This is the worst surgery in UK. I dont know how Dr Deslandes is a doctor. Completely unprofessional, does not know nothing about you or medical history ignores specialist letters and i don't understand how he passed medical school. Most of the receptionist are rude and have no manners. They act like they have a medical qualification when they should concentrate on booking appointments which you never get or callbacks for results they have had for weeks. This place needs shutting down!!!! Only positive about this surgery is Dr Patkar but he is only part time otherwise this place should have no stars.

Your 'appointment' here is very loosely defined. Before covid 19, it involved sitting in the waiting room for literally hours, in a 'earliest arrived, earliest seen' system, in which the patients had to keep track of the order of arrival. Dr Deslandes is horrible. During my first appointment after I moved surgery, I was told that my medication was too expensive for the NHS and I wasn't supposed to be on it, even though my medical history indicated that I was absolutely supposed to be on it. He backed down when I pointed this out (he obviously hadn't bothered to look). Referrals were promised which weren't done. I asked that my prescription was sent to the chemist so that I could get my refill after work and before I ran out of meds, but I was literally told that this was too much trouble and refused. Awful, awful place.

My friends and family went to this clinic and I would just like to point out that dr. Deslandes is a foul human being, that doesn’t care for the needs of a living breathing soul. I think he has about two brains cells in his body and neither of them are used at work.

Auch a pathetic GP ....Phone keeps on ringing no one picks .. secondly after sometime even you cant connect to them as if they have put off the reciever. Thirdly, staff if useless ..they dont treet you well ... For what we are paying to NHS then ?

I don't understand why people aren't happy with this surgery as I've found it's good. It's best docs I've had since the 1 I had when I was 13yrs old. From 13 to before I registered here the docs have been a huge let down. Here they got what I needed signed me up for IAPT services, appointment with the Psychology welfare officer Jeff, and counselling and also worked with me to get me on the best meds that work for me. So I'm truly impressed. Yes sometimes you could be waiting past your appt time but that's because the Dr Deslandes takes time to listen to you and discuss the right course of action or treatment plan etc. Yes it's not nice & frustrating too but if, when u ring for appt u tell them u want extra time with doc then ur not running over into someone else's appt time if u didn't book extra time. That's what holds things up a bit. They could do with more docs like Deslandes so people aren't waiting on 1 doc there maybe 2 or 3 docs but that's my only suggestion or bad remark that cud do with more docs so to cut down time on people going over appt time (after not making appt for longer) and keeping people waiting past there appt time which isn't fair & quite rude. Other than that a huge big ✅ from me.

It's horrendous here spent half an hour on phone to get through to be told no appointments as there's only 1 doctor & the nurse has cancelled her appointments for today may be if they stop hiding behind COVID & come back to work it would be better

You will never get an appointment in this surgery. Is Friday today and I’m trying to go through their line since Monday. Start to call at 7.55 where it tells you surgery is closed. You try to dial again at 7.56 and the line is busy. You can call 100x and when they finally answer the phone at 8.10 they tell you all appointments have been taken. Call again tomorrow! Same situation every day. I intended to leave this surgery but only thing holds me there is dr Petkar. He is the best doctor and it’s a shame he works for this surgery

Appalling ‘doctors’ can never get an appointment baring in mind under 5s have to be seen yet the surgery turn babies away. Waiting hours after appointment times to be seen by a certain Dr Deslandes who I’ve come to notice doesn’t look at a women when she’s speaking but seems to have amazing conversations with men. Everything diagnosed as a ‘viral bug’ when seeing him he comments that it is 10 minute appointments and pushes you out the door.. if it’s 10 minutes then why is he always hours behind schedule. Horrible place

Dr Deslandes is not what I'd call a Dr. He doesn't care about people's well being. To the point I've had to move as he didn't support or help when weaning me of my tablets for now another Dr to say he should of weaned me of them until he got to the bottom of why I was on the tablets in the first place. Receptionist was lovely
