    I only make it in every so often, but the selection is underwhelming, and not near as stylish or fashionable as one would expect at Nordstrom. I usually love their work out clothes, but it appeared to be almost exactly the same stock as a year ago. I found a pair of shorts, walked the entire floor from register to register to try to pay, but the only few that were staffed did not seem available to check me out even though they weren't helping any other customers. No one spoke, made eye contact, greeted or offered to help. I finally just gave up and left. I felt like there was some intentional demographic based snubbing happening from employees who were people of color not excited to serve people who are not of color. Certainly understandable, but that's not profit friendly. Their artwork is awesome though! I appreciate them featuring paintings of dogs and cockatiels!!

    Consistently great service, quality. Conveniently located close to 400 and off of Peachtree. Ample parking always. Wonderful shopping experience for family members (Christmas Eve, of all days!) with LeAnna. Appreciate the fine customer service and the convenience of Nordstroms.

    Great selection. Inventory is great. Finding people to help you, they are there, but they do not approach you. It would be nice if they had better service.

    The service is impeccable. Lester in women's wear is a gem. He's a delight to work with and he has the best taste and knows how to make a woman look her best! Also love the shoe department and the layout of the store. It's always a great experience. Also, returns are super easy and fast.

    Book a styling appointment with Lester, and thank me later. His options simultaneously kept my taste in mind while challenging me to try something outside of my comfort zone. I got the perfect dress for my birthday celebration, and received many compliments throughout the evening. I look forward to returning.

    The new Macys. That’s what this place is. Nordstrom is no longer the upscale retailer it once was. I went to find a formal dress and was met with old frumpy clothing like you would find at Macys. Truly, a Woolworths set-up. This store doesn’t belong in Buckhead. What a freaking disappointment coming all this way from Cobb County. SMH

    Excellent attention, great customer service and high quality items (for the most part). Many of their staff have great hospitality and service skills. Sort of balances for the highly priced merchandise. Plenty of parking indoors and outside.

    The customer service via phone (purpose was to update billing address) was cumbersome with long wait times. I was extremely disappointed by the lack of service provided by the billing department (I appeared to be an extreme inconvenience) The final department I was sent to was IT (not sure why this department needed to solve/update a billing address). This gentleman was extremely helpful and patient. I have always found Nordstrom to be customer focused but your call center is the first impression for many customers. Service recovery may be lost to your customers who are not patient enough to hold and be transferred 3 times.

    Mrs. Judi was awesome she had great customer service and she helped me exchange a tote bag that I bought for my wife in which she wanted a different color go figure (LOL). But therefore her system was going in and out but she still managed to help me with my transaction and she was very nice to me and my son and I’m so glad she was the angel there to help me thank you.

    I just left Nordstrom at Phipps. The woman who helped us was so lovely. Her name was Lynn. The thing that concerned us was that while we were processing our return, two of her coworkers came over a separately and we’re both extremely rude to her. Sad to see because she is an excellent employee.

    Customer service, quality clothing and price points for all - this store never disappoints. My shopping experience the other day was hands down the most beautiful and exhilarating experience I’ve had. The stylist Lester in the woman’s & bathing suit department styled my girlfriend and I with pieces we would have never picked for ourselves. He was mindful of our price point and never made us feel pressured. He gave us pointers and provided us with beverages (non alcoholic) to further the experience. We left the store feeling a shoppers high unmatched to anything else.

    The staff are great and the quality if superior. If you need a bra fitting, do not go anywhere else. They also do cancer bra fittings. Awesome people.

    As a former high end Shoe & Leather goods salesman, I found the selection of products very plain & the salesperson was just that; a clerk, not a salesman. I was fortunate in finding a shoe to my liking an felt I had to convince him to go & get my size, after I measured my foot myself. I find customer service really lacking.

    Wow! The men working in the men’s shoe section and clothing section where top freakin notch! My husband is a size 15 and XXL tall which can be very hard to find clothes for. They went above and beyond and I ended up spending $$$ with them because they went above and beyond. The gentleman in the shoe does brought out every pair of size 15 shoes for me to look through, the man in the clothing department took everything to the checkout that I picked up and watched my bags from the shoe department as I continued to shop. I was so impressed and had a great time shopping. It shows that customer service will make people spend more!

    The one person that keeps us coming back is the tailor, Hiram Dawson, he has magical hands and can make anything you bring in look custom-made. We use to love the Cherry Hill store location, however after COVID things have changed and the store does not carry many designer items so we find ourselves driving 45 minutes away to King of Prussia Mall. The online service is the absolute worst but I’ll leave it for another review

    Tiffany (Tom Ford/Fragrance dept) was amazing! She was the ONLY one to ask us if we needed anything instead of the rest of the employees who followed us around the store. We stopped and looked at clothes, shoes, home goods, etc, and no one asked us if we needed help. While in the men's department, she came over to put away cologne, introduced herself, let us know where we can find her if we needed anything. We decided to go over to fragrance to find her to help us. The other person in fragrance (I forgot his name) also asked us if we needed help. Waited for Tiffany to come back, she spent time with us discussing fragrances, what she thought we would like, etc. Even though she worked with Tom Ford, she was very knowledgeable about the other fragrances and didnt mind helping me find a scent that I would love. She was very helpful, personable, and is the only reason we would come back and shop at Nordstrom.

    I made some returns easily. But could not get help in the cosmetic area ( not for the first time) or the shoe department. I've been disappointed by the changes to clothing Nordstrom carries. If they lose the customer service brand they had, I'm going from loyal and frequent customer to past one

    This is a typical Nordstrom. The store itself was clean and in good order. The shelves and racks were full, and the clothes were folded and hung neatly as would be expected in a nicer store. Our interaction with two different staff members was great. They were knowledgeable about the products in their area and extremely helpful.

    It's always a great experience when shopping here. They were out of the Marc Jacobs Tote Bag that I was looking to purchase for a birthday gift, but I was shown several alternatives and finally settled on a MCM handbag. I love the gift wrapping option as well.

    I always go to Tiffany S. in the fragrance department when I shop at this location. She is so sweet and give great suggestions on the best fragrances to try. Definitely ask for Tiffany if you are looking for the best fragrance to purchase!

    I hadn't been to Nordstrom's shoeshine stand in a long time. The price increased from $2.50 to $5.00, but seeing as how it was $2.50 when I moved to the Atlanta area in 2005, the increase was overdue. I always gave the hard working guys $5.00, but it sounds like I was in the minority. Still, an excellent shine and a bargain at $5.00 before tip. Don't forget to tip!

    Recently moved here from Seattle where I liked the service, inventory and quality of the flagship store. For this Buckhead store, on the positive side, the people that took care of us were very kind and empathetic. They said they've gotten lots of feedback about the lack of fresh inventory. They did not pressure us to buy in the least bit. My friend and I had an appointment with a personal stylist. I thought we would need to restrain ourselves to not spend too much. Instead, we found the clothes uninspiring and the thoughtfulness of the "personal" styling lacking. For example, I was asked about my size and what I wanted, but the personal stylist categorized it as preppy. There wasn't much nuance. Another example, the rack that I saw had stuff you could find at Old Navy because the style had been around for maybe 7 years. A third example, their strategy seemed to be to throw a bunch of stuff on the wall and hope something sticks. Instead of carefully rolling out two to three choices at a time, listening for a reaction and then iterating, they gave us a rack of clothes with 15 to 20 items at once. It wasn't an enjoyable experience. Final example, my friend's $500 dress suggestion was highly wrinkled. When I pointed that out they said something about their steam iron. I don't think a nice store should present winkled clothes.
