Dr Anil is an excellent doctor. He hears the problem completely with lot of patience. He also explains the problem to patience very clearly that even layman can understand. Best ortho I have seen from 2-3 yrs in and around vijayanagar. In any emergency , his response will convey one info to patients - don't worry I am there,which very few doctors now days convey. We visited Dr Anil Patil for treatment of my Mother-in-law's Knee issue. Dr. Anil as a Consultant: Dr Anil was very quick to check and get the basic tests done and advise the treatment required and treatment plan.His swiftness to assess the issue and give confidence the patient and their family of the treatment required and how it benefits etc is really good. Dr Anil makes sure that he explains the situation in a way that even a layman can understand. This really helps the patient and their family to ask more questions and understand better. This environment for open discussion eases a lot of inhibitions. Dr. Anil as a Surgeon: I must say he is gifted with good hands that do wonders . My son met with an accident and had broken his wrist and bruises all-over. It was almost 9pm and was worried where would I take or whom I consult at that hour. Luckily got Dr Anil's reference thro my friend and when I called, to take his clinic address he immediately asked us to come. He took care of everything then onwards. Booked surgery in Sparsh . ( Sparsh is quite expensive 😕).. Post surgery met Dr thrice. We can recommend Dr Anil who needs help.He is approachable and caring. Earlier another doctor reported an ACL partial tear and meniscus tear from an MRI report and suggested surgery. None of my symptoms were related to this. After visiting Dr. Anil Patil, He clarified based on my history that ACL partial tear report in MRI is due to MRI's inability to capture image from the angle, and this much meniscus tear is normal and common in anyone. It was actually IT band syndrome, which can be healed by physiotherapy, It matches my symptoms as well. Imagine me going through the news of surgery to just physiotherapy :). I am much more relaxed now after visiting Dr Anil Patil. He is an experienced and cool Doctor.

Ensuring my knee pain was just the temporary situation and would go away post pregnancy and weight loss and is not bone injury or calcium deficiency but a nerve press around the knee which is causing the pain and weight loss and vmo physio would help with pain relief.
