The hotel is excellent! The view from our room and from the yard is outstanding.The staff is very friendly and nice. They made everything we ask for. The food is very good and rooms are extremely clean. We wish a little bit more fruits in the breakfast table.

Modern hotel, which is perfect for a beach vacation. Although it's at the most far end of the touristicly used beach, it either provides enough parking space for your rented car or is well connected by the bus stop situated right on the stairs the lead you to the beach. The room we stayed in was big and modernly furnished. We never visited the pool, but it privides a pool shower outside and looked clean. Furthermore, the service and help that was provided helped us a lot and elevated our stay from a place to stay the night to a hotel we will visit again in the future. What was especially pleasing were the public showers, which you could use after checking out if your flight is scheduled later in the day.

Wonderful hotel run by a lovely hardworking family. Very clean & comfortable. The kettle & fridge was a huge help. The location is a challenge, on a hill & not easy locate to begin with by car. Once you are at the hotel there is a walkway down to the shops / cafes / beach..but it has many steps so if mobility is your issue You'd need your car all the time. Anyone can stay here, solo travellers, family, couples.

Great view and location. You can enjoy the most amazing sunset while drinking cocktail at the restaurant/pool terrace. The staff is very friendly and patient. The rooms are cleaned every day to a perfection. From the terrace you have beautiful view of the sea.

I had a really nice experience at the hotel. Everybody is super helpful, the view is amazing, the pool is very nice and you can walk for 10-15 mins and get to supermarkets, restaurants and souvenir shops. I would definately recommend the hotel.

My friend and I agreed that this was the best hotel we’ve ever stayed at. The staff is super kind, the rooms were modern and clean with a great view, the food and cocktails were IMMACULATE, and the pool was lovely. The experience they provide is unbeatable for the price they charge. The location is also amazing. I’m going to take another trip to Crete just to stay here again.

We were there in the summer and it was always clean and the owner attaches great importance to perfection and is so hardworking for it. The hotel is awesome. The rooms are very nice and tidy. What we appreciated the most: the pool, the quality of the breakfast (fresh eggs, fresh espresso coffee), the view and of course, the people. Definitely we will come back.

This hotel is a gem. The Seaview from the room and the pool area is stunning, the owners hospitality is typically greek, friendly, warm and welcoming. The rooms are very modern and clean as well as the whole hotel. The breakfast on the terrace is simple but really good and with variety. Stalós is just a few steps away. The people who come here are mostly couples in their 20s and 30s. No party people or noisy people around, perfect for a relaxing time. We really enjoyed our stay at Renieris.

We had really great experience with this hotel! Perfectly clean, modern, they have so friendly staff. It was very silent and rooms are very good isolated. The view from the room is amazing. Beach is only 5mins away by foot and the bus station also. From there you can go to Chania in 15-20mins. Breakfast offer is really wide and for everybody there is something to find. Hotel bar restaurant works also all day long, so you can come over for lunch or dinner under very good prices and food was nice. We really liked the area also. Alltogether we bring very good impressions from this vacation!

Lovely hotel! The views are outstanding, service and cleanliness are top. We stayed with our 4 month old baby the fastest access to the beach is through stairs (a bit of workout) but we can highly recommend it ♥️

The family that own this hotel are sooo kind and friendly. The hotel itself is super clean and welcoming. Rooms have all been refurbished and 100% would return. Our 3rd time here and will continue to keep coming like others

We stayed here for 3 nights in the family room. Excellent service, spacious clean rooms with daily cleaning. The view of the sea from the hotel on the edge of a small cliff is magnificent. A big stairway from the hotel leads directly to the beach. The breakfast has a wide variety of options and the food is excellent. The traditional food in the menu is excellent and reasonablly priced. Our stay was memorable. We will definitely visit and stay here again. Highly recommend the hotel.

Stayed at Reniers for 6 nights! It is in a very good location! Perfect if you want to explore west side Crete. From our room we saw the beach and a really nice view. We drove to Chania a few evenings that was 15-20 min away. Staff are wonderful, very warm, kind and will help you with everything you need. The breakfast was fresh, they had traditional pastries, fresh fruit, eggs of your choice and good coffee! The price is also very reasonable! Would absolutely recommend and come back next time we are here!

I can't recommend this small family run hotel highly enough. Simply it's just well run and does what it does perfectly! We didn't want to leave the hotel , the food was some of the best we had travelling the island ! Have dinner and drinks on the terrace and watch the sunset. Kudos to all the staff

Me and my girl friend stayed at Renieries for 15 days in July. And let me tell you, this is the perfect place to stay in Crete. The hotell is family owned and everybody that works there are super friendly and service minded. 10/10

The hotel has a good location with beautiful views over the ocean and the villages around it. The whole hotel both rooms and poolarea is very clean. There was no need to hurry down for sunbeds as there was always empty beds available. Ok food at the breakfast and poolbar. Wifi is free and works fine. The pooltowels costs 1euro per towel and 1euro extra every time you want to change it which is not a huge problem but worth mentioning. The staff was not as friendly though as the other reviews said so i expected more of that to be honest. We stayed there a bit of season so maybe thats why i dont know.

