Gluten Free bulk goods! Great Costco items, gluten free bread, gluten free frozen pizza plus many excellent options of fresh, canned & frozen fruits and veggies. Appreciate organic & keto friendly options as well. Always busy, wish we had one closer to Forest Lake. Hard to get out without a headache as the bakery items are all out in front of the produce department. So ceiliac sensitive guests may need to wear a mask.

We were shopping for a new TV. We spoke to 2 different sales associates. Both were very friendly and helpful. We had been shopping at another store nearby, but with the nice sales associates at Costco we decided to purchase our TV there. Of course, the price was better than at the previous store. That's always a win!

Yesterday I went to Costco with my grandma. I dropped her off in the front and parked the car. We had a return and she was about 30 feet in the door. I tell the person at the door I’m with my grandma and point to her who has her card up in the air so she can see her. I try to walk to my grandma to get her card to go do a return for and the lady “Anne” is screaming at me telling me I cannot walk in the store with an item I need to return. I had told her I just needed to get the card which she could see where my grandma was and she kept screaming at me. When we got to the cashier they’re always very rude making you feel stupid on a question you have. They’re always in such a rush and can’t spend a little time just to ask how your shopping experience was. I was going to get my own membership this day instead I decided not to because of how rude the employees were.

Employees are incredibly rude and pushy at the self checkout and as I have already expressed my concerns to the manager and was assured it would be handled I am very disappointed to continue to receive this type of service. I will attempt the maple grove location in the future and reevaluate my use of a Costco membership due to the poor customer service.

My first Costco experience was a great one. Maybe not everything is a steal but there was plenty of items that I found to undercut the competition. I didn't expect to spend 600 on my first visit but the amount I saved was pretty crazy

Today’s visit was one of the worst. The two cashiers helping me were not very helpful at self checkout, thought the one lady was being very rude. Was trying to pay and my card wouldn’t go through so they automatically went to “we can just void it” so I leave with nothing because I have no other card besides that one. I guess they don’t take credit cards or master card?? I wish I was told this before instead of wasting my time to have nothing I needed from the store. Wasn’t too happy with the self checkout ladies though. Felt I got no help.

Costco customer service has gone down the drain. You have employees just standing around and chit chatting . The supervisor is clueless and a lot of flirtatious among the employees while you are standing there in front waiting for their help. I had a issue with an previous purchase and was passed around and everyone was clueless. Finally they got a manager to come help and the manager stood ten feet away and whispering to the employee of how they can't help me. I felt so disrespected that he did not approach me and talk to me about my issue instead depend on the clueless employee to relay the information. I clearly looked him in the eye and this back and forth whispering was humiliating. This store needs some etiquette training including the manager.

We all know Costco brings in crowds of people. Either accept it or don't shop there I guess. This one is as nice as any other Costco. I was able to make my return and get out of there in record speed. I tried the hot dog on my next visit. The bun was not great, but it was definitely worth $1.50 for a hot dog and pop.

12/24/2022 Update: Nice and quiet CHRISTmas Eve. Not to busy. Prices are still up a little except for those low price food court items. Costco currently has some of the best deals on televisions. You might be looking for a cheap 55" or a very reasonably priced Sony 85" monster of a TV, fret not, Costco has you covered this year. Check out the current prices as of 11-25-2020, they are visible in the attached photos. On other, non electronic, notes, the tire shop just quoted 4 different sets of 4 tires for my Dodge minivan and they all fell within the range of $500-$580 and that included installation and the most expensive set were "Runflats" Plenty of pies for your Thanksgiving holiday!!!

Perfect place for first date! If your date is too good for the Soda pop hotdog combo, then you know it's not worth your time and hers. Perfect place to watch people and learn about consumerism in American culture.

Love the store but always WAY too busy. Costco needs to add a Blaine store or someplace nearby because I just waiting in line for. 12 minutes today just to check out on a Friday afternoon. I also accidentally bought $27 worth of “organic raspberries “ instead of normal, because the fruit section can be hard to identify which is which. But otherwise our family loves the products here.

Wish the parking was better situated, love the bakery & frozen foods. Wish meat prices were better. The employees are awesome every time!

I’m done with Costco. Too many issues with produce, frozen foods that aren’t actually frozen, inventory that changes so often I typically can’t find things on my list, and a parking lot that makes me feel like I’m the target in a video game. There is no amount of savings worth this level of frustration.

Went through the optical dept. and was very satisfied. This was my second visit within the past year and both times I was fortunate to be helped by "Mary". She was the ultimate pro, very knowledgeable, helpful and wonderful personality to boot!

Picked up my new hearing aids, and I was thrilled. Mark and James put me through a series of tests to ensure the hearing aids were working properly and clearly for my ears. They were! I am so excited.

