Walked along the promenade and stopped here at The Little Monkey. Not sure why, maybe the swanky look, definitely looks appealing and inviting. Ordered my morning coffee which arrived properly and just right. Proceeded to the Bruschetta and Scramble Egg which was well plated and divine. It was seasoned well fresh and the eggs fluffy. Bread was nicely warmed and fresh. Outstanding service, fast, friendly and professional. Had a nice chat with the proprietor, very nice and relaxed guy. The pistachios ice cream was amazing. A creamy velvety texture with a real pistachios taste. Highly recommend. No need to mention the view. You ain't going to have it in your local Mall. 😃

A really nice place for coffee and brunch! The view was amazing and the service really friendly. There are some options for vegans and vegetarians which I appreciated. Personally I tried the vegan Ciappata , it was really tasty and the amount of food it was pretty much for its price, it was served with chips! We also got the Bruschetta with scrambled eggs and coffees!!!

Amazing service, very kind and nice, the place is also visited by locals, which tells about the great quality. I decided to try the Cretan breakfast which was a very big portion with a reasonable price and very tasty. Outside sitting is really nice, with a beautiful ocean view. Highly recommended!

Everything was delicious here and the service is amazing! Panagiotis is the consummate host. I had the Cretan breakfast and my wife the croque madam (gluten free) and both were amazing! The majority of restaurants here go out of their way to accommodate for food allergies and conditions. Little Monkey is a must try!

My family ate a delicious brunch here with an amazing view! The Little Monkey Yogurt Bowl was both beautiful and delicious. The one Pete’s were the best I have had in Greece. The gluten free bread was fantastic! Highly recommend anything on the menu. Fantastic Greek hospitality to boot.

Food there was very good and the waiter was lovely had no issues when I asked if a smoothie could be made vegan with almond milk for my lactose intolerance. My partner one day for pancakes which looked lovely as well a club sandwich which was a good price for the size.

We visited this restaurant almost every morning during our stay in Chania. The service is great, very warm and welcoming staff. The food and coffee was delicious! Some of the best we came across during our stay. I would absolutely recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Chania!

Oh my how tasty was my breakfast today. Ordered the english breakfast and a club sandwich for the kids. In the photo I was not fast enough and kids took half haha.Amazing taste for both. Loved the greens and the sauce! Well done excellent breakfast and made our day!

We went here for breakfast on the first morning here and ended up going here for the entire stay. The staff are very attentive and friendly, even during the busy hours. The view from the restaurant is up there with the best in Chania. The omelette and strapatsada are really good.

Beautiful sea view, excellent service, free tap ice cold tap water given constantly, delicious marble type cake with delicious ice coffee lattes. We had the Cretan breakfast the 5 of us for around 8 euros, considering the location and atmosphere I'd say it's a no-brainer to eat here. Service was very good too despite being busy. I should add they have strong fans so enjoyable in the hot weather.

Had breakfast here nearly every day of our one week vacation. The food was excellent (vegetarian omelette and Greek yogurt was so fresh and tasty) and what made the visits more memorable was Panos. His attention to detail and helpful suggestions made him a significant reason for us to keep revisiting. The atmosphere is great with lovely views of the sea. A hidden gem in Chania. Staff were amazing and very welcoming. Food portions are very generous and also very tasty. Cocktails are also great. We visited this restaurant twice in fact. Well done and keep it up!

We visited many restaurants during our stay in Chania, but most definitely the best breakfast is served here. Prices are similar to other restaurants, but you get much more: fantastic services, perfectly served dishes, and awesome coffee. And a beautiful view if above is not enough. So if you are a breakfast junkie like me, Little Monkey is a MUST to visit!

Great place to eat, huge portions at good prices.

Little Monkey is run by a husband and wife team. They are lovely people who make you feel very at home in their cafe. The food is excellent prepared and cooked to order. At present it is a Summer cafe. Hopefully it will stay open during November.

This is one of the best places I’ve been to! Service is excellent, people are so friendly. Shisha is very good. Definitely visit this place!!

Excellent service (I was really impressed with how proactive everyone was!). We had brunch, which was nice (had a bit more oil for my taste). Overall, a very positive experience, I recommend it!
