I have the membership and am a regular client of Gerald’s. He listens to my needs and makes sure I feel better when I leave. His service style is versatile and more than just the traditional relaxation. See you next month!

Karyn does a fantastic job! It’s hard to find a consistent massage therapist and she is kind & thorough with her massages. Always goes above & beyond to make sure my session is everything I want it to be. All the staff are always kind & helpful. I would highly recommend this location!

I was able to get an appointment last minute. I was having a lot of shoulder pain. Janet was able to work on my neck and shoulder for the entire 90 minutes and I felt so much better when I left. I would say my pain was at a 9 when I went in and I left with it at a 2. She did an amazing job!

Chris was great! The whole place was freezing cold and it was hard to get comfortable even though Chris turned on the warmer on the bed. The cold air was the first thing I noticed when I walked in the door. I was cold the whole time. My guess was it was about 67-68 degrees.

As usual Brandon went above and beyond to get my knots loosened up! His deep massage really is awesome. Highly recommend him. Great service, always on time, and very pleasant.

I have had many massages from boutique spas to cruise boats, and many at Massage Envy and I have to say that Janet stands out as being one of the very best. I had an account discrepancy and I spoke with Cindy who gave me peace of mind about doing business with them. This speaks volumes and certainly makes me want to continue business with them. Needless to say, I have had a couple of massages done here and the experience was very great overall. I love the warm beds, and the non-harsh lighting and music can put you to sleep! Each massage can be custom to your preferences.

Excellent service. The front desk was very attentive from the beginning to the end of my visit. I don’t remember her name but I was there on Dec 1st 2023 at 11:30am. I had an amazing facial. My aesthetician Drew was fantastic!! Very knowledgeable about skin care and such a pleasant demeanor. He created a customized plan for me to reach my skin goals. And gave me some tips and tricks. I had my first massage with Ms Janet and absolutely loved it. She was so friendly and calming. I felt so relaxed during and after the massage. He light to medium pressure was just what I needed.

I was greeted so nicely when I walked in Someone sat down with me and went over all my information. She also explained everything about my massage and the process. This was my first time so I was really thankful for all the info. I was then introduced to Sharon who would be doing my massage. It was absolutely amazing and she did fantastic!

Sharon did a fantastic job making sure my exact problem was treated. She focused on the areas I requested and asked before treating areas she thought might help as well. Very considerate!

I go to Karyn at the Gastonia location frequently. She is always so nice and attentive. She gives some of the best massages I have ever had. Pressure is great and she pays attention and recognizes problem areas. I strongly recommend booking an appointment with her.

Brandon was very informative since this was my first time ever having a massage. He made me feel so comfortable with the whole process. I had the hot stone therapy and didn’t realize he was even using the stones on me because he was so skilled at it. ( I thought it was some heated oil lol)He listens to your feedback and adjusts accordingly. I signed up for a membership and will only be seeing Brandon from now on.
