Nice, recently built restaurant. We stood before the empty customer counter for 2+ min before any of the three employees acknowledged us. The food was OK (onion rings cold). half the tables were dirty, trash at the door full, and the men's room trash was overflowing. Clearly not well managed...

Worst customer service ever. As people are waiting to order. The staff all seem to be outside enjoying their morning smoke. Your manager with white long sweater type coat and Santa hat was outside when we arrived. She walked in grabbed another cigarette she saw the line and walked out. Inside you had one employee just standing and doing nothing except making you feel uncomfortable with her not impressed to be here attitude. After our visit I was informed this store has an issue Sorry but how’s that customer service and we will definitely pass by and visit the other hamburger place just a few doors door.

I figured out that by using the Burger King app, there are so many rewards and free goodies from my kid & his friends, where the points are saved into my account to build upon. There have been times that spontaneously my son wanted to go inside, usually when drive through is backed up, ordered quickly inside, no mistakes on order and kind employees. The inside was really clean. I know that my mother has taken my son through the drive-through here, without using my app or coupons, *I feel this is relatively extremely expensive, yet regardless, the employees are always kind and friendly. The food is consistently tasting the same, which is a good thing. The one thing about this Burger King is that the food is always fresh, and my son wants to note there's a kind lady that is at the drive-through window when he goes, usually afternoon. She makes us ☺ smile.

Short staffed, as most fast food restaurants nowadays. Typical BK and good food. Nice location for EZ OFF & EZ On for Rt 64/77.

Employee on drive thru told me they “just work here” when asked a question. Manager just blew me off when I inquired about something as simple as asking for a large tea. Was told they don’t do that. Probably the worse experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant.

Today Sunday, October 8th, 2023. We visited for a family outing for dinner and decided to go inside to eat for a change. Wow! What an experience. Let me start by saying the the staff and the food was excellent. No complaints. However, there were many Homeless/druggies, that were both inside and outdside. One kept bothering us as we were eating. When we went to leave, we noticed both exites had a homeless person' outside of them ready to ambush the patrons, just as I suspected, as we exited the restaurant, we were immediately stopped by one of the homeless women that ask for a ride after she iniducated that she suddenly felt ill. If you have little ones or are elderly. I do not recommend going there during the evening.

Well it's was nice the tables are a little close and the seating was a little weird I guess but the food was on point they where busy for lunch rush all in I give then a B

I just went thru the drive thru, unfortunately they are back to serving cold whoppers. So sad, ordered 2 dbls and got 2single cold whoppers. I gave the drive thru worker 2 stars for being friendly, but she really should have checked my sandwich before placing them in the bag. At least made sure we got what we paid for!
