Delicious Canadian style Chinese food. Updated menu December 2018. Great service from Amanda!

The food is absolutely delicious but that's not what this review is about. This family went above and beyond for me when I was stuck in their parking lot during a blizzard. They shovelled a way out for me in the blowing snow and freezing ice in our faces and made sure I got home safely. This is a good family running this restaurant and I am glad they are a part of our community.

Food was cold when server first gave it to us. The server couldn't believe it, saying that the food was fresh. No doubt that the food was fresh, but it would be nice if it were hot, especially after waiting 20 minutes for it

Very good food, great friendly service, couple things to know it's Chinese but not generally relaxed vibe. Not much parking.

We go every time we visit PAB! Delicious food, all white meat chicken, so good!👌

I don't understand the 4/5 star reviews for this place. Rice is OK, chicken balls require a hatchet, otherwise mediocre staff serve food that is overcooked mush.

Possibly the worst Chinese food I've tried anywhere, I ordered shrimp fried rice and fried shrimp on the side and the shrimp was cut in half in every bite I came across, the rice wasn't even fried and overall the food just game me a stomachache!

Was good food and experience for the price. Not many food options in port aux basques but this is a decent choice

A sweet family business, they have very good Chinese food. They cannot compare to the big city restaurants but, it my favourite choice when I go to Port aux Basques. One of my favourite dishes, yet simple is the deluxe won ton soup and for a more filling meal I would order the tai hong rice noodle.

Good food, great prices and they were quick. Location is helpful when you just get off the ferry and need a late dinner. Definitely worth a visit!

We are from Toronto, it tastes like traditional Chinese restaurant in GTA.

For the price it's actually not bad at all. Especially after coming from the 6 hour ferry, there aren't many choices around but this is a good one

We had takeout to eat at the hotel waiting for the ferry. Dishes are genuinely Cantonese cooking just like I have done at home. The Cantonese noodle is huge filled with large shelled shrimps, chicken, Cantonese bbq pork and lots veggies without green pepper which I specified. The amount of sauce was just right and tasty. The honey garlic ribs are tender, delicious without the sticky sauce like the ones from other Chinese restaurants. We would have go back but we had enough of Newfoundland. Highly recommended.

We were travelling to catch the ferry to NS. It was 8pm and everything else we tried was closed even though their websites stated thry were ooen later than 8pm (Almas Restaurant, Harbourside etc. ) it was a Thursday night at 8pm! This was the only place left open it seemed and we were hungry. The absolute worst food. We ordered a Dinner for Two and total waste of $30. Would not reccommend and keep your money Tim Hortons is nearby, much cheaper and much better food.
