Excellent guesthouse and restaurant on the riverside. Love the atmosphere they've created with all the trees and plants, lanterns and fairy lights, the aquarium and little river with fish, the cozy hammocks, mattresses and swings ! They have four very cheap double rooms (no dorms) : 40 000 with fan, 80 000 with AC. Comfortable enough beds by Laos standards, windows have shutters, mosquito screens and curtains. Two shared bathrooms with hot shower. They also do laundry and bike rentals (10 000/day, no padlock, good enough condition to ride to Vat Phou and back). Nice and quiet at end of high season (16 march), except on Friday night where they had a loud party next door until early morning (not their fault). The restaurant is quite popular with the locals. Their food is delicious and affordable. Try their French toast or their strawberry shake ! Or if you feel more adventurous they have more exotic items on the menu such as spicy ant eggs salad ! And there's no problem from the noise as they close the restaurant early (9 ish). The restaurant area is on a wooden terrace by the riverside and the rooms are upstairs with their own wooden mezzanine overlooking the Mekong on sunrise side. It was a nice surprise to find such a pleasant place to stay in such a small place like Champasak. Make sure to bring some cash as the only two ATMs in town don't work. All in all very good value for money and would stay again.

Good View Good Taste^^ Way To Wat Phou💕

Perfect spot by the river BUT in need of a decent cleaning. Champasak is a dusty river side farming town and a restaurant/bar needs to be cleaned every day. The food is disappointing and perhaps it's best just to have a drink here and chill overlooking the Mekong. Staff were friendly but lacked basic training. Laos Beer Large and very cold K13k. Feb 2020 - good value fan room K40k but the shared bathroom is filthy. I asked twice if they could clean it, but ....

The cheeseburger is very good. The place has nice seating areas and a nice view of the Mekong river.

Great motorbike stop to rest and recharge. I didn't try the food, but the drinks (match bubble tea) and brownie where great. There are tables with river views, lounge cusions by a koi pond, and a tree swing. Outlets and wifi are available

This was a nice outdoor place to get something to eat or drink a smoothie and it was lovely to sit along the river, though it got pretty buggy at night. I was glad they have some veg options.

At our first visit in Champasak this restaurant has been the most "wow" moment, the view really makes you wonder if you are still in Laos. Now 6 months later living here and "Champasak with Love" has always been consistent with a dynamic team, a lively atmosphere and a large enough menu to satisfy everyone. Some recommendations : Fried egg noodles with sea food (featured in picture, 40 000kip in July 2023), Phak Siu Chicken,​ Gyoza, Waffles with Mocha Ice Cream, Iced Cappuccino...

Lovely guesthouse and restaurant along the Mekong. We paid 80K Kip for a big room and (very clean) shared bathroom. The owners are very friendly !

Nice terrace on the Mekong, nice staff and music (not too loud). Good for a beer or a nice dessert (i recommand te fried roty with banana and sugar milk) but the mains are pricey and portions are small.

Yummy Thai style food and gorgeous views of the river and Don Daeng. There is often live music. Popular with young people from the city. Fruit shakes here are some of the best in southern Laos. The pineapple shake is especially amazing.

Best Ice Coffee shake we had in Laos. Came back 4 times in 3 days. Beautiful views over the Mekong, lots of plants. Good place to chill out for a while.

Lovely riverside restaurant! All the tables on the river occupied for sunset (although not a direct view of the sunset). Nice ambiance. Cold beer lao and tasty fish!

Worth visit with good interior and great design. Location is perfect, food is good, service is moderate, environment is slightly crowded. Don't order ice cream, it's taste like a sand.
