Wonderful stay for our group of 6! They had everything we needed to make a good breakfast every morning. Spacious and close to town. Just about perfect for a large group to all be together! There is lots of parking at the apartment and a 24 hour mini mart down the street (has lots of food including fruits, veggies, cheese, etc). Anna the apartment manager was very responsive and we had a replacement coffee maker and towels within a few minutes of asking.

Unfortunately I cannot recommend the place. Cleaning was promised but never arrived :(. Pictures are elongated to show the apartment size to be bigger than it actually is. Very noisy parties in the building and not working elevator to name just the few shortcomings during our stay there.

Everything was just perfect. We liked it so much.

This is a really nice place to stay at when you're in Chania. The units have back and front verandas with glass walls so there's ample natural light coming in. Aircon is centralized but there's control unit in each room. Our unit is tastefully decorated. The kitchen is open to the living room and well-equipped. The bedrooms are good-sized and the beds are really comfortable. It is a few minutes walk to the Old Town. There are supermarkets, restaurants and cafés nearby. Anna, the Manager, was really super nice and accommodating. Her brand of customer service made our stay in Spring Apartments perfect!

Perfect accommodation. We stayed in almost 10 different accommodations during this specific trip and this was the best. Amazing apartment, spacious, easy check in, very nice host and free parking avaliable. Good location too, easy to reach by car and also near the old town (walkable distance).

About a 20 minute walk to the Old Town. There is a Minimart just round the corner 2 minutes away. The rooms are spacious and the apartment is well equipped and well maintained. The concierge met us on arrival and has communicated quickly and fully by phone when we needed her assistance . In early May we found the aspartame to be very warm. Even with the windows open there was little intrusive noise at night.

TL;DR We would recommend the spring apartments any time. We loved our stay! Our apartment was clean, modern and had two balconies so that we could enjoy the sun in the morning and the evening! The kitchen also is fully equipped - it even has lunch so we were able to pack snacks for our trips. We also loved the location. Everything in Chania is within walking distance. A big plus is also the private parking space securely behind the building. I want to say a special thank you to Anna. She was extremely helpful and friendly throughout our vacation. A teeny-tiny criticism: The apartments seem rather cold. Maybe some flowers could add a nice touch!

A short walk from the old town, clean, spacious, comfortable, and good value. More than anything, the host Anna is brilliant and goes out of her way to provide directions, book transport, and general travel tips - she went well over and above any service I’ve seen elsewhere.

A very stylish apartment with all the comforts and in a prime location with parking, which comes at a premium in Chania. Anna was the perfect host and provided lots of helpful information on the local area. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Loved staying here. The host Anna was very friendly and helpful. Location was perfect being only a short walk form the centre of the old town. The place was very modern and clean and was perfect for a family. All the appliances were very new and clean and the cafe downstairs was very handy. Very highly recommended.

From the moment, we checked in, we felt we were truly welcomed. Anna, the hotel manager is great and she gave us great tips for exploring the island. The apartments are in great location, on foot distance from the old harbor (the central area). There are fully equipped with everything you may need during one week holiday. A/C worked excellent in all rooms. Housekeeping did a great job. The place was spotless. What is also great, you have a free parking on the premises, considering that, the best way to explore the island is by car, since the best beaches are at least an hour far from the city. Near by, there is a supermarket, Sklavenidis, which is also awesome. I definitely recommend Spring Apartments and I'm pretty sure I'd choose it again if I visit Chania and Crete again.

We loved our stay at Spring. The apartment was clean and modern with all the basics, including washing and dishwashing machines. Our unit was huge, including three balconies with seating to enjoy the beautiful views of the mountains. Spring is perfect for those renting a car with parking and an easy exit from the city. The walk to the port was 10+ minutes, which was perfect for our group. Everyone on staff at this establishment was so nice and accommodating. The cafe downstairs was handy too!

Words can not express how much we loved our stay! ANNA the duty manager went above and beyond for us. She is so professional and friendly. The appartment is so central,lovely and clean.
