We stayed at this hotel for one week and thoroughly enjoyed our trip. The accommodation is excellent, clean and well equipped. The location is great, based in a beautiful part of the old town. Valia, Mike and Maria were so lovely and helpful. Lots of thoughtful touches in the room and they were kind and assisted us with some personal matters (a visit to the doctor and a dead car battery). We would recommend this hotel if you are visiting Hania.

Lovely family run hotel that offers a high quality of service, exceptional quality in the rooms and its design and it’s very clean! You can tell a lot of care and attention to detail has be put into a guests experience!! Located in a safe, quiet and cute alleyway, it’s close to the main parts of the Old Town but quiet enough for a very comfortable stay. Valia was incredibly accommodating and was super helpful with providing us with guidance and tips on navigating town. I’d definitely recommend staying here and wouldn’t hesitate to come back again in the future! There’s so much to explore around Crete!

The place to be! Located at the beautiful old town of Chania, in a walking distance from pretty much everything, a hidden jem at a quiet alley! The room was absolutely stunning! There was a touch of luxury in every single detail! The owner was very friendly and more than welcome to give us any kind of information. There were even umbrellas available in case of rainy days ( such as ours)! We would definitely recommend it!

We have just returned from a short stay at this hotel and were not disappointed. It is conveniently located for all the attractions, restaurants, bars and shops. On arrival we were warmly welcomed by the very friendly Valia who had lots of information and recommendations. The room itself was very clean, functional, comfortable and stylish and had everything you could want. It was obvious that a lot of thought had been given to its design. The shower compartment was much larger than other places we have stayed. On the 2nd night we had a slight problem with the A/C. We reported it to Valia when we went out for the evening and not much later had a message from him to say it had been repaired - excellent customer service. I would definitely stay here again. I wish Valia and Michalis every success with this hotel.

Perfect home in Chania! It's very new, clean and modern decorated hotel in the heart of Chania, while avoiding the street noises. Most importantly, Valia has been extremely helpful for everything I need in Chania, I have no doubt to recommend to those who plan a Chania vacation, and would love to go back for sure.

My husband had a conference in Chania for about a week and we spent it at Thallos hotel, it is our first time in Crete. Everything was perfect. The room is so clean, tidy, well equipped, and quiet. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. The service and location are great. You're very close to restaurants, caffes, activities, shopping areas. We really enjoyed our stay over there.

We stayed at this beautiful boutique hotel for five days and had a wonderful time. The accommodation is bright, modern, clean and well equipped (e.g. lift for suitcases, beach towels etc.) and offers quiet rooms with some thoughtful and special details (e.g. a welcome raki, water kettle with tea, coffe maker, some croissants and plates etc.) and a modern air condition. The location is great, based in one of the most beautiful parts of the old town near some nice restaurants and boutiques, but rather quiet at the same time. Valia and her family were lovely and warm hosts and assisted us with everthing we needed. We will come back for sure!

Really enjoyed our stay at the Thallos Boutique. The hosts were really hospitable, providing some very thoughtful touches. The room was clean and well equipped while the location was brilliant.

We had the pleasure of saying at Thallos Boutique Hotel for 2 1/2 weeks. It was by far the best hotel experience we have ever had. We felt safe and comfortable from the moment we arrived. Valia was absolutely fantastic, she arranged a taxi to pick us up from the airport and consistently checked on us to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying our stay. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Our room was very clean and comfortable, it had well working air conditioning and a television. The location is absolutely perfect, close to everything, yet still quiet and out of the way from the busier areas. I couldn’t recommend this hotel more!

My fiance and I have been travelling for a month throughout Europe, we stayed in Amalfi, Santorini, and all the nice lux places, however we felt very much at home here. The cleanliness and the Japandi architecture is so JUST a bonus to the place. What really made it outstanding was the people, from the cleaner lady, to the momma, to the front desk guy, to Valia! We love you Valia! We really felt the Greek hospitality, they are extremely generous, caring, and kind. My fiance and I just got engaged and they gave us goodies to make it more special. I honestly can't wait to come back and bring our family here. Valia is super responsive, she helped us with booking our taxi, renting our vehicle, our super late check in, and also filled our tummies with goodies. No need to browse around, this place is the best place to stay as its super central to everything. If you come in early, don't worry, they actually store your luggage in a locked and secure room. Although we didn't get to meet them too much, we felt the love! Thank you Thallos <3
