Very much impressed with my first visit. Specially my doctor Mr P. K. Bhuyan is a very nice person having much experience in his treatment. My doctor attended me in a very cordial manner. I will give my doctor 5 star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐rating. Hospital environment is very nice and good looking. All staffs are very helpful and cordial. That's what a patient need... Thanks a lot AMRI...

Every process here is very slow. The general surgery department's staffs are not helping properly. The doctor who instructed me for tests did not came to check the results. Instead he sent another one. We have to wait for doctor for hours...........

This hospital is not for common man. Administrative staff are good, hygenic but nursing and treatment staff are not so trained. Having the experienced doctors but advising the patients in a wrong manner, I have never seen the patients return home after fully recovery. Total doing business. It is very difficult to meet with doctors at any time. Infrastructure is good as per world class., But the treatment staff deal with patients in a careless manner. Feeling they have no responsibility towards their duty. Even I see the ground cleaning staff and security staff do their duty properly. It would better if they focus the treatment and give smiles to the family of the hospitalized patients. But it shouldn't in mind that how can we loot money from patients and insurance companies.

I have been visiting AMRI and other hospitals in Bhubaneswar for my myself, my parents, spouse and children since last six years on several occasions for different health problems. I have no hesitation in saying that AMRI is the best hospital in Bhubaneswar with world class facilities. The doctors are highly qualified and experienced. Price is also reasonable considering service and facilities they provide.

I have visited this place recently. I saw covid restrictions are properly followed here. Patient visits has been set to 2 persons maximum per day. Only thing I noticed is with parking. You need to be careful for your vehicle and belongings here.

Recently we discharged from this hospital. The inside picture is totally different from outside. The quality is decreasing day by day. Which is very disappointing. The nurses inside semi ICU are not attentive at night. In single room also nurses are very careless.During giving saline and blood transfusion they left the patient alone. For which once blood stopped during transfusion and also not coming immediately even available in their desk. When I shouted they came and said sorry this will b not repeated again . But again during the ejection of antibiotic through saline they left while I was in washroom. When I came I saw the saline was empty and blood flowing backward. Now you can see . Even the foods given to patients are coming with sharp particles like broken crockery. But when i complained them they are arguing that they are only sagoo small pieces which are coming in bulk amount of sagoo. When I said that I know clearly that was not due to sharpness and patient also felt the particle after eating that unknowingly. The crockery sets given to patients are also not cleaned properly. The floor Manger and the hospital authority is doing nothing if you complain. So better take proper information before going to admit there because some doctors are good but everything will b in the hands of nurses. They will kill patients surely if they will do like this continuously. This problem is also happened with our side bed patient also.

I had superb care in AMRI during my recent emergency admission. In particular I would like to commend Dr. Monica Gupta, the obstetrician who led my care. She was hugely knowledgeable, dedicated and thorough, with brilliant communication skills. I also received very attentive care from all the nurses in the labour ward. Many thanks to the whole team!

It's not a hospital rather a five star hotel well except the pool 😉 And if you are planning for total knee replacement in India I would suggest Dr.Sunil Dash,Dr.Harekrushna Sahu ,Dr.Bhanja,Dr.Tripathy and Robotics assisted TKR team from AMRI hospital Bhubaneswar .My father started walking on the second day of surgery.Kudos to the team .

One of the worst hospital in Bhubaneswar. They are offering medical services for which we are paying. Their behaviour as if it's a charitable hospital. No time commitment for Doctor in OPD (We went in paediatrics). Good Docs like Dr Ranjit Joshi left AMRI. Many people lost their lives in Kolkata AMRI due to their gross negligence. Avoid for better health and peace of mind. If you are healthier enough to not visit this hospital for 2 years or so, you have to spend 250₹ in the name of "registration". One board says " Patients come first".Patients come in first hour and have to wait as patients time is of no value!

Well equipped with experienced Doctors but other than Doctors not a single staff or single department is not so efficient. I gave my 2 months old baby's urine for normal urine test at morning but they were unable to provide me the report till evening 5.30..very pathetic experience here at AMRI Hospital. No turn around time for the Reports.. I was unable to show the report to the Doctor on same day.. The Hospital management should follow up with these types things because these things are not expected from a Branded Private Hospital.

