Brand
new,
luxury,
5-star
resort
in
a
great
location
on
St
Kitts
To
begin
with,
I
should
mention
that
we
have
stayed
at
premier
luxury
accommodations
throughout
the
Caribbean,
including
ones
on
St
Barth's,
Anguilla,
St
Thomas,
Turks
&
Caicos,
and
Curaçao;
not
to
mention
Mnemba
Island,
Punta
Mita
and
the
Hawaiian
islands.
When
compared
to
those
great
destinations,
Sunset
Reef
on
St
Kitts
is
in
the
very
top
few
of
the
best
of
the
best!
Everything
from
the
accommodations,
to
the
service,
to
the
dining
experience,
to
the
sunset
views,
were
simply
top-notch!
More
specifics/detail
below:
Location:
centrally
located
to
all
the
great
beaches
and
attractions,
but
not
too
close
to
the
cruise
ship
terminal.
10
minutes
from
the
SKB
airport.
15-20
minutes
from
Frigate
Bay
(Boozieβs
on
the
Beach)
and
South
Friar's
(Carambola
Beach
Club
and
Shipwreckβs).
15
minutes
from
Serendipity
(a
must-eat).
30
minutes
from
the
ferry
to
Nevis
(go
there
to
eat
at
Yachtsman
Grill
or
spend
the
day
on
Pinneyβs
Beach
-
recommend
lunch
at
the
Kastawey
at
the
Four
Seasons
and
a
Killer
Bee
at
Sunriseβs).
30
minutes
to
Dieppe
Beach
(Arthurβs
is
a
must-see/eat).
Accommodations:
what
can
one
say
about
the
exclusivity
and
intimacy
of
a
7-unit,
all-suite
resort,
with
open
air
dining,
a
beautiful
infinite
pool,
and
spectacular,
unparalleled
views
of
the
sunset
over
the
Caribbean
Sea
each
and
every
day?
Itβs
a
scenic
wonderland!
The
king-size
beds
are
comfortable,
and
you
are
able
to
adjust
your
head
and
feet
for
a
great
night
sleep.
The
rooms
are
spacious
and
have
a
nespresso
coffee
machine,
refrigerator,
microwave,
electric
cooktop
and
pots,
pans,
utensils,
glasses,
etc.
We
especially
liked
the
filtered
water
at
the
sink,
as
pure,
delicious,
cold
water
was
always
available.
No
plastic
bottles
of
water
at
this
resort
--
they
care
about
the
environment!
Service:
perhaps
THE
most-friendly
and
well-trained
staff
of
any
5-star
property
at
which
we
have
stayed.
No
request
is
too
small.
No
detail
goes
over-looked.
In
addition,
the
general
manager
and
director
of
operations
were
ever-present
throughout
our
stay,
ensuring
that
no
want
or
need
was
left
unfulfilled.
Basically,
it
was
a
"just
ask
and
you
shall
receive"
type
of
approach!
Dining:
the
food
is
quite
simply
delicious!
The
appetizer,
lunch,
dinner,
and
cocktail
menus
are
all
well
thought-out
and
offer
a
nice
variety
of
fresh,
high-quality
selections.
The
executive
chef
is
excellent,
and
the
culinary
staff
is
very
talented,
as
well.
The
open-air
dining
area
with
outdoor
grill
and
brick
pizza
oven
creates
a
lovely
dining
atmosphere.
In
addition,
with
only
seven
suites
and
very
limited
traffic
from
off
the
resort,
for
many
lunches
and
dinners
we
were
the
only
table
dining
--
making
it
seem
as
if
we
had
our
own
private
chef
and
dining
room!
Concierge:
resourceful,
proactive,
and
well-connected.
The
concierge
was
eager
and
helpful
in
arranging
taxis
and
ferry
transfers
on
both
St
Kitts
and
Nevis,
as
well
as
making
restaurant
reservations
on
both
islands.
Also,
offered
to
schedule/coordinate
sailing
trips
and
island
tours,
but
we
were
more
interested
in
relaxing,
so
didnβt
avail
ourselves
of
those
itineraries.
