Gurudwara Paatshahi Nada Sahib Panchkula : Visited here today, Very clean, very well organised, and extremely systemic. This place gives you a good vibe as soon as you enter and makes you feel calm and composed. The people here are extremely kind and helpful. The building looks very beautiful with the best decorations and interiors. Make sure u carry a scarf to cover to head and don't wear cap and socks.

Gurudwara is located in Panchkula. So if you are coming from Chandigarh, you need to take the road to Shimla and when mountains starts approaching, keep to your left and don't take the flyover. Because for Gurudwara one needs to take the right turn under flyover and take the road towards Dehradun. After driving for 2minutes, Gurudwara is located on right side. Car parking is on different levels and scooter parking is little towards it. After you enter, On left is drinking water and shoes racks. And after exiting the prayer hall, langar Hall is to your left.

On a trip to IT park Panchkula, took some spare time off to pay obedience at Guru's dwara. Located in sector 22 Panchkula adjoining the IT park, the Gurudwara known locally as Nada Sahib is an island of peace, tranquility and divinity. After listening to shabad the visit cannot be complete without partaking tea at chai ka langar followed by langar served by the devout. The place can be reached from Zirakpur and Panchkula. The only transport available from Zirakpur is auto. City transport buses ply from Panchkula.

This is the place of Guru Gobind Singh Ji, it is a very spiritual place and doing Kirtan is a very good experience. There is extra crowd here on full moon days and Sundays and also on special occasions. Langar is very tasty every time. On the day of Purnamasi, a langar of tea and juice is organized. Many other book stalls are also available here. On special days and holidays the streets near that place were very crowded. Rooms are available to stay. And there is parking also. This is a very good place to visit. People come here from all over the world.

Nada Sahib is a Sikh gurudwara in the Panchkula district of the Indian state of Haryana. Situated on the banks of the Ghaggar-Hakra River in the Sivalik Hills of Panchkula, it is the site where Guru Gobind Singh Ji halted while travelling from Paonta Sahib to Anandpur Sahib after the Battle of Bhangani in 1688. The place remained obscure until nearby villager Bhai Motha Singh discovered the sacred spot and raised a platform to memorialize the Guru's visit. Nothing more is known of the devout Motha Singh nor of the date of the establishment of the Manji Sahib, except that the shrine was under the Dharmarth Board of Patiala and East Punjab States Union (PEPSU) in 1948 and was taken over by the Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee (SGPC) after the merger of the state with Punjab in 1956. Battle of Bhangani was fought between Guru Gobind Singh's army and Bhim Chand (Kahlur) of Bilaspur on 18 September 1686, at Bhangani near Paonta Sahib. Number of Rajput Rajas of Shivalik Hills participated in the war from Bhim Chand (Kahlur)‘s side.[1] It was the first battle fought by Guru Gobind Singh, the tenth Sikh Guru, at the age of 19.[2] The Bachitar Natak mentions that the battle resulted in the victory of the Guru's forces and the enemy forces fled from the battlefield. The Guru, though victorious, did not occupy the conquered territory. Some historians such as H. Raturi, Anil Chandra Banerjee and A. S. Rawat speculate that the battle must have ended without conclusive result, since the Guru's victory is not reflected in any territorial annexations. The Guru entered into an understanding with Bhim Chand soon after the battle. However, this was most likely because the Guru was not after territorial gains, behaving as his great grandfather Guru Hargobind had done when winning battles against the Mughals.

Nada Sahib is a Sikh Gurudwara, visited by followers of Sikhism as well as by other travellers. It is situated on the banks of the Ghaggar river and is believed to be a place where Guru Gobind Singh halted while he was travelling after the Battle of Bhangani in 1688 from Paonta Sahib to Anandpur Sahib. It is a sure shot way to restore mental peace and soothe the tired soul if you do happen to be in Panchkula. Pay your respects, recite the 'hukumnama' of the day and don't miss the Langar. This place gets its name from the story of a disciple named Nadu Shah of the neighbouring village who served food and milk to Guru Gobind and his followers after their victorious battle with the Mughals. However, it remained unnoticed until Bhai Motha Singh discovered it and built a shrine to commemorate the visit of the Guru. Gurudwara Nada Sahib is very famous and is managed by Shiromani Gurudwara Parbandhak Committee. A large number of devotees pay a visit to the shrine on Sunday as well as on Pooranmashi which is the full moon day. The gurudwara is well maintained , neat and clean . A must visit place in panchkula .

Peaceful and serene gurdwara just at the start of hills. Very clean and well maintained. Outside the gurdwara, there is an ample amount of parking space. There is also a bazaar of shops where you can get Sikhism related items like Kada, kanga, etc and food items and rock salt crystals, etc The langar served inside the gurudwara is amazing. Both food langar and tea langar. It is a must visit gurudwara. It is famous because Guru Gobind Singh Ji had visited this gurudwara once upon a time.

Go there to seek blessings of 10th Guru and havd sumptuous langar. There are washrooms around, and a small street market where you can buy Sikh accessories and momentos. Best of all, enjoy the soulful kirtan !

On the eve of Guruparab, the gurudwara was lit with light which was mesmerized. I was awestrucked while entering the huge tomb. The chanting of gurus, the jalebis, halua, people chanting hymn, felt like I was the part of the community. Last but not the least, all people, irrespective of their status, religion, all sat under same roof and ate langar( food).

Gurudwara Nada Sahib is a located in Panchkula on the banks of the Ghaggar-Hakra River. With the Sivalik Hills in the back drop it is an absolutely picturesque and quiet location. Unlike a great many gurudwaras this place is quiet without the hustle and bustle of a religious place in North India. Visited it this morning and the melodious bhajans put my mind to rest. The Gurudwara is build at the location where Guru Gobind Singh halted while travelling from Paonta Sahib to Anandpur Sahib after the Battle of Bhangani in 1688. A must visit place for everyone visiting Chandigarh and those enroute to Shimla from Delhi.
