We loved Morton's! The food and service was excellent 👌 Our waiter was David he was super nice and professional! Ask for him if you go! The lamb chops were the best even better than Perrys steak and The chefs Table! And don't get me started about the 🍞! They have the best hands down out of all the fine dining we've experienced! We will definitely be back!

Everything was really good actually all i would say is treat people better they asked me to sit at the bar when there was clearly tables open. I might not have been dressed the best because i was going to a concert but me and my date definitely noticed how rude they were about the seating our waiter on the other hand was great. Edit: Clearly the owner doesnt ever read the reviews if not he would know that my feedback wasn't all positive. But don't worry I won't be back

My wife and I had a date night and decided to enjoy some wonderful food! The steaks were phenomenal, sides were delicious though if you like fried/seared and tossed brussel sprouts, you may want to avoid their sauteed brussel sprouts as there is no coating and it might be a bit too strong for your taste buds. The service was phenomenal, the mocktails were delicious, and the atmosphere was peaceful, relaxing and enjoyable. We came when they opened though we also had reservations via OpenTable just in case. Whether you are staying downtown for a night on the town, or just want to celebrate one of life's many wins, you can't go wrong with Morton's, you get what you pay for and believe you me! Sometimes it's best to splurge a little bit!

Delicious food and drinks! The chicken cordon blue was amazing. The mint bar for dessert with the mint drink were the perfect cap off.

Definitely our go to place for date night. Food is always excellent! The Vday package seemed like a great deal. The sommelier really helped us pick a bottle to compliment our dinner. Perfect night!

Was here for a business lunch meeting. The food was delicious and the service was great. I had the steak which you will see a picture of. My business partner had the Salmon. I had water so I cannot share with you how the drinks are.

My party and I got there around 7:45ish after placing our order. After we ordered drinks it seemed like the restaurant was shutting down. Things were kind of rushed. The usual items the bread should salad was good. Steaks were good but needed to follow a little bit more of what my requests I like rare plus for my meats.

I was disappointed with my bone in ribeye. Not much flavor and kinda tuff and only 1/2" thick. When you pay $60 for a steak, one should expect perfection. KC, our waiter, was great, and no, I didn't say a word to the staff about my steak. I didn't wish to make a scene. The rest of the meal, and the rest of our guest all had a great dinner.

Celebrated my birthday there with family & LOVED the service, VERY ATTENTIVE, GM stopped by table to check up on us & we gave RAVE REVIEWS. Fresh onion bread & butter were amazing. I've had better steaks but the service & happy hour will bring me back!

I’ve been here 2 times. First time, great service. Great food. Did the filet Oscar style, with the corn side and potatoes as well. The second time, ordered the same and the steak was extremely over cooked, i had asked for medium rare and received a well done steak. Bar area, server wasn’t attentive.

Outstanding 8oz ribeye. Medium temp was evenly achieved on the whole steak. Very attentive service. Tends to get noisy, but nice ambiance. Lobster Mac and cheese was creamy good. Bread pudding and cheese cake were decadent - 7 of us shared them 😂

Let me set the scene for you. It’s 100° in Houston. You’re going to a steakhouse it feels like you’re in New York. Nice cool AC and dark theme going. You got Frank Sinatra playing in the background and that first bite of filet mignon hits your taste buds :-). This is what it is like going to Morton’s. Try the mashed potatoes, bread, Mac N Cheese. This place gives you plenty of portions and you will be full. Don’t forget to try the Key Lime Pie.

I hosted our company Christmas party here this year with the hopes for the best steaks in town. Unfortunately the hope were short lived, the meat was mediocre at best. I will admit, the sides were pretty good but I did not come for the sides. The service was stellar and the atmosphere is what you expect from a high level steakhouse but regrettably the meat was not.

The place was stellar. Had a Cajun ribeye, with cream spinach, mushrooms and they had a truffle sauce on top of it and it was so delicious. Went there as a company dinner and I've never been there before. This is probably going to be one of those special places I take my wife because it was a class act.

I had my engagement event at Morton's. Everyone was very warm and welcoming, starting with the manager. He was very kind and worked with me diligently to make sure the event turned out great. The food was supreme, so you definitely cannot go wrong with Morton's. There is valet parking for $12 if you do not want to walk to the garage.

Had Dinner here to celebrate our 19th year wedding anniversary! The food was delicious and our server was very accommodating! Can’t wait for the next special occasion to celebrate here again!

Morton's is a bit of an icon for steak dinners in the downtown Houston area. Make no mistake - the food is great. My fillet was perfectly cooked with a perfect amount of seasoning. The garlic green beans and the (unnamed) potato dish were equally yummy. The servers were very friendly. However, is it worth the prices? That depends. If you have no budget, then visit Morton's and enjoy the evening. You will get good food and service. If you want a great night out, but live in the 99% of the world where money is something you have to manage in a reasonable manner, there are other places that deliver food and service nearly that of Morton's but at a mere fraction of the cost.

Great food, great service. Reserving a table on opentable.com made no sense though. It said all the reservations were taken up so I had to pick a very early reservation at 4:45pm for dinner. The restaurant was still half empty at 7pm. Makes zero sense.

Great vibes. The meal was cooked to perfection and Kobe was a very nice server. Low traffic on this Monday night, which made the occasion feel more enjoyable. Would definitely go again.

The ambience is really great - calm, relaxed. Friendly staff too. The food was divine. From the big, fat seared asparagus to the juicy steak and the loaded baked potato......it was all so yummy! My 2yr old loved the fries so much and finished the whole thing. The peach mule was 💯......i wanted the mango mule but they were out of mango puree and they made sure to inform me and apologize. The bread was everything!!! It was my first time here and it was so good. They have made me a repeat customer!

Food was excellent! We went there for our wedding anniversary and was impressed by the choice of food&the taste. I got the salmon and my husband got got bass.. The waiter staff was okay but preoccupied&routine although there was not many in the restaurant. We went during the week on a Tuesday better service would have made the experience even more memorable. Beware of large portions and a dent in your wallet.
