I loved this place. If was an awesome experience. It was a kind of nice picnic. It was a good place to go with your whole family. I would prefer going at this place in the evening as it would have beautiful fountains with vibrant colours. Food over here is expensive so it is better to bring it from outside and enjoy your beautiful time.

For me it was a unique experience. Not crowded, well maintained. Families enjoy the time together. Totally laid back and chilled atmosphere which is perfect for a family picnic. Never saw such a kind of a park, a really well maintained heritage of the city.

Decent place to visit with family for quality time and spacious natural environment. Has vast sitting space with lots of places to have family moments. Has banquet hall for public function. There is food court with 2-3 stalls to have Indian fast food and chat. Tea is provided in Kulhad. Washrooms are near food court but not maintained well. Enough parking space is available for four wheeler and two wheelers.

About place-Pinjore Gardens (also known as Pinjor Gardens or Yadavindra Gardens) is located in Pinjore, Panchkula district in the Indian state of Haryana. It is an example of the Mughal Gardens style, and was built by Patiala Dynasty Rulers. The garden is in the village of Pinjore lie 22 km from Chandigarh on the Ambala-Shimla road. It was created in the 17th century by architect Nawab Fidai Khan during the early reign of his foster brother Aurangzeb (r. 1658-1707).. In recent times, it has been renamed as ‘Yadavindra Garden’ in the memory of Maharaja Yadavindra Singh former of the princely state of Patiala. After it was initially built by Fidai Khan, the garden was refurbished by Yadevendra Singh and restored to its former spledour, since it had grown into a wild jungle after initially built due to long years of neglect. Well maintained place located at kalka highway. Entry ticket is Rs. 25. Beautiful locations to click pictures and most beautiful is sunset time view. There a restaurant with nice view and basic food items, price is high. A small food court is also there inside garden. You can do Many activities outside the garden like horse riding, camel riding. A toy train etc. Paid parking is available about 40rs charge. Nice place for a weekend/week days trip with family. The lush green gardens are spread on five levels. After entering one keeps descending (going down) to see various palaces and landscaping sights. The nearby food court offers a variety of food with to an average grade of taste and price.

Nice place to visit especially if you’re on your way to Shimla from Chandigarh. Vegetation looks great but upkeep of the buildings are not properly done. Toilets are very unclean and cannot be used. Food at food court is average.

A very nice and a close - to nature place. Animals as well as birds are present in the area, including different types of cranes, dragon flies and bats. The place has well maintained toilets and hotels too. Overall rating - 4 stars. When I visited, water fountains weren't running properly and I believe it's the main attraction of the garden.

Old heritage has its charm even in ruins. But it seems there seems to be no deep concern to maintain it when one looks at Present day condition. Access from shimla highway takes lots of time due to traffic jam though it is mere 50 meters away Water channels, upkeep of garden appears bare minimum.Motel rooms have typical smell of not being in use or house kept . Once Haryana tourism was one of best ,one must keep it that way.

Visited this place On evening to see this place in day light and also in night. So it was a perfect time to reach by 4pm to visit this place. Ticked was rs 25 for adults. When i visited, there was no rush, after entering from main entrance it will seem not worthy to visit but when you will go more inside the garden you will find it very attrective, there is well maintained garden, lot of spots to click photos, recommended visit time is about at least 3 hours. In night light it will look more attrective. Go and must visit here if you are somewhere near panchkula

Open green area with well maintained old fort style construction adding value to the scenic beauty. Bonus is light and fountain (we could not get fountains working due to some maintenance work). Entry cost is Rs. 25, which seems less to maintain the garden. Mango trees add density to the garden making scenery more like forest. A restaurant and bar is just near the entrance with a washroom facility. Fast food joint is also inside the garden area but it is quite pricey. Needs bit more maintenance in green area to have more zones to explore. We couldn't roam much due to sudden rains, although it made the trip lovely.

It is a huge garden which is being redeveloped after centuries. A perfect place to hang around with family and friends, eat lunch together. They have a natural shed area in the form of huge century old trees. Restrooms are available in every place. You don't need to find them throughout the place. It is a dog friendly place. You can get.your pets and they can easily get familiar with the local dogs. A perfect picnic spot. Happy journey.

Always a great place for recreation specially in the evening. It was really disappointed that fountains were not working. One funny thing happened today, my brother plucked four pears from the premise and the mali told us to charge 100 per piece. We did pay 100 only. So, even by mistake, please don't do anything of such things. Learn from our mistakes and just enjoy your time

It's looks a bit underwhelming from outside, and with the fountains off during covid, you would assume it's not going to be great. But this is still a great place to come to for the sunset. The views are amazing and the gardens are huge. Is a huge pity cos if well maintained this would have been an amazing garden. Certainly worth a visit, come for the sunset and stay back a bit.

