Very bad experience. There is no system for attending the patients. Appointment time given has no means for them. Patient has to bear them at least for 3-4 hours. Patients are at the mercy of attending staff. On the name of medical history they started forcing for various tests from their own in house lab or their tie-up labs even before consulting the doctor for which patients have come to the hospital. After that they force for purchase of medicines from their tie up chemist shop.

I have been visiting this pathetic center for almost one year. Whenever I visit, I always have a feeling of disappointment and anger. Always I have to fight to get to see the doctor. I visited today at 11:30 as per my appointment schedule till 1:45 no sign. Actually staff are very irresponsible and partial towards there friends and family. I noticed that one of the staff relative visit and within 10 minutes they free with complete consult. I went to reception and take my file back and refund the amount.I asked her please give me mobile number of Mr Bansali or I want to meet him tell all the incident. She bluntly refused and told me take your money back. This kind of service will definitely loose your credibility and faith. Kindly look into the matter

The staff was very helpful and friendly. After realising that I have diabetes, I was a bit nervous but Dr. Bhansali took his time to explain my condition and what the next steps look like. I immediately felt at ease. He also built a three months action plan for me and the team also follows up on me once every week.

I had the worst experience ever in this hospital as they don’t have the proper management and good team. They didn’t even know that how to talk to the patients. The patient with whom I came didn't get the proper treatment and care as well. It’s the disgusting foundation which I have ever seen in my life till now. The doctors who are with Dr Bhansali was so rude and have unbearable behaviour which completely break me with this foundation and I am never gonna send any patient from myself to there. I am seriously saying this, never visit at such place where you will face the concerns rather than solution.

Dr. Bhansali is the best endocrinologist. The facilities at the hospital make it easy to get all tests done in the same visit, which is extremely helpful. Staff is very helpful as well. There is a waiting period of 2-3 hours (including time taken to run the tests) - but we did not mind it as there are newspapers and a tv in the waiting area to pass the time. Definitely recommend to anyone who needs state-of-the-art medical attention

I was suffering from extreme fatigue and headaches due to my elevated levels of blood pressure (140/90 mmHg). I decided to consult a doctor after advice from my friend and went to Ginihealth for a checkup. I was told to maintain some lifestyle changes along with a daily exercise routine so followed this regime for around 3 months. Now I can say that I feel more energetic and have no frequent headaches plus my BP levels remain around 110. I really liked the service at Ginihealth. Good hospital!

Good for full body check up I got my body check up done from ginihealth. The process was seamless and most importantly the charges are reasonable. They collected my blood samples from home and I got the reports the very next day.

Ginihealth’s approach towards diabetes reversal is remarkable. They have doctors, nutritionists, exercise trainers, physicians in their team and guided me about the diet and exercise routine alongwith the treatment which was really helpful. Also, they do follow up regularly during the treatment which is good.

I’m thankful to ginihealth for bringing lifestyle focussed diabetes reversal program and for making lives easier for so many diabetic patients. My father-in-law has joined their program and he is really satisfied with the treatment.

I really don't understand who is giving them good rating? 4.7 is this fake rating whosoever has given...so Unprofessional..they have long hours of waiting ..no time value..If u are going to Gini health please make sure that you don't have other commitments because u have to wait min 3-4 hours before you meet the doc..They simply make u sit n will keep on saying wait wait wait ..they gave me appointment at 3.15 pm n my turn came at 7 pm ..Horrible experience..Will never visit again..Will find out other ways to see the Doc..but will never recommend anyone to visit Gini Health..

Worst service. The staff is clueless. As per telephonic conversation the the staff confirmed that home sample collection is booked for next day. But no one turned up on the day promised. Patient was fasting since night, ultimately had to go to the clinic at our own level leading to delay in doctor's appointment. Seriously advisable that get your self tested from outside lab not from their lab.

Here Yuvraj I visited this place last Saturday I am great full to all staff who Guided me all process of their then i went to vital room for checking my bp, height ,weight and body fat all these things done their afterthat medical officer took my history regarding my disease and suggested me 2-3 lab test it took around 45mins and it’s very hard for me because all things took around 2 hrs but when I met to dr bansali and he gave me postive energy about diabetes then felt happy and forgot all things also,the premise are clean and hygienic . One more thing Dietitian guided me about diet and routine exercise along with treatment . Lastly thanks to Dr Bhansali who is best endocrinologist and his whole team has been excellent 🙏🏻🙏🏻

I went ginni healrh,they charge 1200 for consultation.and prescribe medisinand ask me to come after21 days.after that i visit again and pay 1200 again.i request lady doctor that i want to meet Dr bansali,she said need not to see dr and change madicine.i said lthat i have sa.e sympton as it was first day.she said come after one week.i wenrtagain and i said i want to see dr but theysaid depost 1200 first.gini health has only aim to cillect money not health.poor experirencepatient hheath

