2023 update: New location, which is close to the old one, but much larger. It looks like they serve food, bakery items, coffee, and ice cream. A variety of tables, some marked as "shared", which was thoughtful. Free wifi. Service was fast and friendly. Slow to ring up and prepare our simple order, not sure if the younger employees were new. Icecream and coffee were good. Cozy place and great location.

One of the best places to get coffee or ice cream in Cramerton, and I could argue even Gaston County! Atmosphere is very nice, right by the water so you can walk out and eat/drink out there as well. Inside seating is nice. Workers are very nice as well. Today we got the blueberry banana smoothie (highly recommend) and the cafe latte with whole milk. Didn’t get any ice cream today, but it’s very enjoyable.

I'm giving it 3 stars because the food was ok but the service was TERRIBLE. All the teenagers serving the food were rude and inattentive. They were constantly on their cellphones and totally uninterested in offering good customer service. We ordered a hazelnut shake with one person that was behind the dessert display, he said he was going to get it done while we were waiting in the line. By the time we got to the cash register the girl asked what we wanted, we told her that we were having the "hazelnut shake" and mentioned that another kid was making it. She said to my husband "well, he can't be making it because we are out of that flavor". I was looking at other ice creams and I didn't hear her say that, so I told her that I wanted a hazelnut ice cream cup. She said: "As I just told you, we don't have it" her tone was very, VERY nasty. I told her that I wasn't listening when she said it because I was looking for other flavors. I requested the cookie dough ice cream and another girl started making the cup, I asked if she could add chocolate chips, to what she said with a terrible attitude (as we should have known ahead of time): "we are out of them". I ordered the sprinkles and you can see on the photo, she barely put any sprinkles on my ice cream for an additional $0.65. We ordered a slice of blue berry cheesecake (that didn't have much blueberries, but it tasted good) and sat to wait for our shake. 5 minutes passed and no one called. I looked at the counter and the kids were on their phones and joking around, the girl in the cash register gave me bad looks AGAIN! I felt so unwelcome, it was very uncomfortable. We were wondering what happened with the moose tracks shake but because we weren't in a rush we waited for another 5 minutes, finally we decided to ask what happened. The girl apologized because they forgot to call us, the shake was sitting on top of the counter for 10 minutes. We will not be back. I'll not recommend this place to anyone. I will not support a place where they make us feel unwelcomed. Customer service is key. Customer service is all about retaining the clientele and for that you need to be polite. I understand that we all have bad days, for that reason I try not to give bad reviews simply based on someone's attitude, but this is a very different situation. This is a case where everyone at that place believes that it's ok to be rude and uncaring and get away with it. Very sad. The place may be clean and organized, the products may be good, but giving that horrible entitled attitude to people that support your business is sad and uncalled for.

I loved the atmosphere here! There were pastries for sale, cheesecake slices, tea, ice cream, and the best vanilla chai latte that I've ever had! There's a big porch to sit on and lots of seating inside. The service is stellar, and my friends and I really enjoyed our visit!

Kind owners and service, tasty latte, and love the new building! Tons of places to sit, board games, and the music wasn’t too loud. Nice job on the new place! (Not shown: lots of outdoor seating)

Protein bowl overpriced. Best thing was the Pico. 26 minutes in line, 4 minutes coffee. 9 minutes food. Nice remodel. To bad overall experience not as grand. Don't even spell my name on coffee correctly, AND I SPELLED IT.

Delicious sweets in quaint little Christmas town. The cinnamon sugar cruffin taste just like cinnamon toast crunch cereal, it's amazing! Had banana pudding cheesecake...please don't get, more for me. My absolute fave though is the coconut cake. It is fluffy, moist, decadent...just absolutely perfect. Can't wait to try the savory pie section (frozen, heat at home chicken pot pies, taco pies, and casseroles).

Starting with ordering... the lady checking us out was super nice but there was another employee at the order area who was not friendly, acted like we were bothering her. Ordered strawberry french toast and a wrap with pico. Order took a long time but to be fair there was a large party in a separate room. When we received our order the strawberry French toast has not strawberry and the wrap with Pico had no Pico. The unfriendly lady delivered our food. First I had to ask for silverware, then strawberries and Pico. She returned to our table after a few minutes with some cut up strawberries in a bowl and some fire roasted canned tomatoes. The French toast was good even though only part of what we ordered and the wrap was dry and not a spice to be found. The dining area is very spare with only a few tables, tons of room between the tables for more seating. One customer had to change his order to go as the only table left was a high top and he had a toddler. Was excited to try but we will not be back...

there was nothing 'special' about this place but for the location, its a good family environment or good place to chill & take in the historical scenery of gaston county NC

Pulled in at 2pm today (8/14/23) and this sign was on the door. I waited around for them to open and finally a girl came to the door at 2:30 telling me and a couple others that they’re going to be closed until 5pm actually because they didn’t have enough people (and didn’t change the sign). She was really nice but it was confusing because I’ve seen plenty of coffee shops run by just one person…so anyway, that was a bummer of an experience.

We went for breakfast Saturday morning and everything was great. Food was awesome and overall place is wonderful to catch up and just relax on a Saturday.