Pinjore garden is a good place if you like to see trees of different types of fruits, it also has scenic entrances like Jal Mahal, Rang Mahal which are highly photogenic.. The Park opens at around 7AM and available to visit upto 9.30PM. Both mornings and evenings are a good time to visit to experience the place (25 Rs. Ticket required). The main trail showcasing the Mahal Gates, fountains and pine trees with can be explored in half an hour(if you experience paucity of time). There are various sub trails to see the fruit trees. The place is also equipped with hotel rooms for a comfortable stay ( starting rooms costs around 2k)

Yadvindra Garden, also known as Pinjore Garden, is a historic 17th century garden located in Pinjore city of Panchkula, Haryana. It is an examples of the Mughal Gardens architectural style, which was renovated by the Patiala Dynasty Sikh Rulers. It was built by Fadai Khan. The second terrace has the "Rang Mahal" (painted palace). The third terrace has cypress trees+flowerbeds leading to dense groves of fruit trees. The next terrace has the "Jal Mahal" (palace of water) with a square fountain bed and a platform to relax. Fountains and tree groves are provided in the next terrace. The lowermost terrace has an open-air theatre, which is designed as a disc-like structure. Mango Fair is one of the most famous festival of this garden during july. entry fee is 25/- per person. parking fee 40/- per four wheeler. photography allowed.

This garden has so much beauty that one can not absorb in entire day, good structures are created within the premises, well maintained parks to sit, nice water fountains, good eatable outlets inside, nature walk can be done. Overall good place for nature lovers and kids will enjoy taking pictures at several places in this garden. I had great time with my family here, sharing some pictures for you all. The place is good to visit in the evening to see the sunset and lighting. Currently the fountains are not working. Good for family outing. Food court insides are very costlier, simple 1 plate samosa chola cost you Rs.120. It's better to carry own food.

One of the best places for a getaway with your family and friends ❤️. Pinjore Gardens have been one of the most popular destinations nearby Chandigarh as well as Panchkula city. If you want a day out with your near and dear ones you can plan at least three places to visit in a day. In the morning or in the afternoon, on the way to Pinjore, the 1st place you can have a halt at is Gurudwara 10th Paatshahi Shri Nada Sahib, Panchkula which is a famous sikh temple situated on the bank of Ghaggar river in Sivalik foothills. You can have a calming experience, take blessings of the Guru, relish the holy community meal and head towards the Yadvindra Gardens pinjore. It is advisable to reach there around 5 in summers, around 4 in transitional weather as in November so that the sun is about to set in order to avoid excessive heat in open gardens. However, if you wanna enjoy sunny days of winters, nothing like it👍. At dusk, you can enjoy colorful lighting there and refreshing fountains along with fabulous music 🎶 🎵 😀 played. (watch uploaded videos). This spot is wonderful for having picnics as the ticket price suits everyone's pocket. It's just 25/- person and you can take mats/ sheets with u or enjoy sitting on lush green grass to have lunch/ tea/ dinner🤩😃. The garden comprises of 7 different terraces having interesting architectural constructions to click pics and videos. The gardens are lush green and well maintained. There is provision of dustbins to main cleanliness as well. Apart from all the fun inside, kids can also experience great fun having camel/ horse ride or a toy train ride, the prices for which are quite reasonable. After having fun in this awesome and peaceful ambience, you can also visit Chokhi Dhani, an artificially created Rajasthani village showcasing its heritage & culture through various activities. Here, timings are from 4:30 to 11 pm. All in all, trip to Pinjore can be a memorable and wholesome experience.

This garden is also known as the "Pinjore Garden" and I have posted a picture in which the history of this garden is written which tells why this garden is called as "Pinjore Garden". This is a lovely and a very long garden to visit. But I can ensure you that you will enjoy walking over there in the garden by seeing its beauty and lovely greenery. Trust me this garden worth your walking and footsteps and the price at which the ticket to entry is available. Yes, it has ticket entry system, I bought the tickets for Rs.25 per person and that seriously worth it. This garden is a blend of old style castles and the modern type gardens. And it is really a mesmerising place to visit. Also, it has emenities and public facilities like food/canteen & public toilets inside and outside of the garden. The parking facility is also very good. Overall, this place is a total 'paisa vasool' place to go on and to enjoy.

Pretty good place. There are multie fruit orchards that are maintained by the Horticulture Department of Haryana. The entry fee is 75.00 INR for indians. For foreigners it's much more expensive in terms of INR (Im not sure about the exact figure but it's about 2-6 thousand rupees per person). Apart from that, I reckon there's also a Hotel here in the same compound but I couldn't tell you much about it. Do check further online for more information.

Evening is the Best time to see fountains under lights. It reminds you of Vrindavan Garden Mysore. All terraces are alike barring difference in fountains. Visit at least 3 terraces if you are not in a mood to walk and see all.

It has seen its fare of time. Just to take walk around a park with different levels, then it is a good place else not so much. Entry is cheap 25 rs/ person. If fountains be running at there full capacity. Cleanliness was done all around then it would be much better. Some historical pointers would be better to be given inside and purpose of all

The design of an old garden with water bodies and fountains. Nicely planted palm trees. It looks even better when you go there after sunset because it enhances its beauty.

The place used to be a garden built during the rule of the Mughal Emperor, Aurangzeb. However, not very well maintained now. Found garbage strewn around in corners with foul stench coming . There is a restaurant where we had our breakfast. Very slow service. The Views from the restaurant are excellent. The washrooms are in a shabby state. No proper soaps or tissue paper available. There is accommodation available
