I recently had my reception on 28th January, 2023. It was a very tough task of selecting the right caterer for my important day and I booked them following the google reviews. And to be honest, I am thankful that I selected Mukhsuddhi. Praise: Mr Sourav is such a cordial person. I visited his office and had a face to face conversation. He took me to Surya Modak and Seal sweets to give us a glimpse of the sweets that would be served on our reception. Then came the reception and apart from the Veg Cheese balls (which weren't upto the mark), rest all items were lipsmackingly tasty. The Bhapa Vetki, mutton biryani, masala kulcha were too good. Coming to the desserts, Hot makha sondesh was so good that each and every guest mentioned about this particular item to me. The fruit chutney was amazing as well. No matter how late you start to eat, food is served hot. Feedback: The one improvement that your team can do is that the plate you were taking out for each guest was not fully dry. It was moist/wet as I got to know this from some of our guests. Overall: I had a wonderful experience with this team. There is a special surprise for the groom and bride at the end. VERY NICE BEHAVIOUR, I KNOW THAT CHANDANNAGAR HAS SO MANY FANTASTIC CATERAR BUT I WILL URGE YOU TO TRY ATLEAST ONCE EVEN WITH 15/20 PEOPLE TASTE IT, AND THIS IS NOT PAID REVIEW I PAID HIM FULL FOR MY PROJECT THEN I AM WRITING THIS REVIEW, SO ITS AM HONEST REVIEW AS LIKE MY OTHER REVIEWS ) Ok, if you see my previous reviews then you can notice i hardly may be never posted any review about any catering service reason i thought this is too difficult to understand, because sometimes foods may be good but behaviour of staffs are not so friendly, but this time i choose mukhsudhi from Google and then i as really sceptical/anxious about them, then went to meet them at their office, i was very surprised to see such a gentleman in this line of business, because if you are aware about this banquet hall thing and catering, marriage car hire service, photographer, then you know somehow you will end up with lil bit bitter experience with the other side, but first time I saw him and decided to leave all my responsibilities to him, then i requested to allow in his next assignment where i can atleast taste his food before my THING, he allowed me graciously and i tested and trust me i didn't like all the tastes and told him as well. Then again we talked and i noticed his behaviour is not changing still good, then BIG Day came yesterday and wow literally everyone actually says so many good things about him 6/7 people already enquired about him, (MENU CREDIT IS MINE BECAUSE I CHOOSE THE WHOLE MENU WITH ADVICE OF THE OWNER) they all said the food is fantastic and you know when you invite people and you see their happy faces after the meal, you actually feel really good. Now why i am saying this caterer is good 1. Price is so affordable 2. Behaviour is must for me, they are super gentleman 3. Food is delicious and so fresh. Its a must must place to order your food for your lil gathering or your occasion , as usual you will not regret like my other reviews about places. AND LASTLY thank you so much Mukhsudhi Caterer for your efforts, it was lovely experience, I hope we will meet again and you will work again with us, till then please keep yourself as simple as you are right now, stay humble as you are, you are already successful but i personally feel you will write and define the success with your new heights of success very soon. Very poor quality of food and very poor management of the staffs. I had attended a birthday party of my friend's daughter and this caterer was in the charge for serving the food. Every preparation was dissatisfactory . They even don't provide original mutton. I will not refer anyone to book this caterer for any event.

My interactions with Mukhsuddhi have been excellent. I have booked them for my wedding. The cuisine was excellent. The assistance was of the highest calibre. Very poor behaviour of the owner. Most third class cheap behaviour from any catering event manager I have ever experienced.

I had a wonderful experience with Mukhsuddhi Caterer when I arranged for my mother's Shradh ceremony on 3rd and 4th June 2023. The proprietor's gentle nature and pleasant behavior had given me confidence as I hardly new anything about them. However, after receiving their service , I can conclude that Mukhsuddhi caterer can be relied upon completely for their excellent food quality and warm service. The proprietor had personally taken good care of these aspects and I am really thankful to him that he has kept his promises. The honesty with which he conducts his business is praiseworthy. Only one piece of advice - As far as cleaning of dishes after any batch is concerned, you need to work upon that a bit. Faster cleaning will reduce the waiting time between batches. This is just a feedback for further improvement. Else, almost everyone had highly appreciated the quality of food and service team . At my marriage ceremony on 06.03.2022, Catering service was managed by Mukhsudhi Caterer, Barasat Chandannagore. Cooking & food quality was too good. I preferred others to make any programme, may be Wedding ceremony, Birthday parties or any other occasion, with Muksuddhi Caterers. It is my suggestion to Muksuddhi to focus on catering service management, which should be better. But, once again, I requested to all viewers to organize any program with Muksuddhi, behaviour of staff and managers is familiar and good.

After a lot of thought i booked Mukhsuddhi caterar for my wedding reception . Right from starter to dessert , each item was deliciously cooked and all my guests were very happy with the arrangement and quality of food . Very professional service with a smile on the face.They take care of small things also to yield big smiles of the customers. Food quality is awesome. The quantity was quite sufficient. They mantain the commited time of food delivery. I wish Mr Sourav and team all the success and prosperity in the days to come.

Sufficient quantity and taste also very good. Egg devil and veg cutlets just awesome. Basanti polao ,Chanar kalia and chicken kasha are also good taste, and light also. At last, price are comparatively less than market price.

I must say it is always a pleasure to work with a gentle man, and the owner of this catering service is a true gentleman and have very polite behaviour. Even when we lost our temper he remained calm and handled every small problem that we said very gracefully. I have seen him tasting each and every item before it is coming for our invitees which really proves his passion for food. Now let me talk about the food, mutton kosa was outstanding and so was the tripti sondesh. Mutton was repeated for 3,4 times , which I have never seen any other catering service. I liked Chicken BBQ satay also. Starters were also good. I am really satisfied with food. Almost all our guests said food was very good which made us really happy. Now coming to the service, sometimes service was becoming little slow for some internal glitch, and am sure they will overcome it in future , otherwise servers were very well behaved and they were giving time to our guests to enjoy the food.
