    Customer service was horrible!!! I am highly professional, successful, and financially secure. Last Friday afternoon I chose to dress down and just run in and purchase a couple outfits for my vacation. Due to the mask my regular sales associates did not recognize me. To my surprise NO ONE (Not one ☝️) person greeted me or looked to observe my presence. I went to men’s shoes to purchase a pair I had been viewing. The salesman came from the back but did not speak. I said hello to him as I was about to ask for a size. He immediately dropped his head, focused on his cell and did NOT reply. I remained in the area for a few minutes. Still NO recognition. Same throughout the store. THIS WAS MY DISRESPECTFUL EXPERIENCE AT BLOOMINGDALES ATL I guess I didn’t “look” like I belonged. Cannot blame on race because these were my own people. Let’s do better

    I received horrible service in the men's shoe department. The clerk seemed like she was bothered. How dare I buy a pair of shoes?? The greeting that I received was "Do you need something?" Once I tell her which shoe and size I needed, she came out of the back, rung up the shoes, and handed me the bag and receipt, all without saying a word to me. The entire interaction was dry, transactional, and unprofessional. I will not shop at this store again.

    I get fantastic silver pieces from Uno de 50 here. Great customer service! One of the few stores with a Charlotte Tilbury outpost and Erin Lauder fragrances.

    This is a complaint about associates Dominique Kelly and Goergann Golden. I had the most traumatic experience today on 1/13/2023 at the Bloomingdales Charlotte Tilbury counter inside of Lenox mall. I walked in and politely said hello to the sales associate Dominique Kelly who was putting makeup on a customer's face. I stood there for a while and she never greeted me back or even acknowledged my presence so I walked away to find another sales associate. There were no sales associates present at the 3 other beauty counters in the vicinity so I decided to go back to Dominique Kelly. I said Hello again and 30 seconds later she turned around and finally greeted me. She said she would help me in a second. I said no problem because she was preoccupied with another customer. A few minutes later after she was done with the other customer she came over and asked how she could help. I told her I wanted to return an item and get a refund but she advised me I would only be able to swap it for another item. I looked around and decided I would get the Charlotte Tilbury Contour wand but their darkest contour shade was not dark enough for my skin complexion so I asked if there was another shade darker and she said no. This made me feel uncomfortable supporting/buying products from a company that didn’t cater to my skin tone. I decided that I no longer wanted their products. I then asked Dominique Kelly if I could receive store credit of any kind and she said no it’s against the return policy. I looked online but I couldn’t find the return policy so I asked Dominique if she had a physical copy of the return policy maybe on a receipt or anywhere posted in the store. She said she didn’t have the return policy anywhere that I could read it and that I had to take her word for it. This was very odd to me because the return policy is usually printed on the back of the receipt which she could print out and show me. Nonetheless I asked to speak with the manager of the beauty department and she brought over another associate by the name of Goergeann Golden, she came over with a discourteous hostile attitude. I asked Goergeann if she was the manager for the makeup department and she said “yes I am one of the managers” . I asked her if she could pull up the store return policy so I can read it but she told me she couldn’t. I then asked her for the customer service number and she said that “ Bloomindales doesn’t have a customer service department or phone number” . She told me that because of covid regulations I am not able to return the product for store credit. This is really outrageous to me because it is 2023 and the store is still operating by covid guidelines. Goergeann walked off and I googled Bloomingdales customer service department and the top search provided me with a phone number. I asked Dominique was that the customer service number that you told me you couldn’t provide me with and she said “Yes but we don’t have one”. I felt uncomfortable so I decided to leave. The service I received from Dominique and Goergeann lacked professionalism and was very discriminatory.

    I had to make a return and it was absolutely the easiest return I've ever had. I just basically had to find anyone and they would help me which was odd. If you go to Macy's, you can only return an item at one place. Moreover, the person helping me return the item was able to scan something on the price tag that told them which credit card I purchased it with and had my return processed before I had time to do more than tie my shoe. It was such a great experience overall.

    Long story short-we had a personal shopping appointment at Neiman Marcus and the personal shopper never showed up. We were getting my mom some dresses for my wedding. We decided to try Bloomingdale’s instead and it was the best decision ever!! The staff was excellent and their selection was insane! We had to restrain ourselves from picking out any more dresses because we would have been there all day. My mom got a couple of dresses and she now gets to have an outfit change at my wedding. She’s gonna feel like the queen she is!! We will recommend Bloomingdale’s over Neiman’s forever.

    Great experience! They processed my order quickly and I was able to get in and out. No chaos and the salespeople were pleasant. This was especially refreshing after the disastrous experience that I had with Nordstrom!

    I don't like shopping, but this Bloomingdale's has always made it bearable, even pleasant. We registered here for our wedding and had a wonderful experience, and have kept returning ever since with the same result every time. Would definitely recommend!

    Stylist was helpful and told me he loved how I made leg warmers out of my balmain jeans. I felt seen and appreciated. Fragrance dept HAD THE WHOLE WORLD bought some lube platform limited edition cross & Badgley Mischka flip-flops love it there!!!

    Today i went to purchase a cologne from Le Labo and was helped by the lovely Alana Brown! She was great and so insightful. Shasha Phillip also helped me at the byredo counter and she was lovely! She helped me smell scents while giving her personal experience with it. Malik at the creed counter was the icing on the cake with his whitty humor!

