Worst hotel ever seen DON'T BOOK THIS HOTEL you can see the condition of the rooms in the picture below. Hotel staff is Arrogant. Oyo showed me well maintained room but in real is was worst

Very very very very bad experience had here. Reasons behind my hate of this hotel was that the hotelier was drunk that time when i was there to check-in and i waited approx. 20min at reception as he was not there. First he denied to give me as i booked room in hotel online from oyo he was i can't give you room after 5 mins he was ready to give me room and after entering in room what i saw that the room was too much dirty as there was banana extract and paper dust and there was empty alcohol bottle was also there in room there was no remote in room as Air conditioner was there but that was not working and there no remote for that and there was television but also there was remote for them. The hotelier many give rooms to couples without their ID with that point you can understand how unsafe this hotel was for you i strongly recommend you not to book room here. And also don't book rooms online in Chandigarh because there was payments issue with hotelier to Goibibo or OYO partner. Book offline.

0 rating!!!! Even I would have given in minus if Google allows me!!!! Pathetic staff, they don't have any sense how to behave.. Thursday eveng(6jun2019) I booked this hotel in the middle of the night staff was drunk and they were misbehaving with me and my family.. I was in chandigarh to rome, stayed there and the fought with me in the middle of the night.. I called police, they saved us from them otherwise god knows what could happen there if police will not come. Beware of such kind of hotels please #misbehaved #notrecommendedatall

3rd class manager and reception. They are just thieves/thugs of India. I checked out at 1030 on 26th Oct 18 & kept one hand bag with reception and told them that I would collect back within 3 hrs. Then I came back to collect at 1pm and they charged me half the room rent extra and miss behaved/man handling with me on my reaction to extra payment which they never informed me in advance. As I was in hurry and not had time to fight with them so I paid and escaped. Food/laundry service is very costly as if u r staying in five star. 3rd class ambiance of the area and hotel. Disgusting experience of my life....

Room was so dirty and the staff person was so rude and even threaten us. I booked a room somewhere else and they arrange to put there number over there and guided us to the wrong hotel where the room was so dirty and even the leakage of water all over the room and even asking for cleaning no action was taken. The lock of the door was also broken as well due to which we also stuck in for more than an hour. In this pandemic situation you will find no sanitization in the room and hotel premises. There was no usage of mask by the receptionist at all and even he was drunken with no proper clothing.

Worst stay experience ever... Credits to you app for blindly leading us here... Room walls were full of spore mould, beds with stinky odour and stained with****. Owner is a boozer with worst water supply and AC facility. Not a fit place to stay even fa a night. Planning to file a case in court and Consumer protection against this hotel. Even a Public toilet would do better than this hotel

Worst hotel staff with arrogant nature, and even they drink every time and misbehave with customers also. They don't have respect to oyo also and using abusive language towards oyo and customers. They don't respect to ladies also. Very bad environment of whole hotel premises. My request to you all, don't even think to book this hotel.

I am not able to describe this property...worst stay in this kind of hotel...broken toilets, there is no wifi, No hot water,TV not working, no complimentary water and hand soap is provided, apart from it all the bedsheets and pillow covers are torn and extremely dirty. I dont think so that oyo wil provide these kinds of rooms.we trust oyo thats y we choose oyo rooms...bt the condition of the hotel is very bad.
