Great store. Found everything I was looking for for trap shooting. Prices were about as expected. Staff friendly and knowledgeable.

Christian was very helpful and kind in helping me pick out a fish filleting knife as well as a cutting board and so much advice on catching and preparing a fish. Four stars because before I got help from him, I was standing by the knives for at least 6 minutes, probably 10, with someone who I believe to be an employee (standing behind a counter), walking by and seeing me at least three times and not once being asked if I needed help. I honestly almost went to a different store. After asking another customer where I could get some help, I was pointed to the firearm counter where I was told to go look around the store for a guy in a blue shirt, (rather than him being paged or called) and come back if I couldn't find him. That's when I got connected with Christian, who again, was greatly helpful. Five stars for Christian, but the whole experience beforehand really started things off wrong. Thank you Christian for your help, I sincerely appreciate it 🙂

Went on for 4 items, wanted sale price. Knives, winter stocking cap, king cap & thermal top & bottoms. With black Friday coming I put knives & winter cap on hold, Black Friday coming up. I found high end Thermal top & bottoms, brand Hot Chili 🌶 !

Company is very unprofessional. I tried to contact the company due to a purchase being fraud and they refused to help me or release my funds. I was told that a billing specialist would contact me. NEVER HAPPENED! I asked to speak with the fraud department, they do not have a fraud department. It’s just one department that claims to run everything and knows absolutely Nothing. What kind of company are these people running? Is this the type of company anybody would want to deal with. I didn’t even get an apology in regards to this situation. By far the worst experience ever. I have never shopped here and NEVER WILL!!!! If I could give them a 0 star I would give them one million zero stars this company doesn’t even deserve 1 star

Way too difficult to purchase rifles or shotguns. Long guns are behind the counter which forces you to wait for one of maybe two guys behind the counter to help you, which most of the time makes you feel rushed when they finally get to you. I will stick to scheels from now on because I can handle and get a feel for what I see and like before asking questions or making a purchase. Great store otherwise.

I don’t mind going to this store, but Kelsie, I am assuming she was a manager was very rude to us and to her customer service associate in front of us. We just wanted to see if there was an easier way to use a coupon to save some money on an item we had already purchased. There wasn’t which was not a problem, but Kelsie instantly got frustrated with us and the woman that was so kindly trying to help us. She had no reason to treat either one of us like that. We weren’t getting frustrated and the woman helping us was just trying to make sure she did everything correctly.

You can pretty much find a lot of stuff but sometimes difficult to get items may not be as easy. However I love the fact that this is my go to place when I can't find what I'm looking for neat where I live on the other side of town.

It's like Bass Pro Shops without the ridiculous prices. Employees are also very friendly and helpful.

Stopped in for some hunting supplies. The store is big and clean, but understaffed. Several of us waited in a line at the service counter because there was only 1 person working apparently. The registers were not open and the line was about 8 people deep. They had plenty of people in the gun department and maybe 1 person working in the shoe section - but only 1 to take the money and do hunting licenses?

My dad just stopped in the store to order the henry model x in 357 magnum it says is available for order on your site. Your site said pickup by july 18th and its july 5th now. You follow through ordering to find its not actually available and its listing is basically a ghost in your system. Im just wondering how inventory is off on whole firearms. Waste of a trip in thinking he can order this, I told him to come in off your online status.

Great store overall and it's nice that it's so close when I don't want to go out to Bass Pro. HOWEVER, DO NOT come here for archery unless you're just looking to buy some accessories. Nobody is ever there and when they are they are not helpful. Make the drive to Archery Field & Sports in Altoona. They'll take care of you better than any of the local chains and be happy doing it.

I always come here for hunter and camping gear. The prices are comparable to the big busy stores but with less people to bump around. There is less random useless products to see so you can find what you need easier. I definitely prefer it over BPS and the mall.

Looked for a chair that the website said was in stock. It wasn't in stock. Overall, decent store... Just annoyed that their storeroom didn't match their website.

Pretty good outfit, for the most part knowledgeable staff. They have a decent amount if outdoor supplies in many different categories.

They always have something I need! The pricing seems to be more reasonable than some of the other big box sporting goods stores.

I love this store. I've bought the majority of my firearms through them and a large percentage of the ammo I've fired over the years. They usually have a pretty good selection. I think their prices are more than fair. They even gave me a discount years ago to order in a handgun I wanted. They apologized, even though it wasn't even needed. But said it was a discount for the inconvenience. Each employee I've dealt with has been nothing but friendly and most of them are pretty personable people. I will continue to shop here. They are also efficient at what they do.

Bought a $240 fishing reel from a really nice guy. Went back for some instruction. Nobody home. Called to set up an appointment. After being transferred three times I hung up and vow never to return. Glad I kept the receipt. Update: After responding online, I went back in and met yet another nice guy. Got me set up and really righted a wrong. Disappointed when he told me he wouldn’t be there much longer.
