Wrost experince happen today!!! After filling petrol from there we have no value they have given..i asked them to add my rewards points they said the book is missing what an answer...in other petrol bunks they have seprate machines for adding rewards points.And the staff is asked to the lady owner she repiled that you to mind your own business!!!! What a replay

Very Poor customer Service, when we asking reward, always says POS is not working, other issues etc. But in the other bunk no issue with the POS and customer service is very good.

Not just poor service, blatant fleecing and cheating customers. I asked to fill up my tank and without even asking me they filled premium fuel. When questioned, he says the nozzle was bigger for ordinary fuel!!! Unnecessarily lost me some 150 bucks!

Big petrol pump with plenty of fill points for vehicles. But the staff not willing to add the Xtra rewards points of customers. They say point adding machine is faulty and cannot be done and there is no provision for automatically adding these points if we pay through UPI, which many many pumps much smaller than this pump has. Customer service not upto the mark.

Please arrange Google pay Indian oil QR code also, so that we get reward points while refueling. Phone pay/paytm QR will not work.

Good petrol pump with multiple fuel dispensing stations, Autolpg(autogas) available in this pump. Neat toilets available here.

Staffs are well mannered and provide good quality fuel. They give Indian oil xtrarewards points for registered customers.

Very bad behavior from staff, after filling petrol more than Rs.2000 they are not able to add reward points and gave useless reasons even compliant to manager.

This petrol bunk’s XP95 petrol is not pure. They are selling normal petrol with XP95 paper written pasted on the dispenser. I have been driving XP95 from Bangalore but this pumps XP95 performance is poor.
