SOMEONE NEEDS TO SUE THIS DOCTORS FOR MEDICAL NEGLIGENCE THEN SOMETHING MIGHT ACTUALLY GET DONE ABOUT THE PEOPLE THAT WORK ON THE FRONT DESK NOT ANSWERING PHONE! Worse doctors I've ever seen long wait times then if they actually pick up and not cut you off you will be told no appointments available you will be told to call up earlier that won't make a difference they don't care. If you call between their 2 hour break they will just leave you on hold same when they close. Can never get in to see a doctor so no point even joining them they take ages processing important paperwork or even doing prescriptions for a new born baby. This has been like this for years save yourself time and join somewhere else.

Have been extremely rude to my disabled mother on multiple occasions. My mother is on a lot of medication and most recently doctor Khan decided to tell her there's nothing wrong with her and that she's healthier than he is. Absolutely ridiculous. The only people worth seeing there are the advanced practitioner nurses and the diabetic nurse. Receptionists are rude, the doctors are non-existent, and, apparently now even when a doctor does grace you with their presence, they are insulting and dismissive. Do not use this surgery if you can avoid it.

This surgery is a joke used to be such a good surgery can’t get through on phone funny how every time I ring I’m caller 8! My mother who has dementia was prescribed some different medication through the hospital and Iv been in to surgery 5 times in last 2 weeks and still not done changes even though I have gave name and contact details of hospital nurse! Absolute joke don’t get anything done until you kick off.

I have a long term condition, I understand there busy with.a pandemic. But they won't sign my prescription that I have had most my life. The hospital has sent letters stating I need this item. I've been trying to get through since beginning of January. All I get is line busy then cut off.

Absolute joke, don’t bother. If you have suicidal thoughts or you hate somebody from your family/ friends you should definitely recommend them this Gp! The chances of getting an appointment are close to 0, however after many days of trying you may find yourself lucky enough to get trough!Just keep in mind that after 30-40 min of waiting in the queue your phone call will be automatically dropped 😁 If you manage to speak to a doctor you will be prescribed nothing ( because you sound healthy enough over the phone) or wrong medication that will only make your conduction worse. I strongly believe that they should be honest with people and change the name to funeral practice.

New review: they playing with people’s life! 3 months I couldn’t get my medication on time and one of them was my heart pill. All the time they asked me for a medication review and I had to find time to call and they wouldn’t solve till calling them many times and it was my situation for three months to get my medication. Now after 2 months I have same situation again with my medication as it asks for blood test which has been done! And they blaming me for this as I am busy and blood test was not on time! But I am calling them each week and they say same thing ( it will be removed) but it is not allowing me to get my medication on time. It is a sin to have health issues. They make me feel worse to be ill and even knowing I have those issues as my genetic but still they make me hate my life. I want to move my surgery but I am busy and it gives me more stress. I have to run from this worst place. 12.2023 The worst GP You grow old behind the phone line and they never answer 2022 I am trying to call them but it has been two weeks they close till midday. It was worse before to contact them and now it is impossible.2023

Update. After years of the Dr's here not believing me or saying oh I don't know and palming me off since I was 16 I've had issues with my hands, burning sensation, pain, stiffness and weakness, most I got was oh I don't know you could always run them under cold water, yeah good idea 🤣. Moved to new drs, book an appointment, straight away my new dr said I think you've got carpel tunnel syndrome and referred me to a specialist. Have had x rays and will be having a nerve conduction test. These drs have left it that long that not only do I have carpel tunnel syndrome I also have ulnar nerve damage and arthritis. As a 24 year old woman with a young family this is heartbreaking as it limits what I can do, even down to lifting my sonup, I'm in agony with this. They've left it that long I have muscle wastage in my hands.

Horrendous GP, near impossible to get an appointment, you wait in the queue for an hour in the phone, only to be booted out at the end. Prescriptions are forgotten in a monthly basis and need multiple reminders before it’s sent through to the pharmacy. How are you supposed to get medical advice if it is this poorly managed?!

Been on the phone almost an hour nobody bothered picking up the phone and I’m ringing as it’s a Friday and they have sent the wrong form of medication I don’t know how they’ve managed this so I will likely have to wait until Monday now.

Absolutely horendous i have not been able to get a single appointment at this surgery since registering some time ago. I havent even had a new patient assessment and it is the worst surgery to even get a call back i have called time and time again and only had a call back twice and on the second call back the doctor was supposed to look at my recent blood test with the hospital and get back to me but never did i have even turned up at the door when really ill and still denied access to a doctor.

Left here sadly after multiple referrals made with little or no Supporting information delaying appointments. Do yourselves a favour read the reviews and go elsewhere find a GP Practice that actually cares sooner it closes the better.

Never answer their phones and the rare chance you get through to them the call disconnects. Staff don't even know what time they have lunches. Despite me ordering my prescription online, they didn't follow their process and placed it for me. Hassle even for them to send out my online application forms (needed resetting twice). The list goes on and on, this is on G.P that needs investigating into, because I do not know what they are running over here, but, it's certainly not helpful. Think I get more unwell, just having to deal with these guys. I wish I can move G.Ps, better off calling 111, cause these guys are dreadful. They need to step up especially the amount of Elderly/Vulnerable people in Manor that rely on this service.

We have been unable to contact the surgery at all during the last 3 weeks….we even tried to contact through 111 as my wife was Ill, even other professionals could not contact the surgery, this is not good under any circumstances and putting further pressure on other services…

Went today April 17, 2023 at 2:40 pm with other couple, it's closed without warning. If you Google it's says it's open. Voltarol cream is part of the medication and instead surgery gave ibuprofen cream. Lloyds park hill gave as per instruction of manor surgery .. Very very very difficult to contact by phone. You're out in queue and when it's your turn you're kuknk to NHS.

Terrible.waiting for a call back from practice manager who took my phone call. Got a text nearly a week later as GP wants to see me asking me to call from 8am but I may not get an appointment as it’s first come first serve?😩

Tried for a week to get my son prescription still waiting.the reason i cannot do it on line , It needs a clinicians review that happens nearly every month for our medication.getting fed up because we run out of our medications.both of us suffer with anxiety and depression.