I was diagnosed as a prediabetic in early November last year, and I honestly believe that the best thing that could have happened to me at that stage was my first visit to Gini. Dr. Anil Bhansali is an excellent and highly experienced doctor, who had been head of endocrinology department of a prestigious institution like the PGIMER for several years before he ventured out into private practice with Gini. He is ably assisted by a large team of younger doctors and specialists, of whom Dr. Beant Kaur is one constant. Others come and go as per their requirements. Thanks to the team, my pre-diabetes is under control with medication, and occasionally comes down to a non-diabetic state as well. Additionally, I had been practising intermittent fasting before coming to this clinic, as a result of which my Sodium levels had become dangerously low. Dr. Bhansali and his team were quick to diagnose the condition, and I was administered two bottles of saline on an emergency basis to revive me. I honestly believe that the team might have saved my life that day ! While there is an in-house laboratory to conduct various diagnostic tests, and while there is a chemist who offers a good, 15 to 20% discount on the MRP, one is under no obligation to avail of the services of these two. I myself have been getting my blood samples analysed from an outside laboratory before my three-monthly follow-up visits, and these reports are readily accepted at the clinic. There is a two to three hour waiting period, but that is something one has to learn to accept as part and parcel of being treated by the best. As their fame spreads, there is a possibility of the waiting period becoming even longer ! Dr. Bhansali does not rush his patients, and gives each one his undivided attention while they are with him. Overall, I would recommend, without reservations, this clinic to anyone, with not only diabetes, but also with any other problems related to their endocrine system, and be assured of the best available care in North India.

Dr sahib is very cooperative,intelligent and best treatment to patients. I have started on insulin for 3 months and today doctor have stopped it because my hba1c is 6.1. Every other staff is very nice and very cooperative.God bless them.

I visited the clinic, last month in may 2023 . I want to share patient name - S MANJEET S BRAR . As in many reviews owner has written - patient record is not there who’s reviewing . I called on 15th April 2023 , appointment was fixed on 1st May 2023 . 3 days prior I received call from clinic staff . I was busy could take that call . Next day I received whatsaap , apne ana hai ya nhi 1st May ko we are calling you and your are not confirming . They were having this attitude I thought May they have world class treatment so they are behaving this way . On reaching clinic on time , it took 2 Hours to do briefing with junior doctor, weight BP, 2 more tests . After that it was 90 mins waiting to meet Dr Bhansali . The attendant was sending people randomly who were pressuring him . Even when we were in doctor room, 1 patient was already there . Other patient entered when we were still there . And doctor started seeing that patient as he was old patient . My father kept lying in bed holding his turban throughout doctor was busy seeing 2 patients . There was complete chaos. Complete chaos , in experienced staff . Owner should improve . They can’t sell Dr Bhansali name with all this third class service and charge good amount of fees for every procedure Not me, patient was so let down that we did not go to take prescient medicines as again there was procedure before that also .you have to go dietician and pharmacy it would have gone total 5-6 hours They should understand they are dealing with patients not running a drama show as somebody has written in other review

Mujhe last 3 years se diabetes hai par abhi recently meri sugar 350 mg/dL cross kar gayi. It was like a wake up call for me. One of my friends’ father is consulting ginihealth or usi friend ke suggestion pe I started consulting Dr. Bhansali. I am happy with the treatment and have followed the diet plan given by Dr. Shilpa. I am also doing exercises as suggested. Today after 5 months of the treatment my sugar has reduced to 130mg/dl which for me is a big achievement.

This is a great clinic with highly skilled doctors to manage thyroid. They gave me nutrition plans which helped me bring my TSH levels to 2.3mlU/L. Live exercise sessions with their fitness trainers is something that I look forward to everyday. It makes me feel fit and energetic.

Excellent experience with my T1 diabetes treatment at Gini Health. The level of support I felt throughout my treatment plan is incredible. Dr. Anil Bhansali is best in the field. He suggested that I use a cgm device, tuned my diet in a way that it doesn’t affect my blood sugar levels negatively.

I just had my first meeting with Dr. Anil Bhansali for thyroid, he has tremendous expertise in diabetes care which reflects from the way he gives attention to details. He assessed my past health record before giving any prescriptions. Also, he is quite good at explaining the problem and the treatment plan in terms you can understand. I didn’t feel rushed at all, and got enough time with the doctor to discuss my health.

Dr Bhansali is indeed talented but the staff is pathetic. They are trying different ways to extort money from patients like a drip which is supposed to be completed in two hours is being completed in three and half hours and then charging money on the basis of per hour! Not letting patient talk to doctor while taking online consultation and just creating tension.

I connect with Dr bhansali from last 15 yrs.. When they r in pgi. And my experience with Dr bhansali has been great the staff and doctors are very polite, soft spoken and expert in their work, I recommend lots of patients to come in ginni health.

My wife taking treatment for diabetes from Dr Bansali for the last one year . Her HbA1C has reduced from 10 to 7.5 during this period besides overall improvement in her health.

Very Nice staff and we'll experienced doctors to consult with. I would say in my 7 years of diabetes first time I got my sugar level less than 100. I will strongly recommend other to come and try here even if they are going though other doctor's medications.
