I went there with the purpose of getting a drug test. I was feeling excited on the way there with my stomach just not feeling right. I tried to ask what I had to do. What the rules were. They said the nurse would tell me in the back. Went back there she was rude and wouldn't tell me anything till I was in the system. Complaining the whole time about other people saying she never tells them anything. I had never done a drug test like that before so she then she makes me read and sign in a rush the paperwork. I was very sick. I had watery poop and could not pee without pooping and I tried to tell them I was very sick. My husband was outside and they wouldn't get him. Didn't let me clean up properly and made me sit there in it for 20 mins like that. Finally they weren't and got him and never once offered to get me seen. They just say there laughing at me and talking under their breath. I will never be back here. They took my new job and threw it away. DO NOT GO HERE !!!!!!!!!! THE TESTING NURSE SHOULD BE FIRED. YEARS DOING THIS... She knew what she was doing to me. Good day

I’ve been going to Cocentra for physical needs for almost 2 years now and the service there is impeccable. I’ve recently went on visit there and the front desk Mrs. Rita & Mrs. Marva always start the conversation with a smile, they are very helpful to getting you in and out as quick as possible. Just remember to bring a photo I.D and you will be out of there in no time.

The blue eyes receptionist was phenomenal. Definitely knows her job and really cares about the patients. In and out in no time.

Amazing place with great therapists. I had Justin, who was genuinely concerned about my wellbeing and comfort. Justin is an asset to this fine organization. I wish I could go higher than the 5 stars bc I definitely would. My cat Miss Lou agrees with me🤗

My practitioner was very friendly and answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable! Aside from her being extremely professional I would also be friends with her!

Nurse was very engaged and delightful. Doctor was not. Felt like she didn't have time to interact with me.

i was seen today and had the best nurse take me back, Grace did a great job talking to me and making me feel comfortable while getting my blood drawn! i did wait a while but that was to be expected at an urgent care, all the staff was nice too!

The service there is very professional and very efficient! I didn’t wait any longer than 10 minutes and was out the door in 15 minutes. Thanks for your kindness and professionalism!!!
