Had an online order and I arrived 25 minutes ago and still waiting at the drive up parking space. The app said that there’s a wait due to “high demand” however, there’s literally no one else in the drive up parking lot. Walked inside and they acted like they were not aware of my pick up.

Horrible experience at this location today. Got in at 8am to pick up an order that I placed the evening before; granted the order wasn’t ready so I went ahead and picked the products myself asking if they could process it, I was told by a rude customer service person that I had to cancel the previous order and scan it over the counter. I already had the products so this costs me nothing, before I got a chance she asked me if I “understand English” and to move away from the till to the side (there was no one else waiting in line). When I asked why she had an attitude and why she was being rude she started screaming saying she can’t deal with this “stupidness” and another cashier had to come pull her to the back because she was getting ready to fight. I asked a different staff to speak to their manager and when a Manager named DJ came out, no apologies or anything, he just said cancel your order and let me ring you up. Left feeling disgusted.

I am appalled after being in there one day when I was shopping for a few customers. I bypassed security and went to the station where it's designated for us to check out. I was getting my items ready to bag my customer's orders because lines were long so I was trying to be efficient for when it was my time to audit my orders and pay for a set of books my daughter was buying. I was showing my daughter what a day in my field is like and trying to use it as a learning moment when I was abruptly interrupted and I was profiled as a thief, not sure where the perspective was coming from, but the manager, Shonda thought my daughter and I were stealing when I had multiple people I was shopping for, as well as a personal purchase which my daughter was holding for us. So she made a whole scene and wouldn't stop going on and on about how the personal shoppers in their store steal all the time (as if it wasn't obvious that she was implying she thought I was one of those types of shoppers). She proceeded to check us out personally and was extremely rude to us both as well as shoved my daughter over with a cart because she wasn't moving fast enough to her liking. She then falsely reported me to my employer stating I left with unpaid items, which is ironic because she personally checked me out. Hmm, how does that work? I have never been treated so poorly or spoken to so rudely in a Target or in my line of work prior to this. I am a top performer for my company in my region and I have never, I repeat never been accused of theft. She, as a black woman, who I'm sure could understand in one way or another what it may feel like to be racially profiled, for instance, should have been a little more empathetic to someone who is simply trying to do their job to their best of their abilities, especially at a location she "manages", and poorly at that, so it adds an extra layer of circumstances that I wouldn't typically have to deal with. I'm not sure that the optics were for her, but I know that security let me walk right past them and never approached or questioned me. So, I'm not sure what high horse she may have been on, but I, WE, deserved the benefit of the doubt and I explained to her that I was unaware of their specific policies at their store, as I am a personal shopper who shops at multiple stores and that was my first time so my experiences are different. I even apologized for the perceived misunderstanding and she again, couldn't stop talking about how us shoppers are thieves. I wouldn't be surprised if this is self projection in some way. I reported her to higher ups and I hope her behavior is rectified. I will never ever shop here or for this store ever again. I highly recommend you shop at any other Target than the one here.

I'm having to take back the majority of my retail merchandise and only able to keep my food items, due to the overly charged ringing of some items the other day. Complete disgrace 😤

I used to get tops, like simple tanks or simple t's at Target. I am a regular medium size. I went in today, to look around. I had time on my hands and decided to pop in. Their whole women's clothing selection is size XX or larger. I asked an associate to make sure I am not in the plus size section, I was not. There were barely any clothes if at all for small and medium sizes. Very disappointing.

This place has always been sparking clean, even before the pandemic. Staff is always so helpful and kind! Their curbside pickup & store-pickup are very efficient!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life! A worker could not even tell me where the restroom was because she was about to go clock out. Spoke with the manager name Jason who did not want to help! Beware this location , the employees do not have basic customer service skills.

Just love this location, the associates are friendly and professional. One Sunday morning we came in to get something and an informal meeting was going on with 3 associates on the floor. The tone we saw showed us they all take their business seriously. The store is always clean and associates polite and friendly. I had to write this because on my last visit, even the associate gathering the carts said a nice comment to me as I left the store. That is exceeding expectations! Thank you all for your hard work!

Convenient location. Okay selection of products (I would like it if there were more craft items). I don't come here very often but it's a pretty nice place to shop.

I had a great experience at Target (Roswell Rd in Sandy Springs) today. I needed a table top ironing board and there were none hanging on the rack. A young name, named Herron, stopped by and I asked him if there was one in the back. He checked his phone and said yes - and went to get it. He had been on his way to do something else when he stopped to help me. He was very friendly and helpful - and he was glad to help me. Quite a wonderful experience. He should be recognized by his store’s manager.

Newly redesigned (2023). Place is stocked, clean, and pleasant to shop in. Parking can be difficult due to the sharp turns and bad design of the parking deck, but park a bit further away and walk and it will be much easier.

I'm not sure how many times it takes for the workers to open up your dressing-room door to be considered harassment, but it happening twice certainly made me uncomfortable. Both times they unlocked the dressing room door. When I finished they were not apologetic at all, instead they were rude and seemed annoyed I was there. I was there at 10am on a Saturday. So, not right when they opened or before they closed. I abandoned my shopping and left. A very unpleasant experience.

