The
price's
in
this
supermarket
are
reasonable,
given
the
fact
that
99.9%
of
the
produce
is
imported.
My
family
regularly
buy
fresh
meat
from
here
which
they
claim
is
reared
and
slaughtered
locally
(the
quality
and
the
price
are
not
bad).
Where
this
supermarket
excels
is
their
water
melons,
I
don't
know
where
they
come
from
but
they
are
the
best
on
the
Island.
The
staff
are
usually
warm,welcoming
and
keen
to
come
to
your
aid.
Now
the
reason
that
I
have
deducted
two
stars
from
this
particular
supermarket
is
that
one
afternoon
my
family
and
I
stopped
at
this
supermarket
to
purchase
some
Ice
Cream,
and
I
looked
at
the
expiry
date
and
it
was
over
nine
months
out
of
date
(
It
wasn't
the
brand
we
wanted
)
they
had
about
four
tubs
of
this
expired
ice
cream
in
their
freezer,
I
carried
a
tub
to
one
of
the
cashiers
at
the
front
desk
and
showed
her
the
expiration
date
and
also
informed
her
that
there
were
more
of
that
particular
batch
in
the
freezer,
she
laughed
it
off
and
said
they
would
sort
it
out,
I
didn't
notice
any
urgency
to
remove
these
tubs
from
their
freezer,
I
just
hope
and
pray
that
they
did
remove
the
tubs
from
the
freezer
and
some
poor
unsuspecting
customer
didn't
buy
them
and
consume
them
without
realizing
they
were
well
past
their
sell
by
date.
Overall
a
decent
local
super
market
selling
quality
produce
at
fair
prices,
but
please
keep
a
closer
eye
on
your
stock
and
their
expiry
dates.
