This
is
a
complaint
about
associates
Dominique
Kelly
and
Goergann
Golden.
I
had
the
most
traumatic
experience
today
on
1/13/2023
at
the
Bloomingdales
Charlotte
Tilbury
counter
inside
of
Lenox
mall.
I
walked
in
and
politely
said
hello
to
the
sales
associate
Dominique
Kelly
who
was
putting
makeup
on
a
customer's
face.
I
stood
there
for
a
while
and
she
never
greeted
me
back
or
even
acknowledged
my
presence
so
I
walked
away
to
find
another
sales
associate.
There
were
no
sales
associates
present
at
the
3
other
beauty
counters
in
the
vicinity
so
I
decided
to
go
back
to
Dominique
Kelly.
I
said
Hello
again
and
30
seconds
later
she
turned
around
and
finally
greeted
me.
She
said
she
would
help
me
in
a
second.
I
said
no
problem
because
she
was
preoccupied
with
another
customer.
A
few
minutes
later
after
she
was
done
with
the
other
customer
she
came
over
and
asked
how
she
could
help.
I
told
her
I
wanted
to
return
an
item
and
get
a
refund
but
she
advised
me
I
would
only
be
able
to
swap
it
for
another
item.
I
looked
around
and
decided
I
would
get
the
Charlotte
Tilbury
Contour
wand
but
their
darkest
contour
shade
was
not
dark
enough
for
my
skin
complexion
so
I
asked
if
there
was
another
shade
darker
and
she
said
no.
This
made
me
feel
uncomfortable
supporting/buying
products
from
a
company
that
didn’t
cater
to
my
skin
tone.
I
decided
that
I
no
longer
wanted
their
products.
I
then
asked
Dominique
Kelly
if
I
could
receive
store
credit
of
any
kind
and
she
said
no
it’s
against
the
return
policy.
I
looked
online
but
I
couldn’t
find
the
return
policy
so
I
asked
Dominique
if
she
had
a
physical
copy
of
the
return
policy
maybe
on
a
receipt
or
anywhere
posted
in
the
store.
She
said
she
didn’t
have
the
return
policy
anywhere
that
I
could
read
it
and
that
I
had
to
take
her
word
for
it.
This
was
very
odd
to
me
because
the
return
policy
is
usually
printed
on
the
back
of
the
receipt
which
she
could
print
out
and
show
me.
Nonetheless
I
asked
to
speak
with
the
manager
of
the
beauty
department
and
she
brought
over
another
associate
by
the
name
of
Goergeann
Golden,
she
came
over
with
a
discourteous
hostile
attitude.
I
asked
Goergeann
if
she
was
the
manager
for
the
makeup
department
and
she
said
“yes
I
am
one
of
the
managers”
.
I
asked
her
if
she
could
pull
up
the
store
return
policy
so
I
can
read
it
but
she
told
me
she
couldn’t.
I
then
asked
her
for
the
customer
service
number
and
she
said
that
“
Bloomindales
doesn’t
have
a
customer
service
department
or
phone
number”
.
She
told
me
that
because
of
covid
regulations
I
am
not
able
to
return
the
product
for
store
credit.
This
is
really
outrageous
to
me
because
it
is
2023
and
the
store
is
still
operating
by
covid
guidelines.
Goergeann
walked
off
and
I
googled
Bloomingdales
customer
service
department
and
the
top
search
provided
me
with
a
phone
number.
I
asked
Dominique
was
that
the
customer
service
number
that
you
told
me
you
couldn’t
provide
me
with
and
she
said
“Yes
but
we
don’t
have
one”.
I
felt
uncomfortable
so
I
decided
to
leave.
The
service
I
received
from
Dominique
and
Goergeann
lacked
professionalism
and
was
very
discriminatory.
