Had a great new patient experience with Dr Chris yesterday. Fantastic dentist, definitely a stress-free appointment. Reception staff are also very friendly and appointment was good value considering it included x-rays. Would highly recommend to any prospective new patients!

Transparency in billing is what sets this business above others. Too many times I have gone to a dentist, had a quoted price, then had my health fund absolutely plundered hundreds of dollars over the initial cost. From the moment I walked into the clinic, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the staffs were friendly and accommodating. The receptionist efficiently handle my appointment, and I didn't have to wait long before being ushered into the treatment room. During the procedure, Monique Oral Health Therapist immediately put me at ease with her warm and gentle approach and expertise. Dr Rita and Monique communication was clear, making me feel well informed. The staff are amazing. I suffer from depression & anxiety so visiting the dentist is something I put off or just don't do. Amazing, first time experience. I’ve always avoided the dentist as I had bad experiences in my schooling days, but I’m very happy to report that it was a wonderful experience at Redlands gentle dental care in Capalaba. Very professional staff everyone conducted themselves very well and were all very friendly. My dentist Dr. Hyu was wonderful for a nervous first time customer, she explained what she was doing, and made it clear that if I was uncomfortable, we could stop at any time which made me feel at ease. I was also comfortable enough to explain my concerns and fears with previous experiences and they catered very well to those and were very understanding of everything I feared. Highly recommend for people who have a fear of the dentist. Thanks so much for the wonderful experience.

Gentle Dental dentist Dr Chris and Gaeleigh were absolutely amazing. My son had two teeth pulled out to make way for braces, and it was super fast and pain free. Got a courtesy call the next day to check how he was going. Absolutely great service, thank you.

I've been very impressed with Dr Chris at Gentle Dental. Having moved across from another dentist I was looking for a 2nd opinion and he was very honest and open. I've now had 2 crowns put in by Dr Chris and his professionalism and friendly, calm manner have made the experience very positive.

Absolutely the best. Friendly as well as attention paid to help settle anxiety and nerves. Every one was lovely from the lady at the front desk to the Dentist and the nurse.

I've been to the practice 3 times in the past year and each time I am greeted by friendly reception staff who make me feel welcome and at ease. I've brought my young children in on each occasion so they can become familiar with dental care. On the most recent occasion the youngest (1 year old) kept crying. Dr Rita and her assistant were wonderful in trying to reassure her that everything was okay. My daughter was crying loud enough for the reception staff to hear, and they came in with toys and balloons to try and distract her and cheer her up so that I could continue to receive care. They went above and beyond to make our dental visit a pleasant one and I left with two giggling girls holding balloons.

This was our first visit to Redlands Gentle Dental Care Capalaba, and the staff were lovely to deal with. They generously fit us in last minute to repair a nasty broken tooth for my son. I really appreciated how Dr Phoebe explained every step beforehand and kept checking in to be sure he was ok. Highly recommend!

Dr Chris and his staff are just brilliant. I've had nothing but kindness, professionalism, and being made to feel very comfortable with every appointment. Both Dr. Phoebe and the administration staff demonstrated complete care and professionalism while I was there, and I would highly recommend both this practice and Dr. Phoebe Cho.
