This branch obviously uses frozen pizza bases and slaps ingredients on it. I ordered pan crust and not only was it extremely thin and doughy, there was absolutely no crust. This is the place to be if you love 2 hour delivery times and pay more than what you would for frozen food. Delivery guy was extremely apologetic, bless him! But after waiting for 2 hours, you surely would not expect a frozen pizza base.

Very rude staff frm this outlet. The staff rolled his eyes when i dont have small change. So many complaints but still the management didnt do anything about it. And lastly about my order, the pizza is ruin like anyhow do the pizza.

How could you guys forgot to put popcorn chicken and chips? Disappointing! Late for 30mins still ! Not coming back to Pizza Hut anymore . Worst service. Late for 30mins & I have to wait for additional 20mins now for re-send, what are you guys doing? Such a foolish mistake ! Ordered advance at 10.30PM, now 11.26PM, Yet to eat at all. Manager should be responsible on checking before sending out! Wasting of customer time.

Extremely slow service. Asked to wait for 10 mins, after that nobody bothered to call after the pizza was ready. The worst curry chicken and veggie lovers I ever had. Over burnt pizza.

Its good to have a branch here but the staff all look very miserable & gloomy.

First of all, it's already BAD enough if the store cannot delivered within the stated expected date of delivery. What got worst was when you use the time tracking feature and the system told you that you will receive within the next 6 minutes and all of a sudden the system shows "Enjoy your meal, see you soon" but nope the food wasn't even here yet. Called the store and was told they can't contact the rider and wait for another 10 mins but 30 MINS has passed with no follow up and still no pizza showing. Tried calling back multiple time but now they don't even answer my call. WELL DONE! Called the main hotline as well and was told they will feedback to the store and they will contact me again but again just another HUGE HUGE disappointment. End up still no follow up from branch or main line and my pizza came 45 mins late and it's not even warm and half of the pepperoni pizza without pepperoni.... Seriously?

It's good, but having been waiting there for 10 minutes and requested the store operator to let me know when my order is done I expected that the one who already reached the store is given priority than Grab orders! It's only ethical that we serve the customer at door first.

Not gonna comment much. Missed out on alot of items. Terrible.
