Been here before with a tent. This time I was back with my touring caravan. Pretty quiet - most folk here live in static caravans, but it's clean and well run. Very handy for Aberdeen. I paid for a fully serviced pitch as there were no electric only pitches available on the website. When I got there there were quite a few electric only pitches available which was strange.

Great little site, very quiet. Only 4 electric pitches for tents, 2 next to the park area where we wanted for the kids and 3 non electric tent pitches. Games/TV room was good for the kids which had a pool table and TV with a few sofas. The toilet and dish wash facilities were beautiful and spotlessly clean and very modern 10/10 for that.

Lovely camp site. Stayed in a lodge which was great, comfortable, clean and well equipped. Dish washer and washing machine included. Good games room and shower block for touring motorh8 and caravans. The pitches had plenty of room and mains water and electric. Only gripe was the quality of the sharp knives was very very poor, wouldn't even cut through bread. About six miles out if Aberdeen and 10 from Stonehaven, I wasn't sure if it was in a bus route into the city.

Good place. Our lodge was swanky new. The hot tub was great , adults and kids loved it. No internet available(wifi didn't work at all). There was no one at reception at anytime we happened to visit so don't expect any immediate help. But the staff when seen were super helpful. Good location as well. Small kids play area inside.

Visited in January. Cold, wintry conditions on site but a warm kind welcome from the owners who checked we had arrived. Brilliant facilities, complete with radio in the shower to boogie whilst you wash. We will be back πŸ‘πŸŒžβ„οΈ

A clean, secure site, ideally set for exploring Aberdeen and the surrounding area. We were a mature couple with a dog in a touring caravan. Pitches are a goof size with all amenities close by (we had a fully seviced pitch). Toilet Block was very clean and modern. No need for check-in. Car reg is recognised by the barrier and let us in. Would definitely be back.

Lovely campsite as usual & would recommend. Only fault this time, but never before, was cleanliness, the lodge was very dusty looked like hadn't been dusted for weeks. The last 2 visits just after lockdown, the lodge was spotless! Apart from that, we had a lovely, very comfortable time.

Stayed here for a long weekend with family. Caravan immaculate, spacious 3 bed with everything you need. It was really hot in the bedrooms so will take a fan next time. Site is stunning, duck pond, play park and table tennis. Kids had a great time! 5 mins away from "Story Book Glen " and a gorgeous river just around the corner. There is a games room with TV and sofas, small basketball game and a pool table. Only thing I'd say needs a bit improvement is games room. Maybe some more equipment for the kids to use. Pool table is 50p a game. Will definitely return.

Stayed in Pod 2 for for 3night break with our pup. Pod is ideal for short break as small the park is gorgeous kept really clean. Once dog walk trail at start of park as well as a field for dogs to run free highly recommend

A lovely campsite extremely clean and great facilities. Half n hour walk to get the bus into Aberdeen or a walk into the nearest town. It is also on the river for a swim or dog paddle

This is a beautiful park. We stayed in Lodge 1 and my daughter in Lodge 6. It's amazing. So big, spacious, clean and very quiet. There is a little park and duck pond on the grounds which my granddaughter made good use of. There were also a few rabbits running around out the back of the lodges. Very cute. Hot tubs are always a great addition so recommend you add on the extra towel pack when booking. Definitely recommend and will be back x

We stayed in one of the lodges with a hot tub. Beautifully appointed, beds were comfortable. WiFi was a bit slow at times. Would have benefited from additional towels and additional cutlery. Minor things that didn't really have an impact on our 2 night stay. The park was beautifully maintained.

Stayed 2 nights for my cousins graduation at P&JLive. The hot tub was just what we needed to relax. The site was quiet with lots of rabbits and ducks roaming.

Friendly, helpful, spotless, well maintained services, roomy pitches, and strategicly placed screening. Beautiful views and walks. Very convenient for Aberdeen, and Highlands.

Clean, good communication, nice site, easy entry without reception. But would like to see more signage/ finger signposts to the facilities and touring areas.

Lovely site, well maintained. Good toilet/Shower block. Luckily it wasn't full so felt roomy. Might feel a bit hemmed in if it was very busy.

Beware of hidden terms and conditions. Booked in to go here with family but didn't get to go. Wasn't until we were sent a welcome email 3 days before when we realised they don't allow anyone to sleep in the awning. We have a sleeping compartment that attaches to the side and one of our party members would have had to sleep here due to the caravan being a 3 berth. They indicated it was something to do with health and safety yet plenty of sites allow it so clearly not an issue. When booking, it doesn't clearly highlight they don't allow anyone to sleep in the awning when selecting an awning on their booking platform. You would need to read their terms and conditions before booking and come away from the booking process to do that. Even within their terms and conditions, it is hidden down near the bottom rather than near the top or within the section about caravans. When we realised the issue, we called and emailed reservations to let them know and asked for a refund as we would have to go elsewhere. When we phoned the reservations team they were not interested. Passed it up to head office whilst highlighting we ticked the terms and conditions box and it was our own fault so they would not issue a refund. Part true but I feel the company is deceiving customers by not making something so important more prominent. Multiple emails later and some pretty poor customer service from staff, still no email from head office despite reservations saying they would get back to us in 5 working days. We eventually emailed head office direct whilst copying in the email trail. Their response... a rubbish email trying to say we didn't read the previous emails correctly and that head office did reply. Yet all emails are from reservations and no indication that they are from head office. In one email, they specifically say head office will get in touch. Clearly they can't read their own emails. Their customer service from the company is shocking and we are down Β£130 quid. Won't even entertain this company going forward and would suggest everyone read their terms and conditions before booking. If they respond to this review, no doubt they will be all, oh but it's in our terms and conditions etc but key point is the poor customer service in our mind. Shocking company and customer care and definitely won't be booking in the future.

Lovely quiet site. Well kept grounds and immaculate facilities. Shower was a little on the cool side for us but not really a problem.. Everything done by email before arrival which uses ANPR. Felt this was a bit impersonal. It’s nice to be welcomed by a person.

We really enjoyed our stay at Deeside Holiday Park. The quality of our 3 bedroom holiday home was outstanding, and the park was very well kept. It's in a good location, outside Aberdeen in the countryside but only 15 into the city by car. Highly recommended, we would definitely stay again when back in the area.

Lovely site not far to shops and places of interest. Don't expect any assistance from staff. There isn't any that we've seen anyway. Booking and check in are all done online. No one at gate, automatic number plate recognition let's you in and out. Think I saw a wee man wandering about but not sure. Still will be back.

In the campsites defence, It was the busy jubilee weekend so very crowded. Ideal for kids and families but we were looking for some quiet time. Felt it was very impersonal though, you let yourself in and have to drive round and find a space for yourself. Luckily we found a great spot over the other side which was much quieter and had a great weekend but never saw a member of staff the whole time we were there. Other sites you are shown to your spot and even guided into place but not here. For it being so busy the facilities were extremely clean, the site was kept really well and great rural areas to walk the dogs. Rabbits and ducks came onto the site quite regularly. Lovely scenery. Close to shops and the Aberdeen bypass. Had a lovely weekend but probably won't go back.

We stayed in a static caravan which was very nice. One of the best we have stayed in! Staff were very helpful. There is a small playback for the kids and a games/TV room. There is no shop on site or within walking distance.
