Hlaing (လှိုင်း) or 'Wave' if directly translated... It's one of the most popular and crowded café, a two-floor place, and one of few places that runs 24/7 in the city. Taste - Some dishes are perfect(Shan noodles, Indian foods, steam-rice) But others like fried noodles, fried rice, rice & curry, rice salad are just average. 3stars for the taste. Portion - This is just AVERAGE too. Speed - Just like other café, they are fast. Average waiting time for a dish lasts 4 - 10mins. Price - It's worthy enough to have a meal here. For me as a student, the café is always the third option to have my meal on accounts of the price and the taste. With their average portion/size of a dish... it can cost 1,800 - 2,500MMK to fully fill your empty stomach. Comfortableness - It may not be a good place to find the best taste in the city... but definitely the best place to have conversations. It's cozy and most people just have a cuppa tea, chill and chat. It's a TRADITION! Tea - Tea is the key thing of every café in this country. I rate Hlaing's tea 4stars out of 5. I'm not doing advertising but MKK on the 32nd street... just 2 blocks away, there... you can find the best taste of TEA! However... if u want to chill, want to meet with LNTS pals... or want to watch LIVE football match, then Haling(လိႈင္း) or Wave is a very good choice.

It is a 24 hours opening cafe. You can have variety of meals here. First tea is good. You can also have coffee, soft drinks, fresh fruits drinks, smoothe, hot and cold drinks and water. But it is a smoke zone, so beware yourself. Parking is difficult. But this tea house is popular among people.

Opening 24 hours. Available one potion menu and we can eat Shan noodles, Mohingha and rice fried with egg or peanut. And the price is fair. For drink, there have tea, coffee, and soft drinks. Free wifi also available and you should request wifi passwords from their staff.

Nice, cheap place for Myanmar citizens. They have a variety of snacks and foods available. Not the best service but not the worst service either. They offer wifi but the connection does not reach the expectation. U don't have to tip the waiters. The service is rather fast.
