We
booked
a
room
for
family
of
three
at
this
property
through
Makemytrip.com.
We
followed-up
with
property
through
both
customer
service
number
as
well
as
visiting
property
for
giving
re-confirmation
and
for
also
informing
last
evening
check-in.
But,
Oyo
customer
is
totally
unaware
about
booking
reference.
When
we
visited
the
property
and
checked
staff,
they
straight
a
way
replied
saying
that
they
don't
accept
booking
other
than
through
Oyo.
They
also
mentioned
that
Oyo
has
blocked
all
rooms.
On
the
other
hand,
Oyo
was
unaware
about
booking
reference
even
though
we
clearly
mentioned
Makemytrip
booking
reference.
This
is
not
the
first
time
we
faced
denying
check-in
issues
at
Oyo
properties.
Makemytrip
could
not
help
either
and
they
simply
mentioned
they
can
book
alternate
property,
but
they
didn't
make
any
attempt
as
well.
When
customer
is
booking
a
specific
location
and
when
maknytrip.com
suggests
other
location,
do
you
think
that
Makemytrip
respects
customer
convenience/choice.
Oyo
seems
to
making
some
scams
out
of
some
properties
by
not
allowing
Check-in
and
I
suspect
they
block
out
the
properties
Avoid
all
Oyo
properties.
Please
don't
burn
your
fingers
and
regret
later.