Snack bar barista had no sense of urgency and took a ridiculous amount of time to prepare beverages. Several people walked away from the line cuz of the wait. I kept my promise to my daughter, but opted not to get a coffee due to the poor service.

Drive-up grocery purchasing through the app is simply the best. Target’s brand, Good and Gather, make quality stuff, there is no price markup on the app like Instacart, the groceries are delivered to your trunk in ~5 minutes and I’m not asked to tip 20% of my order and perhaps best of all I don’t have to go into the store. here I am—good stuff. Also, they have decent coupons/specials that you can find from the app, e.g. spend >$120 4X and get a $50 gift card.

Horrible. There were some pillows that were displayed at $10. But, rang up as $20. But, it was 4 shelves of the same brand pillows but different colors. So, that’s not my fault.

Security and the employee were standing watching me check out at self check out. Which is no problem. As I’m walking out the employee starts loudly saying “excuse me ma’am.” I assume they were talking to someone else and when I finally turned around security said “he was trying to ask to see your receipt.” I said “me?!” She said nevermind and I left. Why embarrass a paying customer when you stood there and watched me scan everything and pay. They cause a scene for no reason instead of helping all the other guests that were waiting to be assisted. And choose not to add more grocery bags when it’s empty. Since when does Target ask for receipts?! 1st time and last time to this location. Very disappointing

Drive-up orders currently taking 8 hours to fill, even on weekdays when the store is not that busy. Customer Service desk has phone set to never ring and then just drop after a long silence. Dialing 8 for other departments results in a minutes and minutes of ringing... and then someone hangs up. This wasn't just one time - it's been three times in the past two weeks. This store has simply gone downhill, period. Target corporate should be embarrassed by this store!

Michael and Ashley were very kind and very helpful. But the old dude who works in electronics is rude, unhelpful, and made me feel stupid. If I behaved like him when I worked in retail, I would’ve been fired.

Quinton was amazing in the tech area and was really helpful but the young lady Kiera from customer service ruined my experience. She tried to act as if me and my sister were trying to steal a tv when we showed her we did an in store pick up and asked her to scan it as picked up in her system but she gave us a hard time and took the tv from us until we cancelled our order and repurchased it in store. Shakeema end up being of assistance to us to give us some sort of comfort about the situation. Quinton and Shakeema are the true definition of customer service

It is an ok location...the AT&T reps are terrible and won't leave you alone. They roam around the store instead of staying in the electronics dept. I literally had to tell two of them to walk away in under an hour.

We placed an online order. Went to the store for pick up. Pick up was timely. Tressa, Latasha and the young man at the customer service counter (sadly I cannot remember his name) but each of them provided outstanding service.

The Target at Prado has quick, efficient and professional staff to get you in and out of the store quickly. The store is well-maintained, very clean and organized. Staff is always helpful and the shelves are kept stocked. It is my "go-to" for personal hygiene and last minute items. Their on-line ordering and pickup is a breeze.

I had the pleasure of being assisted at your customer service on Monday evening 11.14 by one of your team members Paige. She help me find the perfect Holiday Barbie for my daughter when I couldn’t find what I needed from the sales floor. I can’t wait to see my daughter's face when she receives it this holiday season. Paige is a great team player and I’ve seen her constantly help others meet their customer requests a few times I visited this location. She has the natural ability to understand and feel what your customers are experiencing, and can meet their needs effectively. Well done Paige.

Terrible store that reminds me of why I use Amazon and Google shopping. I was trying to check out at about 20 minutes till nine, and there were literally zero cashier lanes open with humans in them. The only thing was the self check out and there were about 15 people in line for that check out, which made the wait nearly 10 minutes. I don’t know about you, but doing self checkout is bad enough, but having to wait a long time to do it when the store has zero cashiers is a real issue to me.

STAYYYYY AWAYYYYYY !!!!! I’m a tourist from Florida and I will never come back. After a 9 hour drive; my disabled aunt asked an employee where the restroom was located and she replayed with “IM OFF THE CLOCK BYE “ then walked away. After reporting this to JASON the manger he told us he couldn’t do anything because she was off the clock when all we needed was a direction

I came to exchange something, and "Jason" went an extra mile to help me. Shopping at target for 3 years now but this particular store is what I need for shopping. Highly recommended.

This Target is not my usual, but whenever I'm in the area I love coming to this store. I was in yesterday (Sunday so it was busy) but I shopped comfortably and got everything I needed. Jorden helped me at checkout and his energy was infectious. He was so kind and engaging, and we had great conversation. I was in and out of line within a couple minutes, but felt so good after checking out with him. 10/10!

The last two times I’ve come here for coffee they are on break. Today I was here at 9:55 AM and they are already on break with 3 of us waiting in line . Unfortunately, they do not leave a time when they will be back only a sign that says -Register temporarily closed. This statement leaves the customer with many unanswered questions. Why is it closed, when are they coming back? Poor customer service!

I went to the Starbucks around 3:15pm today (7/15/21). The gentleman who was behind the counter was AMAZING!!! He assisted with my selection and made it perfect just for me. Thank you for making my day even better. You were a big help.
