I’ve never experienced a level of disrespect like I experienced this evening. The woman name Melissa who attempted to take my order was so disgusting with her attitude the manager even intercepted my order. However that did not stop Melissa from attacking me verbally at the window

The chicken pieces are extremely tiny. They meat is so dry that it’s not edible. The place is not clean at all. We have to throw out the box of chicken. We also ordered the stacker box from the Taco Bell section. When I opened the box I saw a long strand of hair there, so gross. Since i was very hungry and in a hurry and the chicken was already thrown out, I did try to to eat the Dorito Taco inside the Stacker. Taste was ok. After that we decided to leave this restaurant as soon as we can. We are heading to Chick-fil-a now.

Worst KFC experience ever at this location. Sat in drive through before placing order 20 min, get up to speaker to place order and was greeted with (how you doin) started placing order then interrupted with (hold on a sec) finally place order for crispy chicken and two sides. Waited in cue for 20 more minutes. Pull up to the window to the most unenergetic, and unmotivated employee I've ever witnessed handing us a bag and muttering we didn't have any crispy chicken. So after all the time waiting we said whatever..( just an idea here but maybe informing Customer at the time the order is placed would suffice!). Getting home we open said bag of food ,the chicken was old and greasy, mashed potatoes were a solid mass of what I believed to be potatoes with a dollop of gravy on top. Really? Who does that!. Suffice to say We would rather see this location close down than visit it again. Best suggestion is to clean house from the management on down and start over, or close it down. NEVER AGAIN!

We were visiting Charleston and saw online that KFC was open until 2am but when we got there, waited for about 20 minutes was told that it was only Taco Bell that was open. The website is misleading and needs to be updated to reflect what side is open. Not only that we had to wait another 20 minutes in line just to get out since there isn’t enough space to drive out forward and couldn’t back up with cars behind us…

Was not happy about the food portion, the containers were not completely full. Also it took 25 to get my order, I only asked for the 2 piece chicken and 2 sides. Service was poor.

Tried yet another over hyped chicken sandwich and of course it fell short. The amount of sauce and liquid from the pickles combined with the steam from the foil packaging lead to some excess moisture on the bun. On a good note, the service was great and the regular chicken was your typical KFC quality.

For a $20 fill up dark meat, they gave me all legs after specifically asking for an equal mix. looked in my bag for receipt to call, no receipt. Got number, called, no answer! Don't go, I won't be back

This is the worst experience I've had at a fast food "restaurant." I don't know if I can even call it a "restaurant" because after waiting 28 minutes for a 3-piece chicken tender meal, I was offered a refund or a different item. No food was given to me. They never even attempted to cook the food I paid for. 😳 Who does that? I've had quicker service with actual food handed to me at high end restaurants. I literally left this place crying after working 14 hours with no dinner to take home.

I ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwiches and fries , 15 min. after ordering, I was told that they had no fries. Okay, not picky. Throw me some mac n cheese nope, none of that either. At this point, just give me whatever side you do have. So I got my food, and it's a chicken tender sandwich and coleslaw, so I spent $20 and got nothing I ordered. lol, kfc, do better, please 🙏.

This place somehow always manages to disappoint. Waits are horrific and almost never have your order (especially on the kfc part if the menu). Employees seems indifferent to customers and dinning room is always dingy.

Having waited for 25 minutes for our food, we approached the counter. It turned out that they were out of chicken fillet, so they chose not to cook/deliver any part of our order - and didn't say anything to us either. While waiting and finally eating, we were entertained by guests and staff arguing loudly using explicit language - an experience in itself! Filthy drink dispenser and bins overflowing with trash. One star for the service, but five stars for the entertainment!

the lady that is a fan of the dallas cowboys needs a raise! she had an amazing energy and, despite being a steelers fan myself (lol), offered amazing customer service.

This KFC is pathetic. The workers are very slow and do not care about pleasing the customer. We ordered our food in a timely manner but after we did we had to wait 45 mins to get it. In the meantime we never got our drinks but did pay for it. I don't understand why this place allows this kind of work ethic. It's straight ridiculous and honestly unacceptable.

No matter how many people are in line you’re going to wait at least 10 minutes. Both times I got KFC the chicken sandwich didn’t look anything like other KFC chicken sandwiches I’ve gotten before. Don’t go here.

I had to wait in a long drive thru that’s nothing new order my phn had to wait bc da 7 plus min on top of the waiting in drive thru wings was fresh aleast bread was hard and they gave the wrong sandwich wit my meal then I never received my drink wit my combo after the 13 min wait been here twice 3 time tonight want be another needs to improve on staff

Not sure how they got 2 1/2 stars but two stars is being really generous. Other than the food really being substandard the service was very late. We were told 20 minutes and it took 50 minutes to get our second bucket. The dining room overall was dirty and the manager who was sitting at a table didn’t seem to care at all.

I want to give an honest review. This kfc/Taco Bell normally takes a little longer than most other fast food spots. That being said…the kfc side is pretty good. They were making fresh chicken for sandwiches so I subbed tenders and got a massive sandwich. It was great. I always get the famous bowl if i stop here. It’s the best deal on the menu in my opinion. The Taco Bell side of this place is a little less appealing. The portions seem smaller and it doesn’t seem to be quite as fresh.
