One of the best places to eat street food, but also one of the worst places to be when it rains, the roads there are really narrow and no proper place to walk, lot and lot of people on the road and by lanes there. The food you get here is really mouth watering like : Hot Hot Idli / Ghee Plain Dosa / Ghee Masala Dosa, Bhel , Pani Puri, Sev Puri, Kachori , Sambosa, Gathiya with Green Chilli pieces, Hot Jalebi, Bombay Sandwich and lots more variety. These food counters mostly operate only post 6.30pm. This place is Famous only for Veg Food and you will not get any Non Veg Food here.

Amazing place for the softest Idlies and crispy dose to next level. I can call this a paradise of South Indian food. Apart from idly, varieties of dose .. with add on ghee. we get chitranna, rice bath, vadas, bindas, bajjis, papdi chat, pani poori , masala poori, nippit masala, hot malai badam milk and so many more. Usually the street vendors open at 7pm and go on till 11pm. Cons : Parking problem Too crowded.

There are a lot REAL/ORIGINAL Gold Silver and Diamond sellers aswell. Good pricing, also you can be rest assured you will get best prices and fabulous designs.. for a small break inbetween shopping there is this bhel puri guy. Makes really good Bhel.. also lot of people who sit there and make lovely bead necklaces as per your requirement.

Visiting after almost 10-12 years...most of the vendors have actually relocated... except 1-2... only place to visit is narayan idli cart... the idli chutney with the special oggarane/tadka on top is just simply sublime... the dosas are good too !! Hygiene conditions are questionable... visit at your own risk!!

If you entered to chickpet streets won't feel to come out from that place because the stores, streets and outlets are looks fully colourful and wish to by atleast one item from each category. Best Shopping place for seasonal occasions like home inaguration, Marriage, Birthday, Naming Ceremony and many other occasions. If you got tired in between your shopping you can go for your choice of hotels or street foods are very near around 500 metres. Very there are many advantages there will be a disadvantage also main disadvantage or problem of this area is Cleanliness. Roads are Very conjusted you can't drive or park inside where ever you go.
