The is the CiCis pizza in Norcross.the restaurant was not very clean with only one woman keeping the tables clean.several times I went to get pizza but none was on the buffet.the guy cooking pizzas did not seem to be in any hurry to cook any either.most of the pizza was either cheese or veggie. I was wondering if there was some kind of national pepperoni or meat shortage.the lady cleaning tables was very nice as was the casher.some of the napkin dispensers were empty.there was only one grated cheese shaker in the whole restaurant and it was only someone's table with a family. This Cicis was fairly busy so they should have been focusing cooking some pizzas. But it was not to be.

I feel like most Cicis suffer from this lately, but the interior of the restaurant is falling into disrepair. The food was great though, and that's what really matters. The pumpkin spice cinnamon rolls are insanely good.

I’m not far from this location and my kids love pizza . But when I tell you this location has the worst attitude ! Full of Mexicans most can’t speak English . I requested a pizza and she told me all the pizza is on the buffet . Drinks are a hit or miss . You will pay for drinks and only 2 working in the fountain which is a RIP off ! Let customers know that from the beginning. I’ve never been to a cicis where I can’t make personal orders for my table . Oh ! And only time they will bring out a lot of pizza is if there’s a big group of Mexicans in the building other then that you will get the scraps!

$5.99 you can’t beat it. Salad, pizza, dessert, and simple pasta with sauce and soup. Great for family. The only reason I didn’t give a 5 was the waitress had a horrible attitude. Plenty of customers enjoying themselves.nice game room for the kids

So on Thursday, November 16 I ordered the cinnamon rolls online for carryout. After opening the box when arriving home (an hour away), I realized not only were they extremely undercooked but the presentation was extremely unprofessional. As you can see in the photo, they’re upside down and frosting is everywhere except on top of them. So after calling three days in a row and being given the run around for a refund, I finally reached the general manager and she was no help either. I will be filing a claim against this Cicis for fraud and do not recommend you going here. Nothing was offered and the general manager made it seem as if refunds could not be given after two days. Very disappointed that I patronized this Cicis. Highly DO NOT recommend. Wanted to update my review since my issue was resolved through the link. I’d like to thank Ross Edwards for issuing my refund and resolving my issue with care. Hopefully this location learns their lesson from this experience.

Horrible experience here. Staff is young but not terrible. Maybe need to greet customers when they walk in instead of just staring and waiting for me to say something. The pizza needed a few extra minutes in the oven, but overall it was fine. It seems like they may need more people working there to keep up with the mass amount of dirty floors, plates, and tables. Some of the drinks didn’t work and had a hard time finding silverware and napkins. They need more containers of pepper and parm cheese. Don’t even get me started on the lack of common sense the patrons lack. We went at 3pm on a Sunday. You’d think the lunch hour would have been over. I can deal with a busy restaurant but I cannot deal with the piles of pizza on each plate and almost fighting for the last slice of pizza. They put one pie out and it’s gone after about 30 seconds. They should have a ONE plate at a time rule. This was like a free-for-all. I will never go back to that location.

Sunday Sept 3rd busy but not too crowded. Ordered buffet, they kept fresh pizza coming. So, I ask the service person if they will have mushrooms pizza, he simply gave me a buzzer. Short time later I got a personal pizza, which I did not expect. Impressed!

I wish I could give a rating on the food and atmosphere, but since the restaurant advertises to be open until 10pm on Saturday and we arrived at 8:50 pm we were told that the buffet closes at 9pm and it's take out from 9pm until 10pm. It would be great to add that to your description. Especially when a party of 13 plans to dine in.
