Excellent hotel and service! The room was super clean, beds were very comfortable and AC was working great too. Very good closet space and our room had a refrigerator too. Bathroom was spotless, towels were clean, and hot water was available. Housekeeping was done if you requested it. It is very evident that the hotel is still new and we hope it remains this way! Breakfast was always so tasty with eggs, toast, butter, jam, apples, bananas, rice, veggies, coffee, tea etc. Staff always topped up when something from buffet ran out. Receptionists always read to help, Nicky gave us his WhatsApp number so we can communicate which came in handy. Transport services offered by the hotel were slightly expensive, but the stay was still great and we highly recommend it!

The rooms are clean and the whole hotel seemed to be brand new. Breakfast was great and the staff was very helpful and friendly. I recommend this place.

That hotel is amazing, I would give ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ if that would be possible!!! Due to my last 7 month traveling around south east asia, this was one of the best experience, I ever had in a hotel. Even in a western 5⭐️ hotel, the service is not better than this hotel. The staff is very friendly and super helpful. But Mr. Nicky was over the top, he made our stay unforgettable, he was so friendly and very helpful. It was like he could read my mind and before I even knew it, he came with the answer. He has the right mindset for running a hotel, very very attentive and with a courtesy that most of the 5⭐️ hotels should learn from him!!! Hopefully he will never leave that place!!! The hotel is very new and in an excellent condition and the rooms are super clean, the bed is very comfy and the bathroom is also clean and big. Housekeeping is on a daily basis, but you can also choose, when ever you want to be made. Located in a very strategic area, everything is easy to reach by a short walk.

Perfect place to stay in Mandalay : the pretty bedroom all in wood are really clean. The beds are comfortable with soft sheets. The breakfast was really good and complete (with local food too). And for the staff, never seen such nice people : they made our stay really comfy, with lot of advices and helps (they bought our bus ticket, to find good restaurant..) I totally recommand this place!!

We had a very nice stay here. The rooms were clean and spacious and the family was very kind (although only a few spoke English and never seemed to be at the front desk and would need to be called to help us). Our only complaint was the breakfast. It was limited and truthfully looked very unappealing. The food didn’t look fresh and the only thing we managed to find that looked good was the toast...

The hotel is perfect stay in Mandalay. The room is better than photos, the hotel is owned by family business, the host Nicky is hospitality, helpful and nice person and his family as well. Friendly staff, good location and excellent service!

Best place to stay, family run hotel, Nicky and crew super friendly, nice restaurants around the corner, taxi in front of hotel. Beautiful new design rooms with fast internet and airco. They go for the extra mile to turn guest into friends

Very clear place. Great recommendations from the hotel for any help with navigating the city. Even got my sewing done.
