Amazing place to hang out specially during sunset....The lake and the mountain together makes it an awesome place with amazing scenic view.

Calm, quiet place. Best time to visit is by early mornings before 11 to avoid crowd. Lake can be viewed from the rocks too. Best advisable view is to sit near the stairs and enjoy the breeze from the cold water.

Really a good and less crowded place to hangout with your family and friends, But make sure you should have sufficient food and water, as there is no shops near by specially if kids are with you.

Scenic, calm and very peaceful. Lake water is quite clean. Mini trek on rocky hill next to the lake is a wonderful experience. You can catch wonderful view from the rocky hill after the trek. Worth a visit Note: We couldn't find boating over here

Very less crowded place.. Calm and settle. Best part is claiming the near by mountain for an amazing view.

I have more pictures of this lake than of mine . This is my go-to happy place , the sunset at this place is a sight to be enjoyed by everyone. So if you're planning to pass by ramanagara or stay in ramanagara and don't know about this place , please do . You'll love it ( I shouldn't be letting my favourite place get crowded but fk it , spread happiness ✌🏻) . And please and I can't stress this enough. Please Please Please don't litter the place , there's respective bins for the waste and use them wisely 🙏🏻

Very peaceful place for relaxing. A good weekend destination from Bengaluru. A beautiful lake at the foot of a hill. Can reach the lake by vehicle, although the last patch of road is really worst for driving.

Guys Ramanagaram is Famous for silk & Hills, this hill got some best view with lake near by ....you can enjoy and relax here with cool breeze ,, you can visit it's near to Bengaluru mysore high way ,, you can climb the hill easily without any support and have some great view from the top ,, though be careful,,, It doesn't have any stands on hill and road is little Bad ..... and you will get some Street food also in the entrance,,,

If you visit the place during golden hours, you will see how beautiful the place is

A very good place for one day trip. It was worth going there and spending time.

It's a nice place to relax and cool off, but nothing special about it. You usually have the whole place to yourself with a calming view of the lake.

Not like a wow like place but one time must visit place, boating is not available her. Just simply like that place.

Beautiful place very less known by people I had visited on last Sunday morning hardly there were 5-6 people apart from us. This is natural lake but not taken care properly pond is full of 1000s of fishes so if you are going then please get some food for fishes. Also we saw snake in water so please be careful.

The lake is beautiful surrounded by greenery on one side and the rocks on the other side. You can climb the rocks to get a better view. Could not find any boating spot unfortunately

I recently visited this place from Bangalore. Bengaluru - Mysore 🛣️ national highway passes through this town so driving on this route was super convenient . This place offers an ultimate peace. Visit either in morning or evening hours. Note: There is no boating service provided here.

While I didn't do the boating, I was mesmerized with the magnificent view of this unique landscape - a beautiful lake right beside a monolithic hill. SAFELY climb up the hill and enjoy the panoramic view of the landscape.

Very scenic place. Beautiful lake surrounded by monolithic hills. One can climb on a hill adjacent to the lake. Boating was not operational when we visited in month of June. Best time to visit is during monsoon and early winter. Place has ample of space for parking. No options for snacks except a small cart which sells cucumber and Bhel. Sunset is best time of day to enjoy the serene beauty.

Nice Lake. Good for a long drive from Bangalore and then don't forget to visit Kamath Lokaruchi for something to eat.

Lake view is awesome as it's adjacent to rock hill.. u can just make a casual visit on way to ur journey.. if boating is open then it's worth visit else scenic n Rock Hill trekking .. it will be awesome if developed properly..

There was no boating when I visited in the first week of June 2022. But as a place to visit, it is fantastic, very serene and calm. Place is kept very clean so kindly do not litter. The way to the place involved some very poor (and slippery) roads. There are no places to eat/ lavatory nearby so please be prepared for that.

Good place to just and relax. There is a monolith right next to the lake where people have written name of their lovers lol. Anways you can climb on top and sit for a good relaxing session.
