this in Bulgaria this is a rip off.

The worst experience ever! They tell you that they accept card payments on the entrance and that you can spend your entrance balance on the bar and then they switch saying there is no such thing. Had to pay £2 on entrance to leave my coat because it had a hood on apparently thats the club policy although there was nowhere stated. Dodgy people everywhere and fights happening. Absolutely not worth it

My first time at this night club and my first worst experience i ever had!!! Lucky i was in good company though. So the truth is like this: At the door, security is very unprofessional and rude. They asking for passport to get in (European id doesn't work at this night club) !!! I told that I'm coming 2 h far and the security said go take your passport and come back , what a disgrace. We had a booked table and we were like eight people so finally i managed to go in!! So atmosphere is nice and songs are nice too (balkan music like Albanian Romanian and Bulgarian) The music was too loud (next day i had problem with hearing) and the Dj was always talking during the songs!! So definitely i will not recommend this place to anyone .

Used to be a good club but now they do random nights. Walked in to Bulgarian music and wasn’t even told before we paid to enter. Very questionable if I’ll ever visit again.

Love this place. Absolutely first class customer service. Security are nice and polite if you are not doing any dodgy stuff. I love to go there and having fun on a regular basis.

We went yesterday to the Kultur Klash Party. The dj was amazing, the music was top.However, the service was awful, we asked for some tap water and they refused to gave me some. Also, you need to spend minimum 10£ to pay by card. The waitress were very unfriendly, and when I asked for a glass with ice , she just ignored me.

Security were helpful in organising for 2 of us to pay entry at the bar and 1 guest pay cash. As soon as we walked into pay we were greeted with the loudest music on the poorest sound system. The music was excessively loud and the quality was terrible! It also wasn’t Hip Hop as described on Google. It was Bulgarian pop so not really our thing. Despite being in the venue for less than 30 seconds my friend was denied a refund.

This club is the best place to have fun!!! Great atmosphere, super friendly staff, quality drinks and spectacular entertainment! The music is absolutely great - different themed parties performed by top DJs and live music singers and bands! I am extremely impressed with the beautiful dance team and darbuka drum show! Best party experience ever!

Amazing nightclub and atmosphere. I was there last night 02/06 for a live performance from Alisia (bulgarian singer). It did not disappoint, one of the best nights of my live. The staff are really friendly as well, really spacious area. I was there with a friend and we were in the Small Bar, which had the perfect view to the main stage. Everything was amazing last night and looking forward to going there again when there is a live performance. Highly recommend this nightclub if you want to have a time with your friends! You will not be disappointed. I'd give a 100 stars if I could, I am still thinking about everything from last night and just want to rewind time and experience it all over again.
