Worst shop and worst quality specs they sell. The quality of frames and glasses are equally bad. I bought specs from them which costs around Rs. 12,000 but within a month it started to get scratches on normal usage which is very disappointing and the quality of frames are so bad that within a year it got broken automatically as the quality of frames is of rotten. They will charge higher prices and give you worst quality service and product. Think before you visit this shop and invest your money. Thank you.

Very good optical centre. Provides a wide range of various spectacles and sunglasses of different branded company . Staff behavior is very good and helpful. The ambience of the centre is also very good.

The staff service is very good especially of Runa. She is very polite and helped me choosing my lens, providing every information before purchasing it.

price is too much... if you buy the same sunglass/specs via online you will get atleast 15% discount without any delivery charge... in himalaya optical bkp, price is same as the printed one... this time i found that the staffs/staff of this outlet are well behaved... staffs' behaviour 5 star..... collection is also quite good... but verify the online price of the same model before buying if it is not urgent.

They are really cooperative and patient....they have excellent customer service I bought monthly disposable contact lenses from this store for 1 year....but I had to shift to a different state and unfortunately my prescription power increased after 6 months So the entire pack of 6 months was of no value to me But when I coordinated with them they made every effort from their end and got my contact lenses replaced with the new prescription power and even sent it to me through courior service as I am located in a different state So really.....amazing service provided by them I would highly recommend everyone to purchase product from this store

Sanu Saha has been exceedingly helpful in keeping the store open way beyond the closing time to explain everything, all technical aspects and also price options available.
