The therapist was fine, but based on their operations and billing practices, I don’t recommend them. My daughter hasn’t been there in over two years and I just got a bill for over $126. The stress and anxiety this business causes will cause anyone to need therapy.

(this review is specifically for Christina Copeland since i have not talked to any of the staff yet. She’s a therapist at this location or another). VERY unprofessional and honestly only lasted like a week as my therapist. she shows what you are telling her is boring by sitting like a high schooler who’s in math class. the first day of our evaluation 5 minutes in i told her my diagnoses (diagnosed by a more professional therapist who specializes SPECIFICALLY on what i have) and says she doubts that i have it since it’s being thrown around a lot (we are talking about BPD here… i’ve been diagnosed with it for 3 years so i was soooo confused on what she was talking about) but it’s based off a very bias stand point. how do you know that when we have only been on the video call for less than 5 minutes? you haven’t even looked into my notes yet. i also eventually felt like a therapist for her which is why i just stopped showing up. she seems to get offended when you talk about bad parenting and seeks validation so she makes sure she’s not in that same toxic parenting category you’re talking about which is weird. she was extremely late to our appointments and i’m talking about AT LEAST 30 minutes maybe a little bit more. with out really getting to know me she just assumed who i was, how i was and she was COMPLETELY wrong i had to correct her quite a few times. i felt more judged and demeaned than ever, her ignorance is not bliss it’s filled with… assumptions which is the worse form of ignorance. on our last session she rushed me off the phone bc she had a lunch date after airing some unprofessional highlights of her life out to me.her character is very questionable but you’ll just have to see for yourself.

The therapists are caring and supportive. But since lifestance took over, the billing is goofy. And it doesn't say it on the text you get, but, the cancelation isn't 24 hours anymore it's 48 or you get charged. I'm pretty much done with them at this point. Have been a client for family innovations for close to 10 years and 1 year with the new company and I'm out. Big business isn't always the best business.

This company is highly unprofessional and uses shady business practices. They will charge both your credit card and your insurance company simultaneously. And trying to get your card refunded after the insurance company pays them is impossible. I have called twice over 3 weeks and was told both times that I would be refunded. That still hasn't happened. I have sent messages through the patient portal and never received a response. Also, trying to get through on their phone lines is painful. It takes at least an hour to get someone to answer the phone. I cannot believe they treat people this way that are coming to them for help! I will NOT be using this company ever again.

I definitely enjoyed getting to know this man. This is only the beginning of the trust but I truly felt comfortable with Warren. This being my first time talking with a therapist and having to do it over the phone without video because my phone was having problems... it was a great start to something I've never done before. Thank you! I wish I'd have done this years ago! I look forward to our meeting again next time.

I had met my therapist at a different facility and was able to keep him here. The staff is great, kind and respectful. It is hard for some to ask for help when they feel in crisis, but LifeStance Health is easy to work with and help you get the right therapist for you. I highly recommend them. And they also do virtual visits if you need those.

Gretchen was amazing, I've struggled with finding the right medications for my anxiety. Gretchen took the time to listen to me and gave me options as to what would be best for me. Highly recommend.
