Nice clean big rooms, good location. But the best part of the stay was Juan from the front desk. We arrived very late to check in (after 10pm) he was friendly, talked to us about the purpose of the stay and made sure we had everything we needed. Thank you again Juan

This hotel is spacious, clean and well maintained. This hotel provides free wifi and breakfast. Walmart, Publix supermarket and many eateries are at walkable distance from this hotel. Perimeter village is located just opposite to this hotel. Sandy springs marta station is just 5 minutes drive from this hotel.

I've stayed at this Marriott many times and I've always enjoyed my stay. I often stay here for weeks at a time. I'm a filmmaker, travel all over the place and have crazy work hours. I'm also someone that prefers to prepare healthy meals at home, rather than eating out every night. This hotel works well for me because the rooms have great open concept kitchens. There is a real fridge (NOT a mini fridge) and a stove top as well. Having my own kitchen, makes longer stays much more manageable. The best part about this hotel though - the staff. The night auditor (Jessica) is wonderful. She took such good care of me when I was coming in at all hours of the night, after filming. Additionally, I had to keep extending my stay and Jessica continued to accommodate my needs with such grace. She never made me feel like I was being a nuisance, which I appreciated so much more than she will probably ever realize. Her kindness will never be forgotten. Lance was also very pleasant - he was so helpful with all of my requests. He even helped carry all of my grocery bags one evening! I will always recommend this hotel to all of my co-workers, family and friends. Thank you for another great stay.

Juan was amazing and totally unassuming towards our family. He held my 3 year old’s hand when she grabbed it. We asked to see several rooms and he did with no hesitation of signs of irritability. Please recognize him for his OUTSTANDING customer service.

This was the host hotel for our family reunion and the service was top notch from check-in to our departure. The hotel was clean and had all the amenities we needed but the STAFF is the reason our stay was so enjoyable! Every single person we encountered was friendly and helpful, but Orrie was my favorite! He went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for our meetings with a smile. I would DEFINITELY stay there again if I'm in the area.

I stayed here for 11 days and was impressed with my entire stay. The room was very clean and spacious! The staff were amazing and the towels were white (not dingy like a lot of hotels). Upon sitting on the bed, it felt very weak but in actuality I slept great the entire time. The location is awesome and very walkable, with lots of restaurants and shopping. Walmart is directly across the street, which was very convenient during our stay. The free breakfast options were decent, but I found myself getting bored with the food after a week. There is a free shuttle within a 3 mile radius but availability is dependent on the driver’s work schedule.

My family recently stayed at this hotel for two and a half months, and it was an exceptional experience. During our stay, we were displaced from our home due to repairs. The staff at the hotel made a difficult time in our life much easier by offering their support and care. From the front desk to housekeeping to maintenance and the kitchen, every single person who worked at the hotel went above and beyond to ensure our well-being. Juan, Maria, and John at the front desk were always friendly and accommodating. The housekeeping department did an excellent job keeping our room clean and comfortable, and the maintenance team promptly addressed any issues. The kitchen staff deserves special recognition for their delicious breakfast, and cheery good mornings, which helped us start our day on a positive note. But what truly set this hotel apart was the staff's kindness and compassion during a challenging time as I was also recovering from ankle surgery. They tracked my progress as I recovered from my surgery checking in on my well-being and cheering me on as they saw me improve. Their support kept me feeling positive and motivated throughout my stay. Overall, I highly recommend the Residence Inn Perimeter/Dunwoody for anyone in need of a comfortable and welcoming place to stay. The staff truly cares about their guests and will make you feel like family. Thank you for making my families time away from home an exceptional experience.

This is the nicest hotel - our room was more like a studio apartment which I was very impressed with. The staff is incredibly nice and the hotel and room were very clean. This hotel is also pet friendly! I loved seeing all of the dogs around. The breakfast which I believe is included was delicious and they had a good variety of items. Everything in my opinion was very upscale for a 3-star hotel and the location is 5 star. We absolutely will be back.

This is a really nice hotel. The rooms are clean and really roomy. Hotel staff are very nice and helpful. The only negatives I could think of is the shower area is just open no curtains or doors, so the water spills out easily in front of the toilet. Floor becomes extremely slippery. Pool is too small. Also, why Pepsi? That is a Coca Cola town. Thank you again for the wonderful stay and experience.

Great location, rooms are nice and clean, but the staff is what sets this place apart. Checked in after a stressful flight/ride with kids, and Juan at the front desk was extremely helpful and kind as we made changes to our reservation. Been to several of these hotels, and it’s usually all the same. This one was heads above the rest.

This hotel was wonderful! Maria at the front desk was amazing! Everything was very clean. Breakfast had a nice assortment of foods. Beds were comfortable. The rooms were very quiet. We would definitely stay here again.

I stayed there for a business trip. The hotel, like most Marriott hotels, is clean and has comfortable bed. The breakfast is just fine. Not sure about the room isolation, I can hear the conversation from my adjacent rooms well.

I loved this hotel!! It was super clean, the staff was extremely friendly, I loved it! The room was very spacious and the staff was always there when you needed them. My husband and I have stayed in this Residence Inn many times over the years when visiting our son and daughter-in-law. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, quiet, and so comfortable. The location is excellent—near I 285 and many restaurant choices. On our last visit, Juan went above and beyond to serve our needs when the suite we reserved was not available due to a water leak. I highly recommend this hotel, and we will be staying there again soon.