    Absolutely LOVED these fragrances, especially the MANCERA INSTANT CRUSH. Representative FAIMY (spell check) was the absolute BEST. She was super professional and she engaged with her customers. I was happy that she came over to assist me after the one that kinda looks foreign left me hanging, she didn't say excuse me or I'll be right back with you... NOTHING. FAIMY will be my go to person when I visit again.

    I came in today looking for a new fragrance to treat myself for Christmas. Tricia initially greeted me and guided me through my purchase. I’m came looking for a new Parfumes De Marley as they’re my new favorite fragrance house but I was intrigued by Creed. I had heard a lot about it but never tried or bought. Tricia was so patient with me and kind describing the notes in all the different scents.Not once during my indecisiveness did she ever display anything other then great service. If you need a good fragrance, please go see Tricia!

    Loooooooooove shopping here, despite being ignored by a few of the associates. I guess they assumed I could not afford to buy a $400 bottle of perfume.... Treat everyone with the same respect and dignity! Although I was uncomfortable, I still spent $200 in there! I work hard so I play hard!

    DO NOT ORDER ONLINE TO PICK UP! I ordered a cologne online thinking it would be ready later on in the day. I ordered one thing at 2:00pm and NEVER got any type of notification it was getting ready. So I went in around 6:45pm thinking it’s been long enough or maybe they forgot. When I asked about it the lady at the desk said it wasn’t ready, I needed to get that notification, and she couldn’t do anything about it. I left and figured okay maybe they’ll have it ready for tomorrow. The next day comes and I get an email saying the free sample has been shipped and when I clicked to check the tracking number I saw the cologne I bought had been CANCELED. So now I don’t have the money or the gift. The worse part is they never emailed me to tell me my ordered had been canceled because they were out of stock. At least if I would have gotten that email I would have gone ahead and bought something else and not wasted my time or money. RIDICULOUS.

    I'm aware that this entire mall is fat-phobic. But their employee looking at my size 20-22 body and telling me if I want a "more generous fit" I can look at one brand that goes "all the way to a 14-16" is a joke. Your website lists plus sizes- but of course your store doesn't carry any.

    Everything looks great. Friendly staff, cleanliness is good. Product availability is also good. Prices are reasonable compared to Dillard’s for the 2022 thanksgiving weekend. I love to shop again!

    The existing staff are pleasant and professional, and the store carries some good brands. I used to find shoes here, but they recently shrank that section. Like most department stores these days, though, they are understaffed, the store is pretty messy and uninspiring. It also needs a revamp. Much of the store smells like a dirty mop which generally means they had water or flooding at some point. Bloomingdale's, you are supposed to be luxe and have higher end labels, you need your store to represent that image.

    My experience at Bloomingdale's was completely awesome. I was able to find exactly what I was looking for and my sales associate Malik did a wonderful job in making sure the transition was done to perfection. I will be shopping there in the future.

    Two weeks ago my son wanted to go to Bloomingdales for a shirt. We were approached by Bruno whose warmth, kindness and knowledge far exceeded my expectations. We actually ended up purchasing two All Saints shirts, and when Bruno told me he could special order (transfer from another store) jeans we thought were discontinued, I was ecstatic! Honestly, I never cared for the drive or higher prices of this store, but there was something so honest about this guy and his love for fashion, I am returning tomorrow. He definitely changed my perception of Bloomingdales.

    Moriah (sales rep) was absolutely amazing! My wife’s birthday is coming up and I needed a specific movado watch. She was able to locate the exact watch I was looking for. It happened to be the last one they had in stock. She held it for me and I was able to purchase it just in time before my wife’s birthday! I can’t express my gratitude enough! Moriah, your customer service is second to none! You helped make my wife’s birthday a memorable one! Thanks a million!!!!

    I requested to have an online order picked up from the store due to an increase in package thefts in the Atlanta area. I walked up to the counter, and the employee scanned my order receipt and looked at my ID. I was then told my item was not in the pick up room, and they would need to get it from another area in the store. The employee let another employee know that I was waiting for a pick up, and left. After 40 minutes, the employee who replaced the one that left finally rechecked the back room, and my item was there the entire time. I received my confirmation email 5 days before that my item was ready to pick up at the Lenox location. They didn’t have my item packaged/bagged for pick up like the other customers who went to pick up their packages while I waited. Will not recommend doing an online pick up in store option to these location.

    The curb side was terrible! I waited outside 30 mins and kept calling. Never got a answer. I was forced to go in. I clearly wanted to avoid that since COVID cases are high. If I wanted to go inside I wouldn’t picked curb side service. Do better

    I purchased the Vera Wang Wedgwood Infinity photo frame and I wanted to be assured it was just exactly what I was looking for. This was for my 1st Granddaughter’s Engagement gift so it had to be special.She went over all the details for me even when I inquired about the gift wrapping ( as I wanted everything perfect) She assured me I would be happy and that it would be packed carefully and thoughtful for transport not to be broken or torn.If allowed I would like to say her name was Catherine as she is an asset to your store as well as the company. She was extremely helpful and seemed genuine in her eagerness to help me .She expressed excitement for my family’s happy event. Which by the way… My gift was embraced by the couple and admired by all in attendance. So, I felt compelled to Thank Catherine and Bloomingdale’s as a whole.