Very good Service. I visited for my annual health check up. Their price most affordable in entire Bhubaneshwar. I consulted it with Apollo, sparsh, genx, nidan, sum and several hospital. AMRI annual health check up plan is best in entire Bhubaneswar. Thursday and Sunday they give additional 1000 off. So total cost is 3900. The process was also smooth. Very friendly management. They also provide food in that health package for post sugar blood test PP. They strictly take your suggestions. Only concern is near the registration desk. People stand in queue for long time, no social distancing. They can arrange the chairs or table in such a way that chair itself form a queue so that people can move one by one or they can create a token system at help desk to avoid gathering. Rest everything is good.

The WORST hospital for covid, never admit anyone, they took my father's life by improper and delay in treatment. Dr. Sarat Behera is never available for consultation, they directly take to ICU and charge high cost. They do not give feedback about patient's condition, health and do not give even medicines if the payment is not done even by a day later. Very very very very veryyyy BAD hospital and Dr. Sarat doesn't even visits the patients. Never take anyone there. My father was fit and healthy and had also takrn 2 dose of Covaxin vaccine, he went to the hospital walking by himself and was perfectly fine, they kept him in ICU nad later in ventilator in paralysed situation, put him in deep sleep by sedating him for 20 days but still couldnt treat him, they are just after money and nothing else.

Good but it’s a 5 star Hotel rather than a Hospital. Patient patry must be literates about the laws, otherwise may be cheated.

The staff here is very friendly, helpful, co operative. The overall management is also pretty good. The rooms are very spacious and clean and also, food quality is better than most of the hospitals. Doctors and nurses here are highly experienced and know everything about their job and duty which is very rare in today’s time. Overall, AMRI Bbsr is highly recommended for any medical treatment.

Never ever book a health package here it was horrible. The confirmed the appointment over call a week before, but upon reaching it was informed that there's no such appointment done. Then had to book there in the last slot. There was a doctor appointment for the same day, which was again mentioned that both package and consulting will be done in the same day but then they denied that doctor isn't available. They never mention the timings of the doctor, neither will they give any message confirmation for appointments booked. The next day, after the consultation, I was informed by a doctor that the blood reports of about 20 tests were missing. Upon reaching the helpdesk, they mentioned that they give reports only upon asking for it. The infrastructure is no doubt, the best one but that's not why they exist. They're a hospital and the experience is not so great! Disappointed! Never coming back for a health package again.

Received great guidance from my gynecologist during my first pregnancy, she has the best experience and expertise. In the midst of the crisis, I delivered my first child at the hospital. Thanks to each and every staff member for their support, especially the nursing staff who have won my heart. Regular check-ups, nursery care, insurance department and all the facilities are offered so well. Best maternity care unit!

Multi speciality hospital with hitech modern equipments located in a nice and silent place. I had been in hospital for almost a week for treatment of my mom. We booked a duplex ac room . So below i will share my experiences about the hospital. ==>Doctors are very good and polite and visited to my mom atleast once a day after her minor surgery. ==>Dietician also visited twice a day to ask about food quality and quantity and personal choice of patients. As per that they schedule the food . And yes food comes to bed in exact time and its too healthy. ==>Nurses or attendance behaviour is quite good but somewhat they are lagging their duty may be because of low manpower. ==>Security guards are excessive strict and their behaviour is bad, I mean they should be trained to handle people with some respect. ==>Hospital is very clean and maintained and very preventive towards COVID ,so better do test and submit report then you can get a bed there. ==>Parking for vehicle is available but not secure so keep it at your own risk. ==>Price as expected very high because its a hitech and big hospital. Hope my review will clarify your doubts. Thanks :)

Finding a good pediatrician for your child is a daunting task especially during the pandemic. We weren’t sure whether to take him to any big hospital due to the risk of infection but luckily AMRI provided us with an entirely different experience. We are extremely satisfied about every aspect of my appointment! The staff was so friendly, we barely waited. I really appreciated the interaction with the doctor, I love how he got down to business and talked about medications and some effective home remedies as well! Great facilities !

Good sanitized place. They have good management system. Staff here also helpful. They have huge parking space available and waiting halls are also spacious and clean. Beside AMRI hospital you can find guest houses within a range of 500m, if you are looking for. They charge you like 650-700 per day.
