Probably 0 starts for the location. Though Merlin Group is a name within itself but is very poor with official stuffs and handover. The construction is slow and handover process is terrible. Staffs are pathological liars who lie incessantly to get their way and does so with little awareness. Painful handover process. My apartment was supposed to be handed over in July 2021 which got postponded to March 2022 now its June. I stay in US and had planned my marriage accordingly with an expectation that I will be getting my apartment in March 2022. but lazy ppl, lazy staffs unorganized management. I was thinking of buying an apartment in Merlin Urvan but changed the decision when I saw the overall handover process

Location is good but the customer service is of very low grade, they do not reply to your queries and you have to almost waste your half a day if you go to their office. Be aware of that.

An Upcumming appartment by Merlin group.It is 11 storied appartment in two blocks.Location is good.Price, so far i know, is reasonable. Far and above it is by renowned Merlin group .It is side by their big completed project Merlin Uttara. From upper floor and if it is east facing then you can view river Ganga clearly.
