I went there for purchasing refrigerator,we were waiting for 2 hours with my 2kids,I was asking water for drinking but they don't give water,they said water bottle finished but they had water bottle, they don't want to give it to costomer,I felt very bad,how they are behaving like this,very very very bad experience in that reliance digital showroom.First please give water for costomer.But they don't care about that.please try to correct that.

I visited here to buy USB 3.1 drive and I was satisfied with the kind courtesy and technical explanation given by Ms Monica. Infact this Devanahalli branch is much better than the Whitefield-Hoskote Road.

Visited this place to purchase a washing machine, they have brands like Samsung, LG, Haier, IFB, Whirlpool, Kelvintor, BPL, Bosch, Godrej, only place in Devanahalli to have such a huge range in display, also got instant discount of Rs 6000 on my LG Washing machine

Employees are not even concerned about customer’s queries. After purchasing products, we have to wait minimum 10-15days to get the installation done. And also we have to do multiple follow ups to send installation team member and staff doesn’t respond to calls. The worst service I ever seen.

No proper customer service, i wanted to enquire about Prestige Chimney to buy from the store, first they answered my call and kept it on hold then again I called them thrice, which went unanswered!! Think before you buy anything from Reliance digital, the customer service is very poor

One of wrost store only bcoz of employees behaviour.....we had to call hell number of times for installation but no proper response from staffs....specially Ashok, branch manager & Abdul...they do not receive calls also...still not installed my sound bars....if i had option to zero i would have given.

I recently visited reliance digital showroom in devanahalli, booked a refrigerator, product was wrongly delivery, we told to replace it but it's almost 2weeks ,I have not received the product yet . When I contacted the sales person, he said there was no stock and all . Very disappointed with the service and responce.
