Basically I am from jammu. I came here because I got my first posting in Chandrapur. I was a bit worried because the food in chandrapur is oily and spicy. I tried some Tiffin services, dhabas but I was having difficult time in digesting such food. Then I came to know about Pragati Bhojanalaya. The food here is so tasty, u get paapad, chapatti,rice, salad, pickle, and 3 vegetables at a very reasonable price of Rs 60/- only. The place is clean, service is good. Now I come here for food daily. It feels like I am eating home made food.

If you are student or employee and searching for daily lunch and dinner then you may opt it. But there is a problem for parking. Food quality is good and it's cost around 50 to 70 per thali.
