Our
stay
was
5
nights.
It
was
clean
and
comfortable
and
started
off
well.
Nicola
was
helpful
and
friendly
at
the
front
desk.
First
breakfast
was
great.
Well
cooked,
hot
and
a
welcoming
lady
to
meet
you.
It
went
downhill
from
there.
My
daughter
was
in
a
separate
room
in
the
oldest
part
of
the
hotel
and
the
walls
were
thin
and
the
neighbouring
occupants
were
roudy
until
the
early
hours.
The
reception
did
move
her
to
a
better
room
the
next
day
but
the
lady
who
moved
her
gave
no
apology.
The
next
few
days
of
breakfast's
were
tepid
and
tasted
less
fresh
and
I
had
to
ask
for
someone
to
take
our
order
as
we
were
clearly
there
but
overlooked
for
about
15
mins.
Door
closures
would
be
a
good
addition
as
the
doors
bang
shut
waking
you
in
the
night
when
people
let
them
slam
behind
them.
Overall
it
was
ok
but
I
wouldn't
go
back
because
of
the
tetchy
reaction
from
the
staff.
When
you
go
to
a
hotel
for
a
break
you
want
to
get
away
from
your
stresses
and
relax
and
have
decent
sleep
and
feel
valued.
Unfortunately
I
didn't
feel
that.
