Place is so understaffed it's pitiful. Indoor was closed so we had to do drive thru. Ended up sitting for a few min while the couple of employee cleaned out the queue of customers in line. Food was ok, our cinnamon twist had 0 cinnamon and nothing but bitterness from overcooking. Black spots all thru it. Spicy chicken sandwich was good otherwise they just need help in the kitchen.

Popped into the store for an order and was taken care of by Dawn. She gave me a great experience. Appreciate the hospitality the chicken sandwich was good.

My order was missing all four of the rolled chicken tacos I ordered. The only drinks that they had available were Mountain Dew and Sweet/Unsweet tea. I received my spicy ranch sauce in my bag without a lid on it and it had another sauce seated inside it????? To be fair - I did order during rush hour. But at least put a lid on my sauce :(

After they forgot something on my order, I stood at the counter for almost 7 minutes watching the whole mgt team, including someone from corporate, 5 people, talking and laughing until I finally said loudly "excuse me". One man asked "Can I help you?" The flavors were off. Even the fountain drink didn't taste right. No one working there seemed to care at all. The only good part was that I didn't have to order through a stupid kiosk.

If you want to be treated like pure $ H I T then this is the place! They are absolutely HORRIBLE!! MANAGEMENT AND ALL! Placed a mobile order and waited literally almost an hour for my food to be done. Provided two guys were outside smoking and the manager on duty on 9-27 at 8:08pm was fine with it! They all are on break while the manager is in the back! I will NEVER NEVER NEVER come to this location again!!! I was asked what my order was and still waited an additional 20mins for my food. This is absolutely ridiculous! If you say something the team is ready to jump from behind the counter on you! No cashier on line. Absolutely no care in the world! This is crazy!!! Stay away from this location!!

Only reason 3 stars is because they were extremely understaffed and they had 2 people trying to make food for 20 plus ppl waiting in drive thru and inside. I know that was tough but it took 40 min to get our food and the cashier jerked the bag away saying it wasn't ours even tho I showed my ticket number she had literally just called out.

What is the purpose of order ahead if you still pull the car to the front. The young lady didn't even speak when she opened the window. I placed my order on the app at 730 pm arrived around 7:50 and I had to go in the store still to get my order only to wait another 15 minutes. While waiting outside 2 employees come out to smoke as the dining room is still full of customers who's orders have yet to be filled, smoked a few cigarettes and proceeded to return to work as if customers were not still waiting. One of few Taco Bells left and it needs to be closed. Customer service in these restaurants since COVID is an after thought and this is the best example. I never have this problem when I visit other cities only in Durham. Smh

I've been waiting 30 minutes. I already paid or I would just leave. How long does it take to make a taco there's not even anyone else here Edit - finally gave up and left without my food or money. Doubt anyone cares but will never go back
