We loved the place! Rooms are really big and comfortable, overlooking the pool and the sea. Smart located, close to the old city and the coast, in a very relaxing area full of olive trees! Vasilis and Nancy are always there to help with the best suggestion and services. We had a great time there, hope to see soon!

It’s simply the best „non-star hotel“ I’ve ever been to! The perfect mix of a hotel and a weekend house. You can have your own stuff, but you can also get some cocktails and snacks in the evening in the bar. The pool is the heart of the accommodation. It is shining the whole time… not a wonder, because Vassilis cleans it every morning very accurate! There is also a housekeeping device every morning with frech towels and everything you need! I hope we can get back there once again! I wish Vassilis and Nancy a lot of nice guests! Thank you for your helpfulness!

Perfection! Design of this place is amazing. It’s calm and relaxing here. We travel a lot but it was one of the best places in Europe we have ever been. There are few nice restaurants with walking distance, cheap and with delicious food. Beach is also short walk from the hotel. We had really great time here. Great value for money :)

We had a wonderful time here. I just loved the room and the pool chilling zone. I also loved the fact that none of the guests made noise, and everybody respected each other's rest. It was very nice to stay at the balcony in the evenings, enjoying a glass of wine. The room was big, the bed was veeery comfortable, cleaning every day. You could also order a breakfast or simply a cup of coffee to the room. The location is 5 minutes walk from the beach and 5 km from Chania. Vasilis, the owner, is a very nice and welcoming person. He does a great job running this place and taking care of Crete stray cats.

One of the best properties my girlfriend and I stayed at. It was simply amazing. It’s like a little studio that also provides kitchenware. The staff that comes in to clean is very professional and even washes the dishes! Simply amazing. Not enough words for me to describe what a pleasure it was to be here. Plenty of cats outside too that my girlfriend enjoyed playing with and feeding too.

Me and my wife stayed here for 5 nights and it was perfect. They clean everyday! The pool is just amazing and the water is clean. You can even play sports in the backyard using their equipment for free. Recommend it for everyone! :)

Fantastic find for us. Beautiful and practical rooms with a pool that’s stunning. The whole hotel is immaculately kept with grounds, trees and nature flourishing and neat. Everywhere is spotlessly clean and there is ample parking in a location that makes it easy to get around from. The owners and staff are all super friendly and helpful and made us feel so welcome and looked after. I would seek out this hotel to stay at again as it’s quality and service belies its price. Great option near of Chania. Very quite and relaxing, nice pool and backyard. We stayed for only one night in our way to Elafonisi, but the staff was very kind and welcoming. They also count with facilities for young children, what’s amazing. Very good price and style atmosphere, worth it.

We spent 10 days in the Kanso Rooms accommodation and were beyond satisfied. On the day of our arrival, we were warmly welcomed with a cold soda, which made us feel immediately welcome. The rooms are lovingly furnished and always 100% clean. This is mainly because the friendly cleaners polish the rooms to a high shine every day! The two owners of the accommodation are also very nice and always helped us when we needed it. For this reason, we can recommend Kanso Rooms to anyone looking for accommodation around Chania. Here you will be able to completely relax after your trips on Crete! If we are in Crete again, we will definitely book this accommodation again! Beautiful place with amazing energy. We enjoyed our stay there and it was our best accommodation on Crete. Kindness of all staff is what makes this place exceptional. Rooms are fully equipped, spacious and quiet. Pool area is relaxing and inviting. If you need anti-stress therapy there are minimum of 10 cats that will look after you. 😃 I loved this place and we will definitely be back!

Absolutely amazing stay!!! We lived for 7 days, Nancy and vasillis are the best hosts, very nice and cozy rooms decoration, very clean. The exterior area and the swimming pool are perfect. Very close to the beach and next to the town. Thank you for all, we are going to visit you again.