The stay at this Residence Inn Hotel was one that will be with me forever. My husband & I lived here for six months & some employees were beyond stellar & made it feel like home. John was always so courteous & friendly with every encounter we had. Juan’s professionalism always gave us reassurance that we would be taken care of & he always met us with kindness. Maria was a professional, caring, & sweet individual. She always made us feel welcomed & really cared about you as a person, to the point where a friendship was formed. She was pivotal in making our stay what it was. If things like minimal fridge space, or small closet space do not bother you, then it was an absolute pleasure staying/living here, clean room, great breakfast, good housekeeping & beautiful area!

First off, i hardly write reviews, but received such good customer service that I felt compelled to recognize these individuals efforts. I checked into my room and as I went to bed noticed a severe valley in the mattress that I sunk into and consequently had a poor night’s sleep. I was staying for a full week, bought groceries and did not want to move to a new room. I requested a mattress replacement. I came back to my room after a very long day and found Michael and Mustapha replacing the Mattress. They were super pleasant, professional and I really appreciated their efforts. Additionally, Juan provided superior front desk service and was pleasant and professional. The morning breakfast was above average from most Residence Inns I stay at. Overall, a great experience with great people and customer service.

Business trip for two nights, hotel is clean, quiet, plenty of good restaurants nearby. Even the utensils and dishes in room were clean, many suite hotels kitchen amenities are filmy. I thought the hotel was newer than it is, well taken care of property. Appreciate the friendliest staff, ensuring everything needed for stay (extra towels, room refresh cleaning, etc.) was promptly attended to. Maria at the front desk was the best, thank you.

My family and I stayed at the Residence Inn at Perimeter circle for about a month prior to our transition to our home. The entire staff are amazing! The rooms are clean / modern as are the amenities. Specifically, I want to acknowledge the professionalism and kindness of Maria, John, and Juan. These employees went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Maria especially helped carry my laundry for me, knew my children’s names and interacted with them like they were her family, and even gave a special treat to our dog. We will recommend this location to our friends/family when they come and visit us based on the wonderful stay we had!

This is an outstanding hotel with superb, caring, friendly and sincere customer service. Kudos to Maria, Juan and the entire team for being so friendly and welcoming. The difference with staff in other hotels is striking. Absolutely will return and highly recommend staying here if you are in the area. Rooms are spacious, clean and bright, nice pool, gym and outdoor seating area with a grill. Solid breakfast and even the morning coffee is well above average. Walmart and Publix grocery stores a minute away on foot. 15-20 minute walk from Perimeter Mall and Dunwoody MARTA stop.

Service was friendly, room was spacious and comfortable. Loved having the kitchen area. Only negative was the pool. While warm and inviting, the chemicals wrecked my hair. A week later it still isn’t back to normal. So PSA to avoid getting your hair wet if you get in the pool! Otherwise a great stay.

I’ve stayed in this place about a week and it has been incredible! Maria and John have been diligent in ensuring my stay is absolutely perfect. The place itself is extremely clean (I can’t say that for a lot of Atlanta places unfortunately). The property is gorgeous with pretty outdoor spaces to enjoy any time of the day and night. I would highly recommend

The staff is friendly, helpful, and prompt with service. The room was clean and comfortable. There isn't a door on the shower so expect the floor to get wet, especially if kids will use the shower. There is a pool, but it is very small. There is complimentary breakfast in the mornings.

B brand new building, ;looks and smells clean, great service, full brakfast, restaurants right across the hotel walking distance, shopping plaza across the street has varienty of shops and restaurant, nice and quiet area, convenient to all major roads.

Great service. The pillows were the best. Not like those soft child-like ones that go flat as soon as you lay down. This hotel is meant for the business traveler as well as locals like myself who want to get away "intown" for a few days.

I stayed here long term for a work project. Although I get minimal housekeeping it was a little rough when I did request it. Other than that this place was amazing. Great breakfast, very clean common areas and all of the staff especially Maria and Kavita were extremely helpful, polite, courteous, and helped make my stay very pleasurable! They even gave me a Xmas card! I would absolutely stay here again. BTW Saturday and Sunday are bacon day :)

Juan, Maria, and Wendy give me excellent customer service each and every time I stay at this location. I travel often and this location has the warmest staff I’ve met and that’s while I stay here when visiting. Not to mention the hotel is very clean and accommodating. House keeping is great as well. Every morning I see someone outside cleaning the parking lot. Highly recommended!!!

First time ever stay at Residence Inn, picked this hotel because of great location to mall, restaurants, stores, also saw all the good reviews, walked in the hotel first impression greeted by very friendly front desk staff, very clean lobby, after checking in, took the elevator(also very clean)to my room which is 4th floor, clean hallway, my room smelled great, nearly spotless, spacious, my only minor complaint which is not a big deal is there are 4 trash cans in the room, only 1 had trash bag in it, maybe accidentally forgot to put bags in all 4? Complimentary breakfast I do think it needs just a little more selection, my wife is vegetarian and eat pretty healthy, all the cereal options and meat, a lot things she couldn’t eat :( maybe add couple more fruits and veggies, also I’m guessing all the parking spaces is shared with the two restaurants next to the hotel, because it is always full after around 4:30pm, I saw all the restaurants people park the cars in the front hotel parking lot which is a big problem, even the back some are taken during the busy weekend, currently staying for 8 nights here, I’ll update after my full stay.

Loved the street-view from the room, very close to good restaurants, and that lobby restroom was so sanitary and squared away that the Virgin Mary herself would be proud to go in there and take a dump.

Upon my arrival at the reception desk, I was immediately impressed by Maria's friendly disposition and professionalism. She has set the bar for how I expect to be received when checking in to a hotel. I was further pleased to discover that all of the staff are extremely kind and accommodating. This hotel is clean and well kept. I would recommend anyone looking for an extended stay in the area to consider this hotel first.
