    Incompetent doctors, incompetent receptionists. My family has been coming here for 42 years (before I was even born actually) and it's no where near how good it used to be. All the good doctors are gone, have been for about a decade now. Good luck getting an appointment, referral or prescription. They will not correctly update your medical records of what was discussed if you actually do get an appointment. They will ignore your calls. The pharmacy will have nothing to view when you discuss what happened in your appointment. They've even hidden the landline recently out of site now after someone pointed it out at reception. So if in person you can now no longer see them ignore it. Anyone reading this, please don't just review it here on Google but file a complaint through the NHS. This place needs to shut down and reformed with a completely new management team

    I waited in telephone queue, got to #1in queue then pressed to speak to someone and the phone is still ringing 20 minutes later. What is wrong with this system???? Eventually answered total wait 40 mins.

    My mums 90 year old still works , hurt her hip, 6 months ago couldn't get to see a Doctor , was told no appointments , so paid out of her pension to see a Dr at Β£60 Clairmont Hospital who sent her for a X-ray that Diagnosed a broken Hip , they sent a letters 4 months ago saying she needs urgent surgery and still not hared anything after 4 months , was told not even received letter or on NHS list she his now in a wheel chair and we are having to take time off work to look after her , she’s gone from been having a working and social life to having zero life through being negligent in her health care it’s disgusting how she has been let down she’s worked for 75 years and I have written to Richi Sinak of our Disgust never got any benefits or needed care for 75 years but now she needs it not there feel ashamed very ashamed Mr T Garratty

    Mum (has to use a wheelchair and in severe pain) was given a phone call Friday to come in at 8am today to be seen by a doctor. Wasn't told this was to book an appointment more than 2 and a half hours later. Later told this would be with the advanced nurse practitioner not a doctor. Building itself only seems to have two members of staff here today.

    Dr Khaliq and Fatima are the worst doctors this practice has so avoid an appointment with them if possible. I made a complaint weeks ago regarding how rubbish both these drs were and it was completely ignored. Avoid this surgery change as soon as possible.

    This surgery is the worst surgery u can have and should be closed down I hour on phone to get through and then told its fully booked even though u called when they open surgery the hassle u have to go through is unbelievable. The management of this place need to buckle up

    Absolutely rubbish service. Tell you to ring at 8.00am. Ring 90 times to eventually tell you that you will be placed in a queue at 8.12am. Then a message comes on, sorry this queue is now full! How on earth are you supposed to get an appointment or a call back if you can never get through to anyone!

    Prescribed the wrong item, called to get the correct one, told I'd have to wait a week. Despite it not being my fault. Just told to get on with it in the meantime. Very poor service, no empathy, just don't care.