I love to shop this store. They're very good at keeping things replenished and clean. I only wish they had more brands or options to choose from. Otherwise, I have nothing bad to say. They restaurant is great at getting food our fast and consistently delicious and for a good value too. For those of you who don't know, you can eat there without a membership. Just walk in through the exit door and enjoy!

Unlike other locations, the gas station is out of the way making it convenient to stop for just gas. Also, the pharmacy is the best! The flu shot table is awesome for the whole family

Recently purchased and had them install 3 sets of tires. They did a great job. All 3 appointments were done right at about the hour mark. No damage to any of my wheels. Only downside is they’re super busy and appointments were 2-3 weeks out depending on when you wanted to get in.

I’m sitting in Costco right now eating pizza and I watched one of the workers names Rob(Ron? Only saw a flash of the name tag) listen to an upset customer rant on and on about an issue. His response was awesome- his demeanor was so calm and his response was kind, while acknowledging her frustration yet consistently enforcing the policy each time he responded regardless of how upset she got. 10/10 skills displayed, so I thought he deserved some recognition. Good job, Rob/Ron!

Costco never disappoints, Visited two nights before Thanksgiving, I expected it to be absolutely packed with people. Costco had plenty of cashiers available and I did not have to wait in line. Thank you for valuing my time during the busy holiday season.

Super packed, if you don't move around people that stop randomly and drive cautiously with cart might bump some behinds. Check out lines move fast if people know what their doing at self-check out, also cashiers are fast when you have a lot of products to buy. Needed a replacement card and wait was 5-7mins at the front.

First time here in years. Selections were good. If you enjoy organic foods, this is the place to go. Well worth the club membership. Lots of room to park. Prices were competitive. I liked the wide isles. Plenty of employees around to help you.

Very nice Costco, the liquor section is outside.. through another door, had a pretty nice liquor department... The employees were very nice, the rest of the store was really nice too!

Went to get new glasses and walked out with great looking glasses and great looking sunglasses for an amazing price. Mary was great and she took great care of me. I had a lot of questions and she answered them all and had great recommendations. I went in not wanting to deal with choosing ugly glasses and instead I was out of there in less than 1 hour and I'm so excited for my glasses I can't wait 😁

Great selection of items and seasonal offerings. Love buying bulk produce here. The ready to cook yakisoba noodles is very good - family favorite. Easy to find baby formula and diapers as well. Parking is always a maze though and walking in is trying to avoid a slew of people coming and going but that's nothing against Costco. People are just crazy 🤪

The rule is, if you take care of your employees they’ll take care of you. Costco is one of the only businesses that has consistent employees with good attitudes. They’re actually pleasant to deal with. It’s no accident they’re lot is always full of cars. Costcos business model should be used by every retail business. Oh, and their glasses department is awesome.

Costco is a great wholesale retailer that offers an array of items you can buy in bulk for reasonable prices. There are membership fees of course but in the long run you do see a significant amount of savings over paying higher price per unit costs at other grocery and retail stores. Our family has a membership and what we buy lasts a lot longer for less than going anywhere else. Now mind you, Costco has a lot but in terms of grocery selection it's not as extensive as cub or hyvee that said what they do offer should last you a lot longer than buying standard "market" amounts offered at these retailers for the price. Its ideal if you have a larger family or have very hungry kids. Highly recommended.

I just wanted to say a HUGE thank you to the person who decorated my son’s first birthday cake at the CR location. We weren’t expecting much for designs that we hoped for, which was 10x better than expected! They went out of their way to create beautiful and articulate designs (bees & honeycomb) to make the cake even more beautiful & delicious!!!

Don't trust the berries, generally produce. I have not gotten any berries that didn't develop visible mold within two days in over two years. I still check once in a while, but they keep disappointing. The rest of the produce is good most of the time, but doesn't seem to last as long as one may expect. Aside from this, Costco is great!

I had trouble going from Verizon to TMobile. I had a customer service representative named Randy A. He spent a lot of time trying to get to the bottom of the problem. In my opinion, he went above and beyond. He even called the District Manager trying to resolve. Very knowledgeable and helpful young man. The young lady with him was also good, I didn't get her name but she likes the Pittsburgh Steelers. Your efforts were appreciated, thank you.

Place is mostly awesome however inventory on several items is Sporadic.. Heavy Cream, Club Crackers, Romain lettuce and several others aren’t always in stock. Employees are generally happy which is nice.

It's costco they have everything. Only problem they rotate thier product so if you have a food you love stock up when that item is in stock as it will be 6mos before that product comes back once they sell out of the supply they have (example mini quiches are only there Thanksgiving through the new year then they are gone again till November) . Other than that love they brought back the try before u buy foods that they heat up. And they keep it pretty clean. That's a plus.

The optical dept staff is amazing! Best prices and quick turnaround on ordering frames. Great selection too! I can't tell enough people how worth having a membership here is if you wear glasses!
