The hotel is amazing. I didn't stay there but I went for a wedding ceremony. And their service was very nice . The food was also good . It's an ideal place for programs like wedding.

Visited for family dinner. Decent ambience and staff is very courteous. Service is good with proper attention from the staff. Food taste was good and portion size was decent. Light instrumental music being played in restaurant adds on to the environment. Located on main road at entrance of City. Has ample parking space for vehicles. Washrooms could be maintained better as taps were leaking. Overall a good experience and would recommend as an option for family get together moments

Was here for attending a friends marriage. Has a chance to see the service n taste the food that this hotel is best known for. Its amazing place to be there, nice view and clean with all the amenities in chandrapur. Overall good experience and definitely will come back again. Large car parking. Supportive staffs, good food, reasonably priced. Nice party hall for Birthday , Engagement, Reception, Naming Ceremony, Sangeet function. Hotel team is excellent. All the facilities are available. Had the veg and non veg. The service is too good. The taste can be improved but it is 4/5. The interior is minimalist but yet attractive. The area is huge n the halls n banquet is large enough to accompany 200-300 people.

We went for a birthday dinner party. There are two restaurants, one which is a family bar and restaurant and the other is just a family restaurant. It was not crowded except that the parking was an issue due to the banquet halls parties. We ordered soups, salad, starters and the main course. The entire meal was very salty. The waiters are so many in numbers that they are always around the table and there is no dedicated waiter you get. The worst thing we ate was the paneer butter masala which had tomato sauce instead of tomato puree. We went for a family time after a long break but the whole experience turned out bad.

It was my first time visiting to chandrapur and I could tell I had the best stay an overnight. Room was quite big, clean and well maintained. Food service was also quick and prompt.Overall it's a decent stay.

So far the best place if you are on an official tour. Food quality is good. Prices are reasonable. Just room tariffs sometimes are beyond budget.

I am from Pune, but whenever I come to Chandrapur, I take my family to ND Hotel as this is one of the finest hotel in Chandrapur. But this time I am very disappointed with food quality. 1. Munchow Soup. Very bad in taste. 2. Jeera Rice - they served day before cooked rice. It was stale. I was smelling very bad. Atleast it is not acceptable from ND Hotel which is one of the brand in Chandrapur.

Panner Kaju Curry: If you want to go with medium spicy veg then go for it. It had good amount of paneer and kaiu Garlic Tandoori Roti & Garlic Naan: Gave justice to its name. Garlic Jeera Rice: Go for it instead of normal jeera rice, perfectly crisp garlic added in rice. Good Note: Each dish we had was good in taste. Quality was fair for all dishes. Parking available The ambience was very good. Service time was taken less as we were the first customer of the day. Bill experience: We visited for lunch and after having lunch, it took 15 min to get the bill. and then it has lots of additional dish and quantities added in the bill. Sent it for correction, and again it took 10 mins for correction. Suggestion: Check your bill before paying. Ambience: 5/5 Taste: 5/5 Service: 3/5 (because of bill mistakes only) Overall: 4/5

Food is good & little expensive with good ambience, also there is cake shop at entrance of hotel where cakes have delicious 😋 taste & range is also normal.

Assorted kebab platter. Today I ordered this platter it was terrible...they say they are providing combinations of chicken, mutton and fish but I got only chicken.the whole platter was filled with chicken...not even a single.piece of mutton and fish..we are paying 650 for this platter which is filled with chickens...very disappointing and I didn't expect this from one of the best hotel in chandrapur..plz don't fool your customers..if you can't provide the food what you provided on the menu then plz don't display it on the menu.

Pathetic, seriously how is this even a 3 star hotel.Ordered wanton soup, it was extremely salty and smelly. It was such an appalling experience. Dal was uncooked, paneer dhaba was soo spicy, even after telling that the order should low spicey The disregard to instructions and pathetic taste of food was such disappointment. Please make sure you know what these dishes are ,how they taste before keeping it on your menu

The service is good. Dishes are overly priced. As you eat them it feels like this is not price worthy. It is on the second of a motorcycle showroom so you have to go through the back entrance of the complex and that doesn't give you quite attractive first look. Overall it's an overpriced okay restaurant.

The hotel is situated on the main road. The reception is spacious. The rooms are well appointed and the staff provide prompt service. The hotel offers complimentary breakfast which serves Indian and Continental spreads. Recommended for business and family bookings.

The food here is great, it taste good and some particular dishes are extra-ordinary, just if they improve their services it will the best dining experience in the city. When visit make your full order at once because if you think that you will order stators first and then the main course it will be mistake.

This hotel is in front of SBI regional office and bedside of MDR mall on the Nagpur road. Sai Mandir is very close.

What liked in Restaurant: 1. Food was palatable; except Raita. 2. Spacious hall with well decoration. What NOT liked: 1. Inadequate cooling in hall, few areas found warm. 2. Lack of prompt services; esp, food serving.

Rooms need to re innovate. Currently paint dull. Excellent location. No 1 hotel in Chandrapur.

I had dined there few days ago. Food quality is really good. They're having renovation work so internals are totally disturbed. As I was not staying there, room quality is not known to me.

Being a 3 star hotel, I expected that it'll maintain a better hygeine. The table that i sat was not properly cleaned. It was very sticky. Restaurant hall was also very congested. Air Conditioning was inadequate in the hall. I ordered soups, Masala Papad and Hara bhara kabab as starters. Soups and Kabab were good. Masala papad could have been better. Main course we ordered Paneer Angara Dal tadka Tandoori roti and stuffed Kulcha. Kulcha was not even properly cooked. It was half cooked we were not even able to break it to eat. I complained as we did not eat and returned it still they added it in the bill. Paneer Angara was okish but Dal Tadka had poor taste. Quantity is also insufficient for 4. Mind you I had better expectations being a 3 star hotel.

A beautiful hotel situated within city, easy to approach, good service, small halls to organize small parties and big halls to organize big parties. Good food, centralized AC facility, lift facilitie available. Over all a good place to party, stay and to relax.

Mattresses of the hotel are in super poor condition.. a lot of smell in the room as well as in the bathroom.. most of room amenities are on vantilator.. hygiene is a big concern with such a high tariffs.. options in breakfast is very limited..