Very nice and helpful staff, delicious breakfast and nice pool bar. The pool area is perfect with the amazing view over the ocean, even from my beautiful modern room 😊 the hotel has everything you need 😊 to get here by feet you can walk up a hill or the long stairs, good if you like me like to get some exercise when you want to eat good food 😄👍 Efharisto poli ❤️

Really a fantastic place. Very nice location with wonderful seaview! Beach within walking distance, bus station as well. The rooms are modern and very clean. As a travel writer, I believe service and an owner's true love of place often sets a hotel apart. Reinieris Hotel is simply an incredible experience and a wonderful value. Views from the cozy top floor rooms (double) are breathtaking. The proprietor and staff feel like family after a day or two. The place is spotless and pool area, a stunning retreat from your busy day. We enjoyed several meals beyond breakfast -- all tasty and prepared with love and care. Every aspect of our stay was warm and wonderful. I would call this an exceptional stay and better service than many, many five star hotels. They love serving guests and you can feel it. It set the tone for a wonderful stay in Greece. They will go out of their way to ensure you have a pleasant stay and a great experience in Crete.

Simply amazing!!! Not enough can be said to how great the staff here is and how accommodating they are to any request you may have. The rooms have great storage, are very clean, updated and have great views looking over the water & pool. The property is so nice and green. The pool is refreshing and they have enough lounge chairs to spend an entire day by the pool and not feel guilty about it! There is a staircase to use to get down to the beach which is among the nicest and quietest we visited on the island. 100% going to be coming back to stay here again! Room service is available to order anything from their pool bar menu or you can even take your leftovers back to your room for a cheeky midnight snack.

Amazing room, with a stunning view! The breakfast is the same everyday, which was 6/10. However, the lunch and dinner were tasty! They have a washer & dryer which was like 3 or 4 € that can be charged to the room. They provide the detergent and fabric softener if you don’t have any. My room had a blow dryer, shampoo and body wash. Pool was clean, and nice. The road to actually find the hotel is narrow and super dark at night.

This is a perfect hotel in a perfect spot. We stayed there together with my wife for 5 nights early in May and everything - I mean it - everything was just perfect. Being inside the room was just as cozy as being outside. The hotel area is carefully zoned so that everything is pretty close - but there was is no crowded spots as you can encounter at another boutique hotels. Meticulous attention to all the details, keen and kind management interested to solve literally any problem you might have. Short walk from the restaurants and supermarkets of Stalos, the hotel is nevertheless situated in a private, quiet place and you can enjoy ocean waves and cheerful seagulls. The bus stop is 2 mins by foot down the staircase and you can get to Chania in under 20 minutes even by city bus. The food was simple yet tasty and done with heart, like you are a dear guest staying at a friend’s place. We liked fried cheese especially, its really a piece for a romantic evening. The only setback is that our stay was way too short! I totally recommend it and am looking forward to plan another, longer stay at Reniers.

Very nicely situated near Chania (7km east) on the top of a hill with a gorgeous view on the sea, beach can be reached via a long stretch of stairs, inviting pool just in front of our family room's spacious terrace. Free car park on the premises.Very supportive staff that even helped us to organize a special birthday cake for our daughter's birthday. Cleaning staff decorated towels for her birthday in elephant shape ;-). The room is appears freshly renovated with modern wood design tiles, clean and very spacious. Our Family Room was actually more an apartment equipped with a kitchen sink and a fridge and a kettle, yet no hotplate. Masterbedroom separated with sliding door. Two TVs, two air conditions. Room and service to my mind rather a 4* than a 3* hotel. Breakfast was included, good and plentiful 3* buffet. Also some good restaurants in the vicinity, also a small supermarket. We (2 grown ups, 2 kids) stayed 9 nights and we would love to come back any time!

Staff was extremely kind and helpful. Pretty good location and everything looked very nice. The room, the public areas, swimming pool, restaurant.. The restaurant prices were pretty good and surprisingly perfect food, drinks and view. That's the reason that we decides to come for a dinner everyday.

We had such a lovely stay at the Renieris Hotel. The owners and their family do everything they can to provide guests the perfect stay. The rooms are very modern, clean and comfortable. The food at the Pool Bar is absolutely delicious and it seems like everything is homemade only. When checking out, we also received a small gift which has been an absolute pleasure.
